Clinical and experimental investigations into the immune modulatory effects of Qianjinba polysaccharides on a rheumatoid arthritis mouse model:in vivo and in vitro studies

It is important to obtain a considerable quantity of DNA from oligotrophic environments such as a drinking water distribution system(DWDS)to study microbial communities by molecular biotechnology,and DNA yield is always one of the biggest problems when performing metagenomic sequencing on drinking water *** obtain as many microbes as possible,ultrasound has been widely used in cell detachment,but studies on the optimal ultrasonic parameters for biofilm in DWDS have rarely been *** effects of three ultrasonic parameters,including power,duration,and the number of ultrasound treatments(USTs)on the selected monoculture bacteria(Pelomonas sp.)biofilm were studied *** the optimal values of each ultrasonic parameter were initially *** on these values,three levels of each ultrasonic parameter were selected,and then an orthogonal experiment was conducted to further study drinking water biofilm,and finally the optimal ultrasonic parameters for the effective separation of biofilm cells in DWDS were *** results showed that the optimal ultrasonic power,duration,and the number of USTs are 13 W,1 min,and 15,respectively.A 20-min interval is needed between two *** present optimal UST,which does not lose DNA quality,can increase the amount of extractable DNA by at least 4.78 times compared to samples without *** study provides a pretreatment methodology for extracting more and reliable DNA from biofilm in DWDS,and can better solve the problem of DNA collection in oligotrophic environments.

Software intelligent development has become one of the most important research trends in software engineering. In this paper, we put forward two key concepts -- intelligent development environment （IntelliDE） and software knowledge graph -- for the first time. IntelliDE is an ecosystem in which software big data are aggregated, mined and analyzed to provide intelligent assistance in the life cycle of software development. We present its architecture and discuss its key research issues and challenges. Software knowledge graph is a software knowledge representation and management framework, which plays an important role in IntelliDE. We study its concept and introduce some concrete details and examples to show how it could be constructed and leveraged.

Highly efficient persistent organic room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) has attracted increasing attention because of promising applications in fields of chemical sensors, optoelectronic devices, information security, and bioimaging, etc. Wherein,the crystal engineering of H-aggregation offers stabilization for long-lived triplet exciton for RTP, but the related research is rare because of the scarcity of ideal phosphorescent H-aggregate. Herein, we designed planar tricoordinate organoboron derivatives with molecular arrangement in ideal H-aggregation. The integration of Br atom can largely enhance RTP efficiency through increasing SOC effect, while the antiparallel molecular arrangement causes annihilation of triplet exciton. Thanks to good selfassembly property, their RTP can even be observed in PMMA matrix with doping ratio of merely 1 wt%. We further found that the cryogenic temperature contributes to stabilizing triplet exciton in H-aggregation, leading to red-shifted phosphorescence. By applying high hydrostatic pressure, the phosphorescence was largely enhanced and redshifted, demonstrating the crucial role of H-aggregation on RTP property. In phosphorescent tissue imaging of live mouse, nanoparticles of BrBA exhibited high contrast image via eliminating the interference of autofluorescence.

The rational design of an outer shell is of great significance to promote the photocatalytic efficiency of core-shell structured ***,a covalent organic framework(COF)nanoshell was designed and deposited on the cadmium sulfide(CdS)core surface.A typical COF material,TPPA,featuring exceptional stability,was synthesized through interfacial polymerization using 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol(TP)and p-phenylenediamine(PA)as *** nanoshell endows the CdS@TPPA nanosphere with ordered channels for unimpeded light-harvesting and fast diffusion of reactants/products and well-defined modular building blocks for spatially charge ***,the heterojunction formed between CdS and TPPA can further facilitate the effective charge separation at the interface via lower exciton binding energy compared with that of pristine *** modulating the thickness of TPPA nanoshell,the CdS@TPPA nanosphere photocatalyst with the nanoshell thickness of about 8±1 nm exhibits the highest photocatalytic H2 evolution of 194.1μmol h^(-1)(24.3 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1),8 mg),which is superior to most of the reported COF-based *** framework nanoshell in this work may stimulate the thinking about how to design advanced shell architecture in the core-shell structured photocatalysts to achieve coordinated charge and molecule transport.

Photoelectric synaptic devices have been considered as one of the key components in artificial neuromorphic systems due to their excellent capability to emulate the functions of visual neurons,such as light perception and image ***,we demonstrate an optically-stimulated artificial synapse with a clear photoresponse from ultraviolet to visible light,which is established on a novel heterostructure consisting of monocrystalline Cs2AgBiBr6 perovskite and indium–gallium–zinc oxide(IGZO)thin *** compared with pure IGZO,the heterostructure significantly enhances the photoresponse and corresponding synaptic plasticity of the devices,which originate from the superior visible absorption of single-crystal Cs2AgBiBr6 and effective interfacial charge transfer from Cs2AgBiBr6 to IGZO.A variety of synaptic behaviors are realized on the fabricated thin-film transistors,including excitatory postsynaptic current,paired pulse facilitation,short-term,and long-term ***,an artificial neural network is simulated based on the photonic potentiation and electrical depression effects of synaptic devices,and an accuracy rate up to 83.8%±1.2%for pattern recognition is *** finding promises a simple and efficient way to construct photoelectric synaptic devices with tunable spectrum for future neuromorphic applications.
