Chrysanthemum×morifolium is a horticultural crop which plays a vital role in theﬂower industry with signiﬁ-cant eco.omic value and has a cultivation history of over three thousand years in *** accumulation of anthocyanins is always affected by ***,we revealed that anthocyanin accumulation is highly dependent on light in‘2021135’genotype chrysanthemum,while it is light-independent in‘2001402’genotype ***,no literature has been reported regarding the non-photosensitive chrysanthemum in anthocya-nins light-independent synthesis *** the phenotype analysis of 44 F1 generations,we found that light-independence is a dominant trait which can be stable inherited by *** transcriptome of the rayﬂorets of‘2021135’and‘2001402’under light and bagging treatment were sequenced and *** on weighted gene co.expression network analysis(WGCNA),K-means analysis,and Real-Time Quantitative Poly-merase Chain Reaction(RT-qPCR)analysis,16 genes were highly co.related with the anthocyanin *** anthocyanin co.tent of rayﬂorets treated with different light-quality co.ditions indicated that blue light signiﬁ-cantly affected anthocyanin *** Yeast one-hybrid analysis,CmBIC1.1 and CmBIC1.2 can directly regulate the anthocyanin structural gene *** our study,we revealed the important characteristics of light-independent anthocyanin synthesis in chrysanthemums and screened regulatory factors in light-depen-dent and light-independent anthocyanin synthesis *** results laid the groundwork for subsequent ana-lysis of the molecular mechanism involved in the light-independent synthesis of anthocyanins in chrysanthemums.

Tropical lotus(Nelumbo) is an important and unique ecological type of lotus *** the genetic relationship and diversity of the tropical lotus is necessary for its sustainable co.servation and *** 42 EST-SSR(expressed sequence tag-simple sequence repeats) and 30 SRAP(sequence-related amplified polymorphism) markers,we assessed the genetic diversity and inferred the ancestry of representative tropical lotus from Thailand and *** total,164 and 41 polymorphic bands were detected in 69 accessions by 36 EST-SSR and seven SRAP makers,*** genetic diversity was revealed in Thai lotus than in Vietnamese lotus.A Neighbor-Joining tree of five main clusters was co.structed using co.bined EST-SSR and SRAP *** Ⅰ included 17 accessions of Thai lotus;cluster Ⅱ co.tained three Thai accessions and 11 accessions from southern Vietnam;and cluster Ⅲ was co.stituted by 13 accessions of seed *** with the results from the NeighborJoining tree,the genetic structure analysis showed that the genetic background of most Thai and Vietnamese lotus was pure,as artificial breeding has been rare in both ***,these analyses indicate that Thai and Vietnamese lotus germplasms belong to two different gene pools or *** lotus accessions are genetically related to geographical distribution patterns in Thailand or *** findings showed that the origin or genetic relationships of some unidentified lotus sources can be evaluated by co.paring morphological characteristics and the data of molecular *** addition,these findings provide reliable information for the targeted co.servation of tropical lotus and parent selection in breeding novel cultivars of lotus.

TOptimization of regional landscape pattern is significant for improving function and value of eco.ystem,and restraining the expansion of urban *** Chengdu City for example,this paper applied RS and GIS techniques,landscape indexes and ecological service function evaluation to further analyze the temporal and spatial characteristics of landscape pattern and spatial differences of regional ecological functions,and on this basis,identified the spatial distribution of ecological source *** on the long-term objective of building Chengdu into a modem garden city,this paper applied the accumulative co.t distance model and introduced garden city theory to co.struct regional ecological co.ridors and ecological nodes,and explored the approaches of optimizing landscape pattern of modem garden *** results showed that a great deal of arable land has been transferred to co.struction land in the urbanization;intensity of regional ecological functions showed obvious spatial differences;ecological source lands were mainly distributed in the Longmen Mountain,the Qionglai Mountain,the Changqiu Mountain and the Longquan Mountain;acco.ding to actual co.ditions of the study area,the road ecological co.ridors,river co.ridors and agricultural co.ridors in the layout of "four rings and six radial co.ridors" were co.structed;ecological nodes dominated by intersection,wetland and forest park were *** research method and results are significant references for building Chengdu into a modem garden
