Sarcasm detection in text data is an increasingly vital area of research due to the prevalence of sarcastic content in online *** study addresses challenges associated with small datasets and class imbalances in sarcasm detection by employing comprehensive data pre-processing and Generative Adversial Network(GAN)based augmentation on diverse datasets,including iSarcasm,SemEval-18,and *** research offers a novel pipeline for augmenting sarcasm data with Reverse Generative Adversarial Network(RGAN).The proposed RGAN method works by inverting labels between original and synthetic data during the training *** inversion of labels provides feedback to the generator for generating high-quality data closely resembling the original ***,the proposed RGAN model exhibits performance on par with standard GAN,showcasing its robust efficacy in augmenting text *** exploration of various datasets highlights the nuanced impact of augmentation on model performance,with cautionary insights into maintaining a delicate balance between synthetic and original *** methodological framework encompasses comprehensive data pre-processing and GAN-based augmentation,with a meticulous comparison against Natural Language Processing Augmentation(NLPAug)as an alternative augmentation ***,the F1-score of our proposed technique outperforms that of the synonym replacement augmentation technique using *** increase in F1-score in experiments using RGAN ranged from 0.066%to 1.054%,and the use of standard GAN resulted in a 2.88%increase in *** proposed RGAN model outperformed the NLPAug method and demonstrated comparable performance to standard GAN,emphasizing its efficacy in text data augmentation.

Prediction and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)based,among other things,on medical examinations and patient symptoms are the biggest challenges in *** 17.9 million people die from CVDs annually,accounting for 31%of all deaths *** a timely prognosis and thorough consideration of the patient’s medical history and lifestyle,it is possible to predict CVDs and take preventive measures to eliminate or control this life-threatening *** this study,we used various patient datasets from a major hospital in the United States as prognostic factors for *** data was obtained by monitoring a total of 918 patients whose criteria for adults were 28-77 years *** this study,we present a data mining modeling approach to analyze the performance,classification accuracy and number of clusters on Cardiovascular Disease Prognostic datasets in unsupervised machine learning(ML)using the Orange data mining *** techniques are then used to classify the model parameters,such as k-nearest neighbors,support vector machine,random forest,artificial neural network(ANN),naïve bayes,logistic regression,stochastic gradient descent(SGD),and *** determine the number of clusters,various unsupervised ML clustering methods were used,such as k-means,hierarchical,and density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise *** results showed that the best model performance analysis and classification accuracy were SGD and ANN,both of which had a high score of 0.900 on Cardiovascular Disease Prognostic *** on the results of most clustering methods,such as k-means and hierarchical clustering,Cardiovascular Disease Prognostic datasets can be divided into two *** prognostic accuracy of CVD depends on the accuracy of the proposed model in determining the diagnostic *** more accurate the model,the better it can predict which patients are at risk for CVD.

In 2019, Indonesia was ranked second with 619,840.03 carbon emissions, after India. Therefore, the Indonesian government issued a zero emission plan in 2022 and encouraged Indonesians to purchase electric vehicles, striving to achieve zero emissions by 2060. Facing the huge potential market for the development of electric vehicles in Indonesia, the Chinese brand Wuling took this opportunity to launch its first electric vehicle, Wuling Air EV, in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of the brand image of Wuling electric vehicles, brand awareness, country of origin and perceived risk on the purchase intention of Indonesian consumers. Data collection in this study was carried out through offline and online questionnaires which were distributed to 150 respondents who met the research criteria in the JABODETABEK area, and they all owned cars and had driving experience. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was adopted for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that country of origin, perceived risk, and brand image have a significant effect on consumer purchase intention. In addition, perceived risk also has a significant positive impact on brand image. However, the influence of country of origin and brand awareness has no significant effect on brand image.

Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA)is a well-known method to analyze the flow of acoustic and vibration energy in a complex *** study investigates the application of the corrected SEA model in a non-reverberant acoustic space where the direct field component from the sound source dominates the total sound field rather than a diffuse field in a reverberant space which the classical SEA model assumption is based on.A corrected SEA model is proposed where the direct field component in the energy is removed and the power injected in the subsystem considers only the remaining power after the loss at first *** was conducted in a box divided into two rooms separated by a partition with an opening where the condition of reverberant and non-reverberant can conveniently be *** the case of a non-reverberant space where acoustic material was installed inside the wall of the experimental box,the signals are corrected by eliminating the direct field component in the measured impulse *** the corrected SEA model,comparison of the coupling loss factor(CLF)and damping loss factor(DLF)with the theory shows good agreement.

A protective coating can aid in reducing mechanical harm to food during harvesting, handling, and trans-portation, resulting in fewer bruises, wounds, and other injuries, thereby improving the overall quality of the produce. In this study, coatings with 1% (w/v) chitosan (CS) and 0.6% (w/v) diepoxy-polyethylene glycol (PEG) were prepared by the co-blending method. According to the findings, increasing the PEG concentration enhanced the moisture content, water vapor permeability, and contact angle properties. In addition, when viewed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the morphology of the films containing more PEG appeared rougher and denser. In addition, at room temperature, the freshness of 'Nanguo' pears and the antifungal efficacy of the coating against Penicillium italicum (P. italicum) and Botrytis cinerea (B. cinerea) were evaluated. According to the findings, the weight loss or total soluble solids of pears coated with CS or PEG did not differ significantly during storage. The fruit respiration rate and ascorbic acid (AA) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were maintained after coating CS insertion with PEG. The CS-PEG composite coating successfully inhibits the growth of P. italicum and B. cinerea (P. italicum > B. cinerea), according to an in vitro antifungal activity assay that was improved by adding PEG. According to principal component analysis (PCA) results, the CS-PEG coating significantly impacts pear sensory evaluation and firmness. At room temperature, the shelf life of pears with a CS-PEG coat has been extended from 15 days to 25 days.

Detection of oil pollution in soil has been carried out using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy（LIBS）. A pulsed neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet（Nd：YAG） laser（1,064 nm, 8 ns, 200 mJ） was focused onto pelletized soil samples. Emission spectra were obtained from oil-contaminated soil and clean soil. The contaminated soil had almost the same spectrum profile as the clean soil and contained the same major and minor elements. However, a C–H molecular band was clearly detected in the oil-contaminated soil, while no C–H band was detected in the clean soil. Linear calibration curve of the C–H molecular band was successfully made by using a soil sample containing various concentrations of oil. The limit of detection of the C–H band in the soil sample was 0.001 mL/g. Furthermore, the emission spectrum of the contaminated soil clearly displayed titanium（Ti） lines, which were not detected in the clean soil. The existence of the C–H band and Ti lines in oil-contaminated soil can be used to clearly distinguish contaminated soil from clean soil. For comparison, the emission spectra of contaminated and clean soil were also obtained using scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive X-ray（SEM/EDX） spectroscopy,showing that the spectra obtained using LIBS are much better than using SEM/EDX, as indicated by the signal to noise ratio（S/N ratio）.

Fruit stored in poor conditions undergo biochemical degradations that impact fruit physical qualities, such color and firmness, and reduce beneficial nutritional content including vitamins, flavonoids, phenols, and antioxi-dants. This study investigated the impact of a postharvest treatment of mandarins with edible coatings to prevent biochemical degradations and minimize color changes. The edible coating evaluated in this study is a composite of pregelatinized corn starch (PS), with a cellulose nano fiber (CF) Pickering emulsifier, and is enriched with basil essential oil (EO). The results of varying each parameter were then analyzed by the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to identify the best-performing edible coating. Using this method, the leading edible coating was identified as PS5EO3 formulized from 5% pregelatinized corn starch, 3% basil essential oil and 0.5% cellulose nanofiber, with a ranking of 0.721 based on quality content, and 0.676 based on percentage change in nutrients after the 12 days of storage at 25 degrees C. Mandarins coated with PS5EO3 significantly suppressed quality losses, and achieving the lowest losses of citric acid (10.45%), while maintaining color stability in terms of color density (14.97%) and percent polymer color (78.14%).
