Multi-material laser-based powder bed fusion (PBF-LB) allows manufacturing of parts with 3-dimensional gradient and additional functionality in a single step. This research focuses on the combination of thermally-conductive CuCr1Zr with hard M300 tool *** interface configurations of M300 on CuCr1Zr and CuCr1Zr on M300 were investigated. Ultra-fine grains form at the interface due to the low mutual solubility of Cu and steel. The material mixing zone size is dependent on the configurations and tunable in the range of0.1–0.3 mm by introducing a separate set of parameters for the interface layers. Microcracks and pores mainly occur in the transition *** of these defects, the thermal diffusivity of bimetallic parts with 50vol% of CuCr1Zr significantly increases by 70%–150%compared to pure M300. The thermal diffusivity of CuCr1Zr and the hardness of M300 steel can be enhanced simultaneously by applying the aging heat treatment.

To explore the influence of the meso-mechanical behaviors of the wet coal dust layers on the contact stiffness of mechanical bonding surfaces,a three-body contact model incorporating an interface with wet coal dust was constructed based on breakage *** model considered the mechanical surface morphology and contact characteristics of the wet coal *** force chain evolution laws of the wet coal dust layer were elucidated under the effects of gap filling and the cover layer,and the bearing characteristics of the three-body contact bonding surfaces were revealed by quantitative analyses of the number,length,collimation coefficient,and coordination number of the force chains within the wet coal dust ***,the three-body normal contact stiffness under various preload forces was computed and experimentally *** results demonstrate that the external load transfer path of the three-body contact bonding surfaces was from mechanical surface(macroscopic stress)to wet coal dust layer(mesoscopic force chains)and then to mechanical surface(peaks and valleys).The interactions among these three elements contributed to transforming the distributions of the macroscopic stresses and mesoscopic force chains to the locations at the peaks and valleys of the mechanical *** them,the proportion of short force chains in the wet coal dust layer increased from approximately 0.8%–91%,while the proportion of long force chains exhibited an opposite changing *** force chain collimation coefficient initially increased and subsequently stabilized,reaching a maximum value of 0.93.A large number of broken,small particles in the wet coal dust layer mainly served to fill the gaps among large *** maximum relative error between the experimental and simulated values on the three-body contact stiffness is 7.26%,indicating that the simulation results can be an approximate substitute for the experimental results with a certain degree of accuracy and practic

Electrocatalytic n-valeraldehyde oxidation reaction was an inexpensive and eco-friendly method to control n-valeraldehyde contamination and produce high value-added ***,low-cost and readily available electrocatalysts with high current efficiency were urgently ***,two-dimensional porous carbon derived from pollen with enlarged interlayer distance was built by alkali activation method,applying in electrocatalytic n-valeraldehyde oxidation *** enlarged interlayer distance was verified by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscope(HAADF-STEM).Electrocatalytic experiments consequences showed activated biomass derived carbon possessed a higher electrocatalytic activity and octane selectivity than unactivated *** tests and in situ infrared experiments demonstrated that enlarged interlayer distance was positively correlated with specific surface area of catalysts,large specific surface area provided abundant absorption sites,facilitated the adsorption for n-valeraldehyde,and further promoted the transformation of n-valeraldehyde to *** work also provides a new avenue for creating high-performance electrocatalysts in terms of lattice engineering.

Background: Endoscopic treatment of biliopancreatic pathology is challenging due to surgically altered anatomy after Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and safety of single-balloon enteroscopy-assisted endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(SBE-ERCP) to treat biliopancreatic pathology in patients with Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy surgical variants. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 106 SBE-ERCP procedures in 46 patients with Whipple's variants. technical and clinical success rates and adverse events were evaluated. Results: Biliary SBE-ERCP was performed in 34 patients and pancreatic SBE-ERCP in 17, including 5 with both indications. From a total of 106 SBE-ERCP procedures, 76 were biliary indication with technical success rate of 68/76(90%) procedures and clinical success rate of 30/34(88%) patients. Mild adverse event rate was 8/76(11%), without serious adverse events. From a total of 106 SBE-ERCP procedures, 30 were pancreatic indication with technical success rate of 24/30(80%) procedures( P = 0.194 vs. biliary SBEERCP) and clinical success rate of 11/17(65%) patients( P = 0.016 vs. biliary SBE-ERCP). Mild adverse event rate was 6/30(20%)( P = 0.194 vs. biliary SBE-ERCP), without serious adverse events. After SBE-ERCP failure, endoscopic ultrasound-guided drainage, percutaneous drainage and redo surgery were alternative therapeutic options. Conclusions: Biliopancreatic pathology after Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy variants can be treated using SBE-ERCP without serious adverse events. technical and clinical success rates are high for biliary indications, whereas clinical success rate of pancreatic indications is significantly lower. SBE-ERCP can be considered as first-line treatment option in this patient group with surgically altered anatomy.

Affected by the insufficient information of single baseline observation data,the three-stage method assumes the Ground-to-Volume Ratio(GVR)to be zero so as to invert the vegetation ***,this assumption introduces much biases into the parameter estimates which greatly limits the accuracy of the vegetation height ***-baseline observation can provide redundant information and is helpful for the inversion of ***,the similar model parameter values in a multi-baseline model often lead to ill-posed problems and reduce the inversion accuracy of conventional *** this end,we propose a new step-by-step inversion method applied to the multi-baseline ***,an adjustment inversion model is constructed by using multi-baseline volume scattering dominant polarization data,and the regularized estimates of model parameters are obtained by regularization ***,the reliable estimates of GVR are determined by the MSE(mean square error)analysis of each regularized parameter ***,the estimated GVR is used to extracts the pure volume coherence,and then the vegetation height parameter is inverted from the pure volume coherence by least squares *** experimental results show that the new method can improve the vegetation height inversion result *** inversion accuracy is improved by 26%with respect to the three-stage method and the conventional solution of *** of these have demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the new method.

Yellow mealworm larvae(YML;Tenebrio molitor) are considered as a valuable insect species for animal feed due to their high nutritional values and ability to grow under different substrates and rearing conditions. Advances in the understanding of entomophagy and animal nutrition over the past decades have propelled research areas toward testing multiple aspects of YML to exploit them better as animal feed sources. This review aims to summarize various approaches that could be exploited to maximize the nutritional values of YML as an animal feed ingredient. In addition, YML has the potential to be used as an antimicrobial or bioactive agent to improve animal health and immune function in production animals. The dynamics of the nutritional profile of YML can be influenced by multiple factors and should be taken into account when attempting to optimize the nutrient contents of YML as an animal feed ingredient. Specifically, the use of novel land-based and aquatic feeding resources, probiotics, and the exploitation of larval gut microbiomes as novel strategies can assist to maximize the nutritional potential of YML. Selection of relevant feed supplies, optimization of ambient conditions, the introduction of novel genetic selection procedures, and implementation of effective post-harvest processing may be required in the future to commercialize mealworm production. Furthermore, the use of appropriate agricultural practices and technological improvements within the mealworm production sector should be aimed at achieving both economic and environmental sustainability. The issues highlighted in this review could pave the way for future approaches to improve the nutritional value of YML.

Compared to conventional electrocatalytic water splitting,electrocatalytic ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)along with hydrogen production is considered a more energy-efficient ***,we prepared a type of novel quaternary alloy catalyst(PtAuCuNi@NF)that exhibits excellent activity for EOR(0.215 V at 10 mA cm^(-2))and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)(7 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)).Experimental results demonstrated that both Cu and Ni modulated the electronic environment around Pt and *** electron-rich active center facilitates the rapid adsorption and dissociation of reactants and intermediates for both EOR and ***,in the ethanol-assisted overall water splitting(E-OWS),a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)was achieved at 0.28 ***,an advanced acid-base self-powered system(A-Bsps)that can achieve a self-powered voltage of 0.59 V was ***,the self-driven hydrogen production with zero external power supply was realized by integrating A-Bsps with the E-OWS *** interesting results can provide a feasible strategy for designing and developing advanced nanoalloy-based materials for clean energy integration and use in various fields.

This paper reconsiders the roles of China and some developed countries in the network of carbon emission transfers via international trade in value added from a new perspective of network *** search intensity(NSI)and the extended gravity model are used with cross-country panel data to analyze the mechanism of China's engagement in network governance of carbon emission *** results show that from 2000 to 2009,China was a net exporter of carbon emissions,even though it shifted from the semi-periphery to the core in the network of carbon emissions embodied in ***,NSI had a significant positive impact on carbon emissions embodied in *** China's important role in the global production network and division of labor,NSI may also affect industrial structure and the quality of the ecological environment to a large *** study analyses the network governance mechanism of China's participation in global carbon *** results suggest that the technical complexity of export products and product heterogeneity do not change the positive impact of NSI on carbon emissions.

High-performance automotive thermal management systems with environment-friendly refrigerants are essential for achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. In this study, an R290 vapor-injection heat pump system for electric vehicles is developed and experimentally investigated. The effects of refrigerant charge mass, injection pressure, and in-cabin air temperature are analyzed in ambient temperatures from-30℃ to 0℃. The results show that the vapor-injection system can increase the coefficient of performance (COP) and heating capacity by 14.3%and 15.9%at 0℃/20℃ (ambient/in-cabin temperature)compared with the basic system, and this increase becomes more significant at-20℃/20℃ with improvements of 32.5%and38.1%, respectively. At a lower ambient temperature of-20℃, increasing refrigerant charge mass contributes to a more pronounced increase in heating capacity than at 0℃, which results from the more significant increase in injection mass flow. The optimal COP at various injection pressures are 2.07 and 1.63 at 0℃ and-20℃ ambient temperatures, corresponding to the relative injection pressures of 0.60 and 0.57, and the injection flow ratios of 0.23 and 0.29, respectively. At-30℃/0℃, a COP of1.69 can be achieved.
