A new subspecies of Laudakia microlepis（Blanford, 1874） is described, from Taftan Mountain in southeastern Iran, based on morphological and genetic characteristics. This new subspecies is distinguished from the nominal subspecies by having a yellowish head along with the following combination of characters： a relatively larger body size; different number of scales around middle of body; larger, weakly keeled, dorsal median scales arranged in 11–13 oblique longitudinal rows; 123–136 scales in a single row from posterior edge of gular fold to vent; 27–31 scales in the first complete whorl around the tail. The type locality of Laudakia microlepis taftanica ssp. nov., is hereby, reported as the Taftan Mountain, about 300 kilometer southeast of the nominal subspecies known range.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a respiratory condition characterized by several symptoms. The pathogenesis of COPD is complex and involves multiple factors. A fantastic drug from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)， Isodon Suzhouensis (ISZ) is a perennial herb belonging to the labiaceae family. It has the functions of resolving phlegm， removing stasis， promoting blood circulation and eliminating qi stagnation. ISZ has been found to possess great potential against COPD. Present study is focused to identify microRNA (miRNA) biomarkers for COPD and to determine the role of ISZ leaves extract in regulating the disease through miRNA expression in serum exosomes. The sprague-dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into control group， model group and drug groups. After the establishment of the model， the rats were sacrificed and the results were compared with control group. Then the total RNA， of rat serum was extracted and identified by nanoparticle tracker. Finally， high-throughput screening and sequencing were performed to screen miRNAs with significant differential expression. Then different databases were used to figure out the possible target genes and their functions were assessed by employing gene ontology (GO) as well as kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) analyses. The sequencing results were then further verified by qRT-PCR. The results pointed out that these 17 differentially expressed miRNAs may have the potential of diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers against COPD. Interestingly it was also found that ISZ leaves extract may regulate the occurrence of COPD by affecting the expression of miRNAs. This study identified the biomarkers of COPD and clarified the mechanism of the treatment of COPD by ISZ leaves extract， which is helpful to improve the level of early diagnosis and treatment of COPD.

Studies of wild animals’immunity often use comparison with laboratory-raised *** such an approach,various data were obtained concerning wild Norway rat’s *** or higher potential of immune system cells to respond to activation stimuli were shown,because of analysis of disparate parameters and/or small number of analyzed *** differences between laboratory and wild rats were shown too,owing to great response variability in wild *** hypothesized that wild rats will express more intense immune activity compared to their laboratory counterparts which live in a less demanding *** test this,we analyzed the circulating levels of inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6),a mediator which has a central role in host immune *** addition,we examined the activity of the central immune organ,the spleen,including cell proliferation and production of pro-inflammatory cytokines interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-17(IL-17),which are major effectors of cellular adaptive immune *** order to obtain reasonable insight into the immunity of wild Norway rats,analysis was conducted on a much larger number of individuals compared to other *** levels of plasma IL-6,higher spleen mass,cellularity and basal IFN-γproduction concomitantly with lower basal production of anti-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-10(IL-10)revealed more intense immune activity in the wild compared to laboratory ***,lower responsiveness of their spleen cells’proinflammatory cytokine production to concanavalin A(ConA)stimulation,along with preserved capacity of IL-10 response,might be perceived as an indication of wild rats’reduced capability to cope with incoming environmental stimuli,but also as a means to limit tissue damage.

Coordination-insertion copolymerization of non-polar ole- fins and polar monomers by late transition metal catalysts is a powerful method to synthesize functionalized polyolefins [1]. The Picornaviridae family consists of a large group of non- enveloped, icosahedral viruses with a single, positivestranded IRNA genome. The family includes pathogens that are notable for a variety of human and animal diseases （Racaniello, 2007）. Picornaviruses initiate infections by attachment to host cell receptor molecules and then undergo uncoating to release the viral genome into the cytosol for replication （Racaniello, 2007）. The enterovirus （EV） genus is perhaps the most intensively studied genus among the 26 known genera.

The aim of the present study was to optimize trypsin inhibitor degradation in soybean meal by solid-state fermentation （SSF） with Lactobacillus brevis and Aspergillus oryzae, and to determine the effect of SSF on phytic acid, crude protein, crude fat, and amino acid profile. Response surface methodology （RSM） with Box-Behnken design was used to optimize SSF. The optimal conditions derived from RSM for L. brevis fermentation were： pH=5. 1; inoculum size=10%; duration=72 h; substrate to water ratio=1.5. The minimum content of trypsin inhibitors was 6.4 mg g^-1 dry matter. The optimal conditions derived from RSM for A. oryzae fermentation were： substrate to water ratio= 0.8 1; inoculum size=4%; duration=120 h. The minimum content of trypsin inhibitors was 1.6 mg g^-1 dry matter. Both L. brevis and A. oryzae decreased trypsin inhibitors dramatically （57.1 and 89.2% respectively）. L. brevis fermentation did not affect phytic acid （0.4%） and crude fat （5.2%） considerably, whereas A. oryzae fermentation degraded phytic acid （34.8%） and crude fat （22.0%） contents to a certain extent. Crude protein content was increased after both fermentation （6.4 and 12.9% for L. brevis and A. oryzae respectively）. Urease activity was reduced greatly （83.3 and 58.3% for L. brevis and A. oryzae respectively）. In conclusion, SSF with A. oryzae and L. brevis reduced trypsin inhibitor content and modified major macronutrients in soybean meal.

Hydrolysis and Photolysis of Herbicide Clomazone in Aqueous Solutions and Natural Water Under Abiotic Conditions

The hydrolysis and photolysis of clomazone in aqueous solutions and natural water were assessed under natural and controlled conditions. Kinetics of hydrolysis and photolysis of clomazone were determined by HPLC-DAD. Photoproducts were identiifed by HPLC-MS. No noticeable hydrolysis occurred in aqueous buffer solutions （（25±2）°C, pH （4.5±0.1）, pH （7.4±0.1）, pH （9.0±0.1）;（50±2）°C, pH （4.5±0.1）, pH （7.4±0.1）） or in natural water up to 90 d. At pH （9.0±0.1） and （50±2）°C the half-life of clomazone was 50.2 d. Clomazone photodecomposition rate in aqueous solutions under UV radiation and natural sunlight followed ifrst-order kinetics. Degradation rates were faster under UV light （half-life of 51-59 min） compared to sunlight （half-life of 87-136 d）. Under UV light, four major photoproducts were detected and tentatively identiifed according to HPLC-MS spectral information such as 2-chlorobenzamide, N-hydroxy-（2-benzyl）-2-methylpropan-amide, 2-[2-phenol]-4,4-dimethyl-3-isoxazolidinone and 2-[（4,6-dihydroxyl-2-chlorine phenol）]-4,4-dimethyl-3-isoxazolidinone. These results suggested that clomazone photodegradation proceeds via several reaction pathways：1） dehalogenation;2） substitution of chlorine group by hydroxyl;3） cleavage of the side chain. Photosensitizers, such as H2O2 and ribolfavin, could enhance photolysis of clomazone in natural sunlight. In summary, we found that photoreaction is an important dissipation pathway of clomazone in natural water systems.

The title compound of Cu（C14H9O3）2（C5H5N）2（C2H5OH）2（1） was synthesized via the hy- drothermal reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid（HHF） with pyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.8302（12）, b = 10.1625（14）, c = 12.2708（17）, α = 86.207（2）, β = 69.562（2）, γ = 64.932（2）o, V = 930.3（2） 3, Z = 1, Mr = 764.30, Dc = 1.364 g/cm3, F（000） = 399, S = 1.059 and μ（MoKα） = 0.644 mm-1. The final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1274 for 3414 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The copper atom is six-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two different 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylate ligands, two pyridine nitrogen atoms and two ethanol oxygen atoms, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The extensive O–H···O hydrogen bonding connects the molecules to form a one-dimensional chain structure. Between adjacent one-dimensional chains, a two-dimensional layered structure was formed by fluorene ring π-π packing interaction. Between the layers, a three-dimensional structure was formed through the π-π packing interaction of the pyridine ring. Moreover, the thermal stability and photoluminescent property of the complex has been investigated.

A new complex Ir（ppy）2（Hpda）（Hppy=2-phenylpyridine, H2pda=pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized and characterized. According to single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, the title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a=8.5708（10）, b=22.685（2）, c=12.5722（15） , β=96.19（1）°, V=2430.2（5） 3, C（29）H（20）N3O4 Ir, Mr=666.22, Z=4, Dc=1.833 g/cm3, F（000）=1304, μ=5.54 mm（-1）, λ（Mo Kα）=0.71073 , GOOF=1.02, the final R=0.049 and w R=0.119 for 4680 independent reflections with Rint=0.069. The title complex is of mononuclear structure. Intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions result in the formation of a 3D supramolecular network. Photoluminescent spectra show that one intense emission band with the maximum of 516 nm can be observed in the title complex.
