Under the principle of fairness and justice,it has always been a difficult problem for the procurement department and the school of pharmacy to realize integrity and efficiency in colleges and universities,and blockchain technology provides a new idea and feasible path to solve the above-mentioned *** the present study,we analyzed the current situation and characteristics of procurement in the school of pharmacy with blockchain technology and pointed out that blockchain technology faced challenges in equipment,system,talent,technology,and so *** all means,such as the information security trust mechanism to improve the market trust and to solve the procurement problems,the trace-ability and openness mechanism to ensure the college’s procurement compliance,the intelligent contract mechanism to help the college’s bidding and procurement standardization construction,and the jointly blocks to maintain the information transparent process and effectively to prevent the agency anomie and integrity risk,we could explore a new path to the application of blockchain technology to solve the bidding and procurement of school of pharmacy in colleges and universities.

This paper presents a comparison mechanism for a simple procurement auction and generalized Nash bargaining solution in a procurement circumstance. The buyer who hopes to fulfill a project has two options. First, she may award the project to the old provider with an efficient quality by bargaining Second, she may give the project to the firm who submits the lowest bid through a simple procurement second-price sealed-bid auction with a pre-fixed quality. We compare the expected revenue in the auction with the deterministic profit of the bargaining. In different parameters cases, we find the borderline functions between the two options with respect to the buyer＇s bargaining power and the amount of bidders. We also compare our simple procurement auction （SPA） with the optimal multidimensional bid auction by Che （1993）, and find our model protects the buyer＇s private valuation information by forfeiting some profits. Some properties of the difference between the two auctions are proposed, especially there is no revenue difference when the amount of bidders approaches infinity.

A method for solving the winner determination problem （WDP） in multi-attribute procurement auctions is proposed, based on technical and business experts＇ evaluation information. Firstly, on the background of procurements in China, a multi-attribute pro- curement auction mechanism is presented, where technical and business experts participate in the bid evaluation. Then, the concept of TOPSIS is used to determine the positive and negative ideal points of the WDP according to bid prices, the technical and business experts＇ evaluation information. Further, the closeness coefficient of each bidder （candidate supplier） is obtained by calculating the distances to the positive and negative ideal points. Thus, the winning supplier can be determined according to the closeness coefficients. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method.

Consider a fashion supply chain comprising a supplier, a contract manufacturer and a fashion brand, we examine the fashion brand＇s profit performances when the contract manufacturer is either an OEM （having no design capability） or an ODM （having design capability）. Regarding OEM, the fashion brand designs the products, outsources the manufacturing function, and has the option of outsourcing procurement function. Regarding ODM, the fashion brand buys unlabeled products from the ODM, which is charge of designing and manufacturing. In this case, buy-back contract is widely adopted so as to share the risk of demand uncertainty between the ODM and the fashion brand. We solve the wholesale pricing problems via sequential/simultaneous optimization, and derive the buy-back price via generalize Nash bargaining. We find that, fashion brand prefers contracting with an ODM when its bargaining power in buy-back negotiation is larger than a threshold, although the fashion brand＇s order size under ODM is always larger than that under OEM. Interestingly, we find that the buy-back price is decreasing in the fashion brand＇s bargaining power. We further analyze the supply chain sustainability in both ODM and OEM scenarios, fmding that the supply chain might achieve both environmental sustainability and economic sustainability in OEM scenario when the fashion brand＇s bargaining power in buy-back negotiation is small.

The extremely poor prognosis of patients is largely due to hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)/MET signaling,which promotes migration and invasion of glioblastoma(IDH wildtype;GBM;WHO grade 4).1,2 Clinical trials targeting MET,the only receptor of HGF,have yielded unimpressive results in GBM.3,4 Here we found that HGF induced strong chemotaxis on GBM cells,but MET expression was extremely ***,therefore,used single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)coupled with label-free proteome profiling to identify membrane proteins associated with HGF/MET signaling amplification in GBM and to provide a novel modulator,MPZL1,for HGF/MET-targeted therapy.

The marking scheme method removes the low scores of the contractor's attributes given by experts when the overall score is calculated, which may result in that a contractor with some latent risks will win the project. In order to remedy the above defect of the marking scheme method, an outlier detection model, which is one mission of knowledge discovery in data, is established on the basis of the sum of similar coefficients. Then, the model is applied to the historical score data of tender evaluation for civil projects in Tianjin, China, according to which the outliers of the scores of the contractor's attributes can be detected and analyzed. Consequently, risk pre-warning can be carried out, and some advice to employers can be given to prevent some latent risks and help them improve the success rate of bidding projects.

Guizhou Province has the highest incidence and severity of poverty throughout the *** investigation on its poverty alleviation is of typical significance for the poverty relief and development of concentrated and continuous destitute areas in the new *** the basis of in-depth research,the 4 typical counties on poverty relief and development in Guizhou Province- Changshun,Yinjiang,Qinglong and Weining have been studied *** the meanwhile,their common successful experiences and existing problems have been *** regard to the complete path for the next stage of poverty alleviation system in Guizho Province,the following recommendations have been proposed: establish a multi-level system for sending agricultural technicians down to the countryside; improve the autonomy of primary-level organizations,especially the anti-poverty organizations at the county level; standardize the allocation of welfare projects; promote agricultural insurance; and improve the sustainable development capacity and market competition ability of farmer specialized cooperative economy organizations.
