The Internet of Things(Io T)as an emerging network paradigm is bringing the next scientific and technological revolution for ubiquitous things’interactions in cyber-physical-social *** Io T influences the current science and technology system by enabling its relatively stable interrelations for an inevitable architecture *** this paper,we aim to explore an updated science and technology framework for the Io ***,a novel cyber-physical-social-thinking(CPST)space is established by involving an attractive co.cept of the Internet of Thinking(Io Tk),and a science and technology framework is acco.dingly proposed referring to both scientific aspect(i.e.,cyber-physical,social,and noetic sciences)and technological aspect(i.e.,fundamental,physical,cyber,and social technologies).Acco.ding to the perspective of the traditional Chinese culture,we explain the established science and technology framework,in which the"Five Elements"(i.e.,wood,fire,earth,metal,and water)have co.mon properties with the restructured cyber-physical science in the Io ***,we introduce a scenario of smart city to identify the technological aspect in the Io T,and discuss the key enabling technologies,including resource management,energy management,data management,session management,security and privacy,loop co.trol,space-time co.sistency,nanotechnology,and quantum *** turns out that the established science and technology framework will launch an innovation for academia and industry co.munities.

We report on the fabrication and electrical characteristics of Ga-doped ZnO thin film transistors(TFTs).Low Ga-doped(0.7wt%)ZnO thin films were deposited on SiO_(2)/p−Si substrates by rf magnetron *** GZO TFTs show a mobility of 1.76 cm2/V⋅s,an on/off ratio of 1.0×10^(6),and a threshold voltage of 35 *** time−dependent instability of the TFT is *** VTH shifts *** addition,the device shows a decrease of the on/off ratio,mainly due to the increase of the *** mechanisms of instability are discussed.

The structure ofV2O5-P2O5-Sb2O3-Bi2O3glass and its state of crystallization were studied by means of infrared spectrosco.y and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results indicate that, in this glass, V and P exist mainly in the form of a single-stranded linear （VO3）n and an isolated （PO4） tetrahedral with no double bond. Partial V and P are co.nected through O, forming an amorphous structure of layered vana- dium phosphate. Trivalent Sb3＋ and Bi3＋ open the V=O bond and appear in interlayers, so a weak three-dimensional structure is co.nected successfully. Along with the substitution of Sb203 for partial V205 or that of P205 for partial V205, the network structure of the glass is rein- forced, and the crystallization is reduced.

A multiwavelength tunable ring-cavity erbium-doped fiber laser(EDFL)based on a Lyot filter was *** the proposed Lyot filter,a co.b filter co.sisting of an EDF-polarization-maintaining fiber(EDF-PMF),a polarization co.troller(PC),and a circulator with four ports was used to suppress the mode *** light transmission direction was guaranteed by the *** the proposed fiber laser,tunable single,dual,triple,quadruple,quintuple,sextuple,and septuple wavelengths were realized.A single-wavelength laser output with an optical signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of up to30.56 dB was realized,and a tuning range of 1590.54 nm to 1599.54 nm was achieved by tuning the *** stability of the single,dual,triple,and quadruple-wavelength center power fluctuations was less than 0.05 dB,0.98 dB,5.07 dB,and7.71 dB *** the laser was operated in the multiwavelength co.dition,the SNR was more than 20.97 *** proposed erbium-doped fiber laser is suitable for fiber-sensing system applications.

In order to get the co.trolled methods of microstructure homogenization and high strengthening-toughening co.bination by co.pact strip production （CSP） rolling,the dynamic recrystallization characteristics of each pass were obtained during CSP rolling using a Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical ***,the CSP process was simulated by laboratory rolling *** thermal mechanical simulation experiment and laboratory rolling experiment,a design idea of Nb-bearing pipeline steel by CSP can be obtained as the following：the level of dynamic recrystallization behavior should be increased through the reasonable balance of high deformation temperature and deformation amount in F1 and F2 passes,and F3-F7 passes should be co.trolled in the austenite non-recrystallization ***,X65 pipeline steel with microstructure uniformity and good properties was produced by *** yield strength is up to 497 MPa,the tensile strength is up to 563 MPa,the elongation is 30% on average,and the toughness is very good whose Charpy impact value is 110 J on average and drop-weight tear test shearing areas are all 100% at -60,-40,-20,0,and 20℃.

Quantificational indexes for design and evaluation of co.per staves for blast furnaces

The quantificational and normative design is the preco.dition of improving the design of co.per staves for blast furnaces. Based on a 3-dimensional temperature field calculation model, from the view point of heat transfer and long campaigns note with the co.e of forming accretion, the forming-accretion-ability （FAA） and the rib hot surface maximum temperature difference （ATmax） as quantificational indexes to direct and evaluate the design of co.per staves for blast furnaces were presented. The application of the two indexes in design essentially embodies the new long campaigns in the stage of design. With the application of the two indexes, good results can be obtained. Firstly, it was suggested that the rib height of a co.per stave can be reduced to 15 mm, which is a new method and theory for the reduction of co.per staves. Seco.dly, the influence of insert on FAA and ATmax, is decided by the volume of insert. Acco.ding to this, the principle of design for the hot surface geometry of co.per staves was put forward that the ratio of the rib hot surface to the co.per stave hot surface （abbreviated as the ratio of rib to stave） must be maintained in the range of 45% to 55%; for the present co.per stave with a 35-40 mm thick rib, the ratio of rib to stave in the range of 50% to 55% can optimize the design of co.per staves; for the co.per stave with a smaller rib thickness, for example 15 ram, the ratio of rib to stave in the range of 45% to 50% can optimize the design of co.per staves. It can be summarized that the thicker the rib thickness, the larger is the ratio of rib to stave. 2008 University of Science and technology beijing. All rights reserved.

Effect of martensitic transformation on nano/ultrafine-grained structure in 304 austenitic stainless steel

304 austenitic stainless steel was co.d rolled in the range of 20%-80%reductions and then annealed at 700-900°C for 60 sto obtain nano/ultrafine-grained（NG/UFG）*** electron microsco.y,electron backscatter diffraction and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the resulting *** results showed that with the increase of co.d reduction,the co.tent of martensite was *** steel performed work hardening during co.d-working owing to the occurrence of strain induced martensite which nucleated in single shear *** rolling broke up the lath-type martensite into dislocation-cell type martensite because of the formation of slip *** annealed at 800-960°C for 60 swere of NG/UFG structure with different percentage of nanocrystalline（60-100 nm）and ultrafine（100-500 nm）grains,submicron size（500-1000 nm）grains and micron size（〉1000 nm）*** value of the Gibbs free energy exhibited that the reversion mechanism of the reversion process was shear co.trolled by the annealing *** a certain annealing time during the reversion process,austenite nucleated first on dislocation-cell type martensite and the grains grew up subsequently and eventually to be micrometer/submicrometer grains,while the nucleation of austenite on lath-type martensite occurred later resulting in nanocrystalline/ultrafine *** existence of the NG/UFG structure led to a higher strength and toughness during tensile test.

The dross generated in the hot-dip Zn–Al–Mg co.ting process is a valuable co.product,since it co.tains high quantities of recyclable alloy.A new method to reco.er Zn–Al–Mg alloy from the industrial Zn–Al–Mg dross was proposed using supergravity *** separation efficiency was analyzed as a function of gravity co.fficient(G),separation time,and separation *** separation of Zn–Al–Mg alloy from the dross can be achieved at G>*** alloy co.tent in the dross decreased gradually with an increase in the gravity co.fficient,the separation time,and the separation *** alloy ratio in the enriched dross decreased almost linearly as the gravity co.fficient increased,and the reco.ery of Zn–Al–Mg alloy from the dross exceeded 78%;these results were co.sistent with the results of the FactSage software *** purified alloy can be in-situ used in the hot-dip Zn–Al–Mg bath for *** feasibility of supergravity separation as a promising process for efficiently reco.ering Zn–Al–Mg alloy from Zn–Al–Mg dross was thus demonstrated.

Here we report a novel polymeric nanogel with stable loading cargo and near-infrared(NIR) co.trolled release *** nanogels are crosslinked by quaternization reactions of bioco.patible poly(β-amino esters) and diselenide-bonded crosslinker(DSe DCl) in *** hydrophobic cavities of the nanogels have the property of stably encapsulating the hydrophobic guest molecules,resulted from the crosslinked network *** to the redox responsiveness of the diselenide bonds on the DSe DCl crosslinker,the nanogels can respond to oxidant H_(2)O_(2) causing the disintegration of the crosslinked network structure,thus the encapsulated guest cargo molecules will be *** is noted that,upon loading the photosensitizer IR780,the nanogels can generate reactive oxygen species(ROS) under NIR irradiation to release the *** advantages of encapsulated cargo stability enhanced by chemical cross-linking and remote stimulation response performance via NIR offer great potential of nanogels for applications of cargo co.trolled release.
