In recent years,the number of patientswith colon disease has increased *** polyps are the precursor lesions of colon *** not diagnosed in time,they can easily develop into colon cancer,posing a serious threat to patients’lives and health.A colonoscopy is an important means of detecting colon ***,in polyp imaging,due to the large differences and diverse types of polyps in size,shape,color,etc.,traditional detection methods face the problem of high false positive rates,which creates problems for doctors during the diagnosis *** order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of colon polyp detection,this question proposes a network model suitable for colon polyp detection(PD-YOLO).This method introduces the self-attention mechanism CBAM(Convolutional Block Attention Module)in the backbone layer based on YOLOv7,allowing themodel to adaptively focus on key information and ignore the unimportant *** help themodel do a better job of polyp localization and bounding box regression,add the SPD-Conv(Symmetric Positive Definite Convolution)module to the neck layer and use deconvolution instead of *** results indicate that the PD-YOLO algorithm demonstrates strong robustness in colon polyp *** to the original YOLOv7,on the Kvasir-SEG dataset,PD-YOLO has shown an increase of 5.44 percentage points in AP@0.5,showcasing significant advantages over other mainstream methods.

BACKGROUND Rectal cancer is prevalent and associated with substantial morbidity and *** To develop a nomogram prediction model for overall survival(OS)in patients with rectal cancer by leveraging a comprehensive analysis of demographic,clinicopathological,haematological,and follow-up data to identify independent prognostic *** We conducted a prospective cohort study in China involving rectal cancer patients and applied Cox regression and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression to assess the significance of various variables as independent prognostic factors for *** identified factors were integrated into a nomogram model,which was evaluated for predictive accuracy via the C-index,area under the curve(AUC),calibration curve,and decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS Multivariate analysis revealed independent predictors of OS,including the Karnofsky performance status,age,sex,TNM stage,chemotherapy,surgery,targeted therapy,β2-microglobulin,lactate dehydrogenase,and the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte *** nomogram demonstrated a C-index of 0.80 for the training and validation cohorts,with AUC values indicating high predictive accuracy for 1-year,3-year,and 5-year *** calibration curves confirmed the model's excellent agreement with the observed survival rates,and DCA revealed the superior clinical utility of the nomogram over the TNM staging *** In this study,a novel prognostic model that accurately predicts the OS of rectal cancer patients was *** model exhibited excellent discriminatory and calibration capabilities,thus offering a reliable tool for health care professionals to estimate patient survival.

Wearing a helmet is one of the effective measures to protect workers' safety. To address the challenges of severe occlusion, multi-scale, and small target issues in helmet detection, this paper proposes a helmet detection algorithm based on deformable attention transformers. The main contributions of this paper are as follows. A compact end-to-end network architecture for safety helmet detection based on transformers is proposed. It cancels the computationally intensive transformer encoder module in the existing detection transformer(DETR) and uses the transformer decoder module directly on the output of feature extraction for query decoding, which effectively improves the efficiency of helmet detection. A novel feature extraction network named Swin transformer with deformable attention module(DSwin transformer) is proposed. By sparse cross-window attention, it enhances the contextual awareness of multi-scale features extracted by Swin transformer, and keeps high computational efficiency simultaneously. The proposed method generates the query reference points and query embeddings based on the joint prediction probabilities, and selects an appropriate number of decoding feature maps and sparse sampling points for query decoding, which further enhance the inference capability and processing speed. On the benchmark safety-helmet-wearing-dataset(SHWD), the proposed method achieves the average detection accuracy mAP@0.5 of 95.4% with 133.35G floating-point operations per second(FLOPs) and 20 frames per second(FPS), the state-of-the-art method for safety helmet detection.

OBJECTIVE: To propose an automatic acupuncture robot system for performing acupuncture operations. METHODS: The acupuncture robot system consists of three components: automatic acupoint localization, acupuncture manipulations, and De Qi sensation detection. The OptiTrack motion capture system is used to locate acupoints, which are then translated into coordinates in the robot control system. A flexible collaborative robot with an intelligent gripper is then used to perform acupuncture manipulations with high precision. In addition, a De Qi sensation detection system is proposed to evaluate the effect of acupuncture. To verify the stability of the designed acupuncture robot, acupoints' coordinates localized by the acupuncture robot are compared with the Gold Standard labeled by a professional acupuncturist using significant level tests. RESULTS: Through repeated experiments for eight acupoints, the acupuncture robot achieved a positioning error within 3.3 mm, which is within the allowable range of needle extraction and acupoint insertion. During needle insertion, the robot arm followed the prescribed trajectory with a mean deviation distance of 0.02 mm and a deviation angle of less than 0.15°. The results of the lifting thrusting operation in the Xingzhen process show that the mean acupuncture depth error of the designed acupuncture robot is approximately 2 mm, which is within the recommended depth range for the Xingzhen operation. In addition, the average detection accuracy of the De Qi keywords is 94.52%, which meets the requirements of acupuncture effect testing for different dialects. CONCLUSION: The proposed acupuncture robot system streamlines the acupuncture process, increases efficiency, and reduces practitioner fatigue, while also allowing for the quantification of acupuncture manipulations and evaluation of therapeutic effects. Unsaturated alcohols are a class of Biogenic volatile organic compounds(BVOCs)emitted in large quantities by plants when damaged or under adverse environmental conditions,and studies on their atmospheric degradation at night are still *** used chamber experiments to study the gas-phase reactions of three unsaturated alcohols,E-2-penten-1-ol,Z-2-hexen-1-ol and Z-3-hepten-1-ol,with NO_(3)radicals(NO_(3)•)during the *** rate constants of these reactions were(11.7±1.76)×10^(−13),(8.55±1.33)×10^(−13)and(6.08±0.47)×10^(−13)cm^(3)/(molecule·s)at 298K and 760 Torr,*** contrast,the reaction rate of similar substances with ozone was about 10^(−18)cm^(3)/(molecule·s),which indicates that the reaction with NO_(3)•is themain oxidation pathway for unsaturated alcohols at *** molecule aldehydes and ketones were the main gas-phase organic products of the reaction of three aldehydes and ketones with NO_(3)•,and the total small molecule aldehydes and ketones yields can reach between 45%-60%.They mainly originate from the breakage of alkoxy radicals,and different breakage sites determine different product *** addition,the SOA yields of the three unsaturated alcohols with NO_(3)•were 7.1%±1.0%,12.5%±1.9%and 30.0%±4.5%,respectively,whichweremuch higher than those of similarly structured substances with O_(3)or OH radicals(•OH).The results of high-resolution mass spectrometry shows that the main components of Secondary organic aerosol(SOA)of the three unsaturated alcohols are dimeric compounds containing several nitrate groups,which are formed through the polymerization of oxyalkyl radicals.
