An efficient quantum proactive incremental learning algorithm

In scenarios where a large amount of data needs to be learned,incremental learning can make full use of old knowledge,signif-icantly reduce the computational cost of the overall learning process,and maintain high *** this paper,taking the MaxCut problem as our example,we introduce the idea of incremental learning into quantum computing,and propose a Quantum Proactive Incremental Learning algorithm(QPIL).Instead of a one-off training of quantum circuit,QPIL contains a multi-phase training on gradually-increased subgraphs of all vertices,proactively reducing large-scale problems to smaller ones to solve in steps,providing an efficient solution for ***,some vertices and corresponding edges are randomly selected for training to obtain optimized parameters of the quantum circuit at ***,in each incremental phase,the remaining vertices and corresponding edges are gradually added and the parameters obtained from the previous phase are reused in the parameter initialization of the current *** perform experiments on 120 different small-scale graphs,and it shows that QPIL performs superior to prevalent quantum and classical baselines in terms of approximation ratio(AR),time cost,anti-forgetting,and solv-ing *** particular,QPIL’s AR surpasses 20%of mainstream quantum baselines,and the time cost is less than 1/5 of *** idea of QPIL is expected to inspire efficient and high-quality solutions in large-scale MaxCut and other combinatorial optimization problems.

Identifying key nodes in complex networks is crucial for understanding and controlling their dynamics. Traditional centrality measures often fall short in capturing the multifaceted roles of nodes within these networks. The Page Rank algorithm, widely recognized for ranking web pages, offers a more nuanced approach by considering the importance of connected nodes. However, existing methods generally overlook the geometric properties of networks, which can provide additional insights into their structure and functionality. In this paper, we propose a novel method named Curv-Page Rank(C-PR), which integrates network curvature and Page Rank to identify influential nodes in complex networks. By leveraging the geometric insights provided by curvature alongside structural properties, C-PR offers a more comprehensive measure of a node's influence. Our approach is particularly effective in networks with community structures, where it excels at pinpointing bridge nodes critical for maintaining connectivity and facilitating information flow. We validate the effectiveness of C-PR through extensive experiments. The results demonstrate that C-PR outperforms traditional centrality-based and Page Rank methods in identifying critical nodes. Our findings offer fresh insights into the structural importance of nodes across diverse network configurations, highlighting the potential of incorporating geometric properties into network analysis.

Distributed dual-function radar system is an emerging trend in next-generation wireless systems, offering the possibility of improved parameter estimation for target localization as well as improved communication performance. With sufficient resource allocation, the achievable minimum estimated mean square error(MSE) and maximum total communication rate of localization may exceed the intended performance metrics of the system, which may consume an excessive number of antennas as well as antenna costs. In order to avoid resource wastage, this paper proposes a distributed dual-function radar communication multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) system capable of performing radar and communication tasks simultaneously. The distributed system achieves the desired MSE performance metrics and communication performance metrics by efficiently selecting a subset of antennas, and minimizing the number of transmitting antennas and receiving antennas used in the system as well as the cost. In this paper, the problem is modeled as a knapsack problem where the objective is to obtain the maximal MSE performance and the maximal total communication rate performance at the lowest cost, for which we design a heuristic antenna selection algorithm. The designed algorithm is effective in reducing the time complexity as well as reducing the cost of antenna, and minimizing the number of antennas required.

K-Corruption Intermittent Attacks for Violating the Codiagnosability

In this work, we address the codiagnosability analysis problem of a networked discrete event system under malicious attacks. The considered system is modeled by a labeled Petri net and is monitored by a series of sites, in which each site possesses its own set of sensors, without requiring communication among sites or to any coordinators. A net is said to be codiagnosable with respect to a fault if at least one site could deduce the occurrence of this fault within finite steps. In this context, we focus on a type of malicious attack that is called stealthy intermittent replacement attack. The stealthiness demands that the corrupted observations should be consistent with the system's normal behavior, while the intermittent replacement setting entails that the replaced transition labels must be recovered within a bounded of consecutive corrupted observations(called as K-corruption intermittent attack). Particularly, there exists a coordination between attackers that are separately effected on different sites, which holds the same corrupted observation for each common transition under attacks. From an attacker viewpoint, this work aims to design Kcorruption intermittent attacks for violating the codiagnosability of systems. For this purpose, we propose an attack automaton to analyze K-corruption intermittent attack for each site, and build a new structure called complete attack graph that is used to analyze all the potential attacked paths. Finally, an algorithm is inferred to obtain the K-corruption intermittent attacks, and examples are given to show the proposed attack strategy.

An appropriate spatial structure of a power battery supply network is crucial for the specialization and scale development of key components in new energy vehicles, accelerating the transformation and upgrade of the industry. This paper investigates the cooperative relationships among supply chain enterprises from the perspective of complex *** methodologies such as the gravity model and Moran's I analysis, it explores the spatial structural characteristics and correlation patterns of the power battery supply network in China and discusses the influencing factors using the quadratic assignment procedure,revealing the mechanisms behind the differences in the spatial distributions of the power battery supply network. The results indicate that the distribution of power battery enterprises is densely concentrated in the eastern and southern regions, whereas the western region has a sparse distribution. The spatial supply network consists of a four-tier linkage system, encompassing 135 prefecture-level cities, with Chongqing, Shanghai, Nanjing, and other cities particularly prominent. Overall, the degree of agglomeration is low, with coastal cities dominating the landscape and inland cities serving as complementary regions. Most areas are characterized as insignificant or low–high regions, and the regional linkage effect of core cities is not pronounced. There is a notable lack of significance and high spatial *** types of factors—spatial factors, market factors, agglomeration economies, and innovation levels—jointly influence and shape the spatial structure of the power battery supply network.

In this paper, an event-triggered time-varying formation tracking control for a class of second-order nonlinear multiagent systems(MAS) operating within a constrained region is investigated. To mitigate the negative effects of external unknown disturbance, a novel disturbance observer with performance guarantees is proposed, enabling precise disturbance *** the artificial potential field(APF) method, a repulsive potential function is introduced to prevent inter-agent collisions as well as collisions with environmental obstacles. To reduce continuous communication and frequent system updates, a sliding mode technique is incorporated into the formation tracking controller, utilizing an event-triggered mechanism. The controller is also applicable to the formation control of MAS in switching-constrained regions. The achievement of the specified timevarying geometric formation is rigorously demonstrated through the Lyapunov framework. Numerical simulations are presented to validate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Quantum secure direct communication （QSDC） can transmit the secret message ***-photon-based QSDC protocol requires the active modulation of the quantum state of the source,potentially introducing various side-channel *** this paper,we propose a passive-state preparation QSDC *** utilizing a passive-state preparation method,we remove the need for active modulation,thus eliminating the side-channel risks associated with the source *** evaluate the performance of the protocol,we develop a system model and improve the decoy state *** parameter optimization,we identify the optimal secrecy message capacity for various communication distances and compare it with active modulation *** a communication distance of 10 （15） km,the secrecy message capacity of passive-state preparation QSDC reaches3.894×10-4(3.715×10-5) bit/pulse,achieving 95.3%（91.5%） of the active case’s ***,we consider the resource consumption and optimize the secrecy message transmission rate of passive-state preparation *** a coherent light source with a frequency of 10～6Hz,at communication distances of 5,10,and 15 km,the secrecy message transmission rates for passive-state preparation QSDC reach 2.370×10～2,4.218×10,and 2.504 bit/s,respectively.

Over the past 14 years,the efficiency of perovskite solar cells has surged from 3.8% to 26.7%[1],establishing it as an unrivaled choice for next-generation ***,maintaining the long-term stability of perovskite solar modules(PSMs)remains a *** particular,the thermal-and light-induced changes in crystal structure,composition,and optoelectronic properties are the primary causes of device degradation,currently considered the Achilles’heel that hinders its commercialization[2–4].Now,writing in Science,Ding et al.[5]achieve a milestone by overcoming the thermal-and light-induced degradation,rendering the PSM with a record efficiency of 23.2% and a T80(time to 20% efficiency loss)over 4,000 h at 85℃ and 85%relative humidity(RH)under light *** key behind this milestone is to utilize the cation reactivity to in-situ form methyl tetrahydrotriazinium([MTTZ]+,a new cation)and dimethylammonium([DMA]+)in precursor solution(Figure 1a).These cations remarkably modulate perovskite crystallization and stabilize the perovskite.
