Lead-free(BaCa)(ZrTi) O(BCZT)ceramic is prepared by sol-gel *** sampleshowsa pure perovskite structure through the XRD ***-developed grain morphology and a dense microstructure are acquired at an optimistic sintering temperature(330℃).The BCZT ceramicshowsasurprisingly high piezoelectr.c coefficient ofd33=675 pm/*** switching current curves are acquired in the different external fields by TF-2000 Ferroelectr.c *** is found that with increasing the temperature,there is a decrease in the coercive field(Ec),and with increasing the electr.c field,there is an increase in the switching current *** temperature has an effect on switching *** effect of temperature and electr.cal field on switching current is analyzed from viewpoint of the energy.

The rear surface of multi-silicon has been passivated by Atomic Layer Deposition(ALD) AlOand Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition(PECVD) *** res.lts of the effective lifetime of the silicon before and after firing show that the thickness of AlO thinfilms has a significant effect on the passivation *** effective lifetime of the silicon can reach up to 40.64μs and show a better passvation quality when the thickness of AlO film is18 ***,the impact of spacing of the laser opening-line contact on open-circuit voltage and fillfactor has been furthermore *** cells have a better performance when the spacing of the opening-line is *** res.lt of the local topography of the opening-line contact tested by Scanning Electr.n Microscopy(SEM) shows that the existing of the void in the interface between Al and Si is the main reason for the bad performance of the cells.

Yb-doped titanium dioxide nanoparticles were synthesized using collagen as the template,and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electr.n microscopy(TEM),UV-Vis spectr.photometry,and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)*** effect of doping concentration and calcination temperature on structure of TiO was *** res.lts showed the Yb-TiO nanoparticleshave high crystallinity with the size of 18-28 *** doping could inhibit the phase transformation from anatase to rutile of TiO,reduce the crystallite size,improve thermal stability,and improve the light *** study indicates that collagen could be used as an ideal biological template to prepare metal oxide nanoparticles with high crystallinity.
