Federated Learning(FL),as an emergent paradigm in privacy-preserving machine learning,has garnered significant interest from scholars and engineers across both academic and industrial *** its innovative approach to model training across distributed networks,FL has its vulnerabilities;the centralized server-client architecture introduces risks of single-point ***,the integrity of the global model—a co.nerstone of FL—is susceptible to co.promise through poisoning attacks by malicious *** attacks and the potential for privacy leakage via inference starkly undermine FL’s foundational privacy and security *** these reasons,some participants unwilling use their private data to train a model,which is a bottleneck in the development and industrialization of federated *** technology,characterized by its decentralized ledger system,offers a co.pelling solution to these *** inherently prevents single-point failures and,through its incentive mechanisms,motivates participants to co.tribute co.puting ***,blockchain-based FL(BCFL)emerges as a natural progression to address FL’s *** study begins with co.cise introductions to federated learning and blockchain technologies,followed by a formal analysis of the specific problems that FL *** discusses the challenges of co.bining the two technologies and presents an overview of the latest cryptographic solutions that prevent privacy leakage during co.munication and incentives in *** addition,this research examines the use of BCFL in various fields,such as the Internet of Things and the Internet of ***,it assesses the effectiveness of these solutions.

Deep Learning and Tensor-Based Multiple Clustering Approaches for Cyber-Physical-Social Applications

The study delves into the expanding role of network platforms in our daily lives, enco.passing various mediums like blogs, forums, online chats, and prominent social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. While these platforms offer avenues for self-expression and co.munity support, they co.currently harbor negative impacts, fostering antisocial behaviors like phishing, impersonation, hate speech, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cyberterrorism, fake news propagation, spamming, and fraud. Notably, individuals also leverage these platforms to co.nect with authorities and seek aid during disasters. The overarching objective of this research is to address the dual nature of network platforms by proposing innovative methodologies aimed at enhancing their positive aspects and mitigating their negative repercussions. To achieve this, the study introduces a weight learning method grounded in multi-linear attribute ranking. This approach serves to evaluate the significance of attribute co.binations across all feature spaces. Additionally, a novel clustering method based on tensors is proposed to elevate the quality of clustering while effectively distinguishing selected features. The methodology inco.porates a weighted average similarity matrix and optionally integrates weighted Euclidean distance, co.tributing to a more nuanced understanding of attribute importance. The analysis of the proposed methods yields significant findings. The weight learning method proves instrumental in discerning the importance of attribute co.binations, shedding light on key aspects within feature spaces. Simultaneously, the clustering method based on tensors exhibits improved efficacy in enhancing clustering quality and feature distinction. This not only advances our understanding of attribute importance but also paves the way for more nuanced data analysis methodologies. Prediction and scheduling of multi-energy microgrid based on BiGRU self-attention mechanism and LQPSO

Magnesium-co.taining pellet regulating blast furnace ferrous burden interaction:softening-melting behavior and mechanism

MgO participates in all stages of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace ironmaking,and synergistically optimizing the distribution of MgO in ferrous burden can effectively enhance the interaction within the ferrous burdens and optimize the softening-melting properties of the mixed ***-co.taining pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter or mixed with high-MgO sinter in the blast furnace ferrous burden structure have opposite softening-melting performance *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-co.taining pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter,the magnesium-co.taining pellets can enhance the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,which can optimize the co.position of the slag phase and improve the slag *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-co.taining pellets mixed with high-MgO sinter,the magnesium-co.taining pellets weaken the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,increase the co.tent of the high melting point solid-phase particles in the slag,lead to an increase in the visco.ity of the slag and difficult separation of the slag and iron,and decrease the permeability of the charge ***,to ensure good permeability of the mixed burden,the following measures are suggested:optimizing the MgO distribution of the ferrous burden,reducing the MgO co.tent of the sinter to 1.96 wt.%,increasing the MgO co.tent of the pellets to 1.03-1.30 wt.%,co.trolling the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the mixed burden within 1.15-1.32,narrowing the position of the co.esive zone,and maintaining an S value(permeability index)of approximately 150 kPa℃.

Tunnel bottleneck management with high-occupancy vehicle priority on intelligent freeways

Tunnels on freeways,as one of the critical bottlenecks,frequently cause severe co.gestion and passenger *** solve the tunnel bottleneck problem,most of the existing research can be divided into two *** is to adopt variable speed limits(VSLs)to regulate a predetermined speed for vehicles to get through a bottleneck *** other is to adopt high-occupancy vehicle(HOV)lane *** HOV lane management strategies,all traffic is divided into HOVs and low-occupancy vehicles(LOVs).HOVs are vehicles with a driver and one or more *** are vehicles with only a *** kind of research can grant priority to HOVs by providing a dedicated HOV ***,the existing research cannot both mitigate co.gestion and maximize passenger-oriented *** address the research gap,this paper leverages co.nected and automated vehicle(CAV)technologies on intelligent freeways and develops a tunnel bottleneck management strategy with a dynamic HOV lane(DHL).The strategy bears the following features:1)enables tunnel bottleneck management at a microsco.ic level;2)maximizes passenger-oriented benefits;3)grants priority to HOVs even when the HOV lane is open to LOVs;4)allocates right-of-way segments for HOVs and LOVs in real time;and 5)performs well in a mixed-traffic *** proposed strategy is evaluated through co.parison against the non-co.trol baseline and a VSL *** analysis is co.ducted under different co.gestion levels and penetration *** results demonstrate that the proposed strategy outperforms in terms of passenger-oriented delay reduction and HOVs’priority level improvement.

Study on the oxidation mechanism of Al-SiC co.posite at elevated temperature

Resin-bonded Al-SiC co.posite was sintered at 1100,1300,and 1500℃ in the air,the oxidation mechanism was *** reaction models were also *** oxidation resistance of the Al-SiC co.posite was significantly enhanced with temperature *** in the exterior of the co.posite was partially oxidized slightly,while the transformation of metastable Al_(4)C_(3) to stable Al_(4)SiC_(4) existed in the *** 1100℃,Al in the interior reacted with residual C to form Al_(4)C_(3).With increasing to 1300℃,high temperature and low oxygen partial pressure lead to active oxidation of SiC,and internal gas co.position transforms to Al_(2)O(g)+co.g)+SiO(g)as the reaction *** Al_(4)C_(3) is formed,co.g)and SiO(g)are co.tinuously deposited on its surface,transforming to Al_(4)SiC_(4).At 1500℃,a dense layer co.sisting of SiC and Al_(4)SiC_(4) whiskers is formed which cuts off the diffusion channel of *** active oxidation of SiC is accelerated,enabling more gas to participate in the synthesis of Al_(4)SiC_(4),eventually forming hexagonal lamellar Al_(4)SiC_(4) with mutual accumulation between SiC *** Al enhances the oxidation resistance of *** addition,the in situ generated non-oxide is uniformly dispersed on a micro-scale and bonds SiC stably.

Mineralogical properties and co.sintering characteristics of fluxed iron ore with magnetite co.centrates

To investigate the feasibility of co.sintering of fluxed iron ore with magnetite co.centrates, the mineralogical properties of a novel fluxed iron ore were studied using particle size analysis, microsco.ic morphology characterization, and X-ray diffraction Rietveld analysis. Following that, the experiments for granulation performance and basic sintering characteristics were designed under seven different fluxed iron ore ratios, and the integrated ranking of different fluxed iron ore ratios was determined using gray relation analysis. Finally, the results of the industrial trails were co.bined with the feasibility analysis. Test and experimental results show that the fraction of the fluxed iron ore particles larger than 0.5 mm can acco.nt for more than 48%, and the particles have two morphologies: spherical-rough and flaky-smooth. Ca elements are found in the form of calcite (Caco.) and dolomite (CaMg(co.)2). The average particle size of granules and powder removal rate can be improved from 2.50 to 3.16 mm and 39.60% to 24.20%, respectively, with the increase in the fluxed iron ore ratio. Furthermore, the fluxed iron ore can improve assimilability and liquid fluidity of magnetite co.centrates. In terms of overall granulation performance and sintering characteristics, the fluxed iron ore ratios are graded from best to worst as follows: 12%, 15%, 9%, 18%, 21%, 6% and 3%. The industrial trails show that when the fluxed iron ore ratio is increased, the beneficial effect of the superior sintering characteristics of the fluxed iron ore itself is ideally balanced with the negative effect of the lower amount of additional CaO at 12% ratio, and thus, it is feasible to bring the fluxed iron ore into production at a level of roughly 12%.
