The collectors of electronic transformers has the problem of electromagnetic in-compatibility under the operation of disconnecting switches,which limits their wide application in smart *** evaluate the maximum level of disturbance that collectors are able to withstand in the stochastic process of switching operation,this work in-troduces a quantitative approach based on limited test measurements,which can quantify the level of disturbance in the signal acquisition ports of electronic voltage transformers(EVT)in different gas‐insulated switchgears(GIS).Based on large numbers of experi-mental statistical data of the true type simulation experimental platform,the Spearman rank correlation coefficient is used to prove that the amplitude of the disturbance voltage pulse at the secondary side port and the breakdown voltage between the primary side fracture approximately satisfy a linear ***,the quantile regression model is used to quantify and verify the maximum disturbance level of the secondary side ***,a solution is proposed to tackle the difficulty in obtaining the breakdown voltage at breaks in the GIS substation field applicatvion,under which the quantified maximum disturbance voltage deviation of secondary ports is only−4.34%by *** research work can further explore the practical value of the measured data in a few tests under GIS substation field conditions and provide references for the sub-sequent revision of EVT‐related standards.

It is difficult to balance local details and global distribution using a single source image in marine target detection of a large *** solve this problem,a technique based on the fusion of optical image and synthetic aperture radar(SAR)image for the extraction of sea ice is proposed in this *** Band 2(B2 image of Sentinel-2(S2 in the research area is selected as optical image *** on the optical image,such as resampling,projection transformation and format conversion,are conducted to the S2 dataset before *** characteristics of the sea ice have been analyzed,and a new deep learning(DL)model,OceanTDL5,is built to detect sea *** fusion of the Sentinel-1(S1 and S2 images is realized by solving the optimal pixel values based on deriving Poisson *** experimental results indicate that the use of a fused image improves the accuracy of sea ice detection compared with the use of a single data *** fused image has richer spatial details and a clearer texture compared with the original optical image,and its material sense and color are more abundant.

Computing resources are one of the key factors restricting the extraction of marine targets by using deep *** order to increase computing speed and shorten the computing time,parallel distributed architecture is adopted to extract marine *** advantages of two distributed architectures,Parameter Server and Ring-allreduce architecture,are combined to design a parallel distributed architecture suitable for deep learning–Optimal Interleaved Distributed Architecture(OIDA).Three marine target extraction methods including OTD_StErf,OTD_Loglogistic and OTD_Sgmloglog are used to test OIDA,and a total of 18 experiments in 3categories are carried *** results show that OIDA architecture can meet the timeliness requirements of marine target *** average speed of target parallel extraction with single-machine 8-core CPU is 5.75 times faster than that of single-machine single-core CPU,and the average speed with 5-machine 40-core CPU is 20.75 times faster.

Primary aromatic amines （PAAs） are substances with toxicity and suspected human carcinogenicity. A facile method for highly sensitive detection of PAAs using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy （SERS） is reported. The immobilization of Au nanoparticles （AuNPs） on the glycidyl methacrylate-ethylene dimethacrylate （GMA-EDMA） materials makes the suhstrate a closely packed but not aggregated Au NP arrays which provides a prominent SERS enhancement. Four PAAs with different substituent groups, namely, p-toluidine, p-nitroaniline, benzidine and 4,4-methylene-bis-（2-chloroaniline） have been successfully identified and quantified. High sensitivity and good linear relationship between SERS signals and concentrations of PAAs are obtained for all four PAAs.

The evolution of microstructure in the drawing process of commercially pure aluminum wire （CPAW） does not only depend on the nature of materials, but also on the stress profile. In this study, the effect of stress profile on the texture evolution of the CPAW was systematically investigated by combining the numerical simulation and the microstructure observation. The results show that the tensile stress at the wire center promotes the formation of 〈111〉 texture, whereas the shear stress nearby the rim makes little contribution to the texture formation. Therefore, the 〈111 〉 texture at the wire center is stronger than that in the surface layer, which also results in a higher microhardness at the center of the CPAW under axial loading.2017 Published by Elsevier Ltd on behalf of The editorial office of Journal of Materials Science ＆ Technology.

Strengthened Monitoring of H5 Avian Influenza Viruses in External Environment in Hubei, 2018

The contamination status of H5 avian influenza viruses and distribution of subtypes of H5N1 and H5N6 in poultry-related environment of Hubei areas were *** and rural live poultry markets,poultry farms,intensive livestock farms and other monitoring types of 103 counties in 17 cities were selected in *** samples from cage surface,wiping samples from chopping board,fecal specimens and other environmental samples were collected and tested by real-time RT-PCR using primers and probes of influenza A,avian influenza of H5,N1 and N6 from December 2017 to March *** avian influenza virus positive rate was compared among different monitoring sites,samples,time and ***,7132 environmental samples were collected in 1634 monitoring points with a positive rate of 2.24%.The positive rate of H5 avian influenza virus was the highest in urban and rural live poultry markets(3.44%,x^2=61.329,P<0.05)in 6 monitoring sites and wiping samples from chopping board(5.46%,x^2=67.072,P<0.05)in 6 sample types.H5N6 avian influenza viruses were detected more in eastern than western Hubei,and H5N6 avian influenza viruses were detected only in Xiangyang city of western *** were important high-risk places of human infection with H5 avian influenza virus in urban and rural live poultry markets and the poultry slaughtering plants.H5N6 has been the predominant subtype of H5 avian influenza viruses in the eastern and western Hubei and H5N6 avian influenza viruses were still present in a few areas of *** of human H5N1 and H5N6 avian influenza remain at risk in Hubei province.
