Waste heat recovery of high-temperature granules is one of the most promising sustainable energy supply and carbon reduction ways for industry.A moving bed indirect heat exchanger(MBIHE)with inner-migration was proposed for granular heat *** migration and the enhanced heat transfer induced by two types of agitators(i.e.,agitator with slanted stick A_(s)and with plow-shaped surface A_(p))in the MBIHE are analyzed based on DEM coupled with *** to the effective agitation,the average heat transfer coefficient in the granule side is enhanced to∼3 times compared to that without *** heat recovery efficiency in the moving bed reached more than 70%with the agitations of either A_(s)or A_(p).The heat efficiency of A_(s)is∼7%higher than that of A_(p),but with at least 60%greater rotational *** ensure reliable agitation,the A_(p)is suggested to be adopted in the MBIHE to induce granule migration.

Graph databases have gained widespread adoption in various industries and have been utilized in a range of applications,including financial risk assessment,commodity recommendation,and data lineage *** the principles and design of these databases have been the subject of some investigation,there remains a lack of comprehensive examination of aspects such as storage layout,query language,and *** present study focuses on the design and implementation of graph storage layout,with a particular emphasis on tree-structured key-value *** also examine different design choices in the graph storage layer and present our findings through the development of TuGraph,a highly efficient single-machine graph database that significantly outperforms well-known Graph DataBase Management System(GDBMS).Additionally,TuGraph demonstrates superior performance in the Linked Data Benchmark council(LDBC)Social Network Benchmark(SNB)interactive benchmark.

Natural minerals,such as kaolinite,halloysite,montmorillonite,attapulgite,bentonite,sepiolite,forsterite,and wollastonite,have considerable potential for use in co_(2) capture and mineralization due to their abundant reserves,low cost,excellent mechanical prop-erties,and chemical *** the past decades,various methods,such as those involving heat,acid,alkali,organic amine,amino sil-ane,and ionic liquid,have been employed to enhance the co_(2) capture performance of natural minerals to attain high specific surface area,a large number of pore structures,and rich active *** research on co_(2) capture by natural minerals will focus on the full utiliza-tion of the properties of natural minerals,adoption of suitable modification methods,and preparation of composite materials with high specific surface area and rich active *** addition,we provide a summary of the principle and technical route of direct and indirect mineralization of co_(2) by natural *** process uses minerals with high calcium and magnesium contents,such as forsterite(Mg_(2)SiO_(4)),serpentine[Mg_(3)Si_(2)O(OH)_(4)],and wollastonite(CaSiO_(3)).The research status of indirect mineralization of co_(2) using hydro-chloric acid,acetic acid,molten salt,and ammonium salt as media is also introduced in *** recovery of additives and high-value-added products during the mineralization process to increase economic benefits is another focus of future research on co_(2) mineralization by natural minerals.

Influence of span-to-depth ratio on dynamic response of vehicle-turnoutbridge system in high-speed railway

For high-speed railways,the smoothness of the railway line significantly affects the operational speed of *** the train passes through the turnout on a long-span bridge,the wheel-rail impacts caused by the turnout structure irregularities,and the instability arising from the bridge's flexural deformation lead to a strong coupling effect in the vehicle-turnout-bridge *** significantly affects both ride comfort and operational *** addressing this issue,the present study considered a long-span continuous rigid-frame bridge as an example and established a train-turnout-bridge coupled dynamic model of high-speed *** a selfdeveloped dynamic simulation program,the study analysed the dynamic response characteristics when the train passes through the turnouts on the *** also investigated the influence of different span-to-depth ratios of the bridge on the vehicle dynamic response when the train passes through the main line and branch line of turnouts and then proposed a span-to-depth ratio limit value for a long-span continuous rigid-frame *** research findings suggest that the changes in the span-to-depth ratio have a relatively minor impact on the train’s operational performance but significantly affect the dynamic characteristics of the bridge *** on the findings and a comprehensive assessment of safety indicators,it is advisable to establish a span-to-depth ratio limit of 1/4500 for a long-span continuous rigid-frame bridge.

The contents of waste glass powder(WGP)(0%,10%,15%,20%,25%)and water-binder ratio(W/C)(0.24,0.26,0.28)were used as influencing factors,and the quality loss rate(Δm)and compressive strength loss rate(Δfc)were used as characterization *** Ca/Si ratio and main element contents of C-S-H gels with different WGP content were investigated by energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS).The pore structure evolution characteristics of WGP composite cementing materials were investigated by low field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).UsingΔfc as the index of frost resistance degradation and Weibull function,the frost resistance degradation of glass doped pervious concrete(WGP-PC)was *** results show that,with WGP,for the same number of cycles,Δm andΔfc decrease and increase with the increase of *** the same WGP content,Δm andΔfc decrease first and then increase with the increase of W/*** 100 freeze-thaw cycles,the samples with WGP content of 20%and W/C of 0.26 have the best *** tests show that with the increase of WGP content,the Ca/Si ratio of C-S-H gel decreases at first and then increases with the increase of WGP *** extreme value of Ca/Si is 2.36 when WGP is added by 20%.The pore volume of hardened paste with 20%WGP content decreased by 18.6%compared with that of cement system without *** overall compactness of the specimen was *** the basis of the test data,a life prediction model was established according to Weibull *** experiment showed thatΔfc could be used as a durability degradation index,and the slope of the reliability curve became gentle after WGP was added,which reduced the damage degradation rate of PC.W/C was ***'s about 5000 hours.

Improving flangeability of multiphase steel by increasing microstructural homogeneity

Multiphase microstructure significantly increases the strength,usually at the expense of flangeability because of lacking microstructure *** further improve the strength-flangeability of multiphase steel,the microstructural homogeneity was advanced by adjusting the hard martensite/austenite(M/A)*** strength-flangeability was measured via uniaxial tensile tests and hole expansion *** microstructures were characterized using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an electron backscatter diffraction detector and a transmission electron *** tests were supplementally used to quantitatively reveal the microstructural homogeneity of the *** show that the adjusted multiphase steel achieves an excellent ultimate tensile strength(~800 MPa)and flangeability(~135%hole expansion ratio).A promising homogeneous multiphase microstructure was obtained by controlling undercooled austenite transformed at about 600℃.This microstructure consists of soft polygonal ferrite,blocky bainitic ferrite,and hard M/A *** volume fraction of M/A islands is around 5%,and the average size is less than l *** nanoindentation analysis indicated that the participation of M/A islands impressively influenced the microstructural *** strain partition and better mechanical compatibility were present in the adjusted multiphase steel since the plasticity initiation started late,which resulted in a positive ***,avoiding M/A islands distributed in the chain along the rolling direction on the matrix hindered the possibility of voids coalescing into cracks and stabilized the flanging performance.

In order to improve the screening performance and cleaning effect of the jujube harvesting machinery cleaning device,a vibrating curved screen device was designed in this *** analyzing the structure mechanism of the curved sieve body,it was obtained that the arc-shaped mesh hole spacing S was 15-25 mm and the curved mesh hole curvature U was 90°-150°.By exploring the movement state and stress of jujube and impurities on the curved sieve body,it was determined that the horizontal spacing L of the curved layer sieve was 30 mm and the vertical spacing H was 45-65 *** the vertical spacing H of the curved layer sieve,the curvature U of the curved mesh hole,and the spacing S of the curved mesh hole as the experimental factors,considering the screening efficiencyαand the impurity contentβof the jujube as the response values,the three-factor three-level quadratic regression orthogonal experiment was designed,establishing the regression mathematical model of each factor and response value,and the multiple target optimization algorithm of Design-expert software was used to optimize various *** results showed that the influence factors on the screening efficiency were in the descending order as:the arc screen spacing,the vertical spacing of the curved layer screen,and the curved screen hole curvature;The significant factors affecting the impurity content of jujube were in the descending order as:the arc screen spacing,the curved screen hole curvature,and the vertical spacing of the curved layer *** experimental results were verified by the optimized combination of parameters:when the vertical spacing H of the curved layer screen was 65 mm,the curved screen hole curvature U was 110°,and the arc screen spacing S was 23 mm,the average screening efficiencyαin the test was 91.09%.The relative error between the experimental verification value and the theoretical optimization value was 1.36%,which was less than 5%.The impurity content of jujubeβin the test w

Many studies have shown that the development of allergic asthma is associated with intestinal microbiota dysbiosis. Based on the gut-lung axis theory， probiotic intervention may be a potential strategy for respiratory diseases. Lacticaseibacillus paracasei K56 was reported to regulate gut microbiota in mice. However， its effect on allergic asthma has not been reported. In this study， we investigated the effect of the K56 on ovalbumin-induced asthma and its possible mechanisms. Our results showed that K56 reduced asthma symptoms and inflammatory cell infiltration in the lung of asthmatic mice. And K56 regulated the differentiation of helper T cells in the lung and intestine. Results from 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that K56 prophylaxis significantly elevated the richness of Akkermansia and Burkholderia. Meanwhile， K56 abrogated the decrease in the levels of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in the feces. In addition， a rebound in the mRNA expression of the SCFA receptors was observed after K56 prophylaxis. Notably， the regulatory T cell (Treg) frequencies and the FFAR3 levels were positively correlated. These results suggest that K56 could attenuate asthma， possibly by modulating the intestinal microbiota and regulating Treg differentiation through SCFA metabolized. Our study showed that K56 may be used as a probiotic to prevent pulmonary inflammation and dysbiosis of the intestinal microbiota in allergic asthma.
