With‘Kyoho’grapes as the experimental material,the effects of different concentrations of chlorine dioxide(5,10 and 15 mg/L)and ozone(30,60and 90 mg/m^(3))fumigation on the contents of total phenols,proanthocyanidins and malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the grapes during low temperature storage were compared and analyzed,hoping to provide reference for the storage and preservation of‘Kyoho’grapes after *** results showed that compared with the control,certain concentrations of fumigant preservatives inhibited the degradation of total phenols and proanthocyanidins in‘Kyoho’grapes to varying degrees,maintained better cell membrane integrity,and inhibited the increase of MDA content and PPO activity,and in the later stage,more stable POD and higher activity of CAT and SOD were *** analysis showed that among the six fumigation treatments,10 mg/L ClO_(2)and 60 mg/m^(3)O_(3)could delay the aging process of grapes and maintain better antioxidant capacity and storage quality.

This paper introduced the advantages of planting sprout vegetables in family rooms,expounded assembly principle of indoor cultivating device and the key techniques for indoor cultivating sprout vegetables in *** the experiment,we assembled a set of indoor cultivating device for sprout vegetables,and summarized the indoor cultivating techniques of sprout vegetables in *** indoor planting device was suitable for family members to cultivate sprout vegetables in the living rooms,kitchen,balcony and other corner space by using their spare *** could not only provide high-quality vegetables for families,but also beautify the indoor environments of family rooms,and increase the oxygen content in *** set of indoor cultivating device and techniques was suitable for planting various sprout vegetables(*** seedling,water spinach seedling,pea seedling,pine willow seedling,sunflower seedling and various bean seedlings,etc.).This is a set of high-efficient spatial planting technique in families,and also an effective way to increase organic vegetable supply for family.

Topsoil dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane and polychlorinated biphenyl concentrations and sources along an urban-rural gradient in the Yellow River Delta

The Yellow River Delta （YRD） is a typical agricultural and petrochemical industrial area of China. To assess the current status of soil dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane （DDT） and polychlorinated biphenyls （PCB） residues, topsoil samples （0-15 cm）（n = 82） were collected in bincheng district, at the geographic center of the YRD. The total concentrations of six DDT homologues were within 3.3-3819 ~tg/kg, with a mean concentration of 191 ~tg/kg, showing significant increase along urban-rural gradient. Soil concentrations of seven indicator PCBs in the area ranged from non-detectable to 87.0 ~g/kg, dominated by heavily chlorinated PCBs （PCB-101 and -118）. Soil PCBs concentrations were significantly greater in urban than suburban and rural areas. Principal component and multiple linear regression analysis suggest that 86.4% of soil DDTs originate from past DDT usage, and 13.6% originate from dicofol application. Soil PCBs most likely originate from the petrochemical industry （77.1%）, municipal solid waste disposal （16.5%）, local commercial PCB homologues usage （5.2%）, and long-range atmospheric deposition （1.2%）. In general, soil DDTs pollution was classified as low level, and mean PCBs concentrations were below the severe contamination classification range. Because PCB-118 is a dioxin-like congener, monitoring and remediation is advised to assess and reduce negative environmental and human health effects from soil DDTs and dioxin-like congeners in the study area.
