Analysis of sensitivity and specificity:precise recognition of neutrophils during regeneration of contused skeletal muscle in rats

In this report,we applied the TissueFAXS 200 digital pathological analysis system to rapidly and accurately identify neutrophils during regeneration of contused skeletal muscle,and to provide information for follow-up studies on neutrophils to estimate wound *** injury model was established,and skeletal muscle samples were obtained from the control group and contusion groups at 1,1.5,2,3,4,and 6 h,as well as at 1,3,5,and 15 d post-injury(n紏5 per group).The expression of nuclei and neutrophils was detected by hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining and immunohistochemical(IHC)staining.A total of 20 injury site areas of 0.25mm^(2)(0.5mm0.5mm)were then randomly selected at all time points.A TissueFAXS 200 digital pathological analysis system was used to identify the positive and negative *** of five professional medical workers were considered the gold standard to measure the false positive rate(FPR),false negative rate(FNR),sensitivity,specificity,and area under the curve(AUC)of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)*** a result,with a staining area of neutrophils from 8 μm^(2) to 15 μm^(2),the FPR was 4.28%–12.14%,the FNR was 12.42%–64.08%,the sensitivity was 35.92%–87.58%,the specificity was 87.86%–95.72%,the Youden index was 0.316–0.754,the accuracy was 82.80%–88.30%,and the AUC was 0.771–*** AUC was largest when the cut-off value of the staining area was 12 mm^(2).Our results show that this software-based method is more accurate than the human eye in evaluating neutrophil *** on the sensitivity and specificity,neutrophils can be accurately identified during regeneration of contused skeletal *** TissueFAXS 200 digital pathological analysis system can also be used to optimize conditions for different cell types under various injury conditions to determine the optimal cut-off value of the staining area and provide optimal conditions for further ***,it will provide evidence for forensic pathology cases.

With the revision of the Criminal Procedural Law of the PRC and the Civil Procedural Law of the PRC in 2012,it has entered a new historical stage of litigation system and made significant progress in forensic examination system in ***,for a long time,the illegal forensic examinations have been commonly seen in forensic practice,the right to start the forensic examination process only lies with public security and judicial authorities,while the parties only have the limited right to apply for supplementary forensic examination or re‑*** the problem of experts’refusal to appear in court to testify,the Criminal Procedural Law and the Civil Procedural Law have further improved the expert testimony system,but the situation has not fundamentally *** compensate for judges’lack of knowledge of professional issues,the expert advisor system is introduced,but there are no workable ***,judges depend too much on and accept the expert opinions blindly become a common phenomenon in the proceedings.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the current situation of medical malpractice and make suggestions for preventative measures from a judicial appraisal *** 2002 to 2011,we conducted and analyzed 505 medicolegal malpractice experiments at the Fada Institute of Forensic Medicine and Science(FIFMS)in beijing,People’s Republic of China(PRC).We found that the occurrence of medical disputes in surgical and obstetrical/gynecological cases seemed more *** main causes of medical disputes included issues regarding medical ethics,poor quality of the medical staff,equipment malfunctions,and dereliction of duty by the medical *** reasons for dissatisfaction varied among the different levels of medical *** medical services garnered the most *** we can work to improve the moral and professional standards of the medical staff members,intensify their ethics,and foster good relationships between patients and medical professionals,the quality of medical care would improve and the number of disputes regarding medical services would be reduced.

Digital Forestry as a concept was developed after the Digital Earth program. The Chinese scientists were not only among the pioneers who first proposed the concept of Digital Forestry, but also contributed a lot to the development of Digital Forestry. Digital Forestry is a digital framework to maintain forest planting, management, using, and protect. The synergetic use of computationally-intensive quantitative methods together with information technologies is the most important foundation for the development of Digital Forestry. Under this situation, the experience of Digital Forestry development in China is relatively rich. A number of academicians, scholars, and professional administrators were involved in discussing the Digital Forestry Construction Scheme. The Project of Digital Forestry Practicability approved by the State Forestry Administration is a major instance in developing Digital Forestry standard and key techniques. By introducing a case study of Digital Forestry, this paper reviews the concept of Digital Forestry, the way turning traditional forestry into Digital Forestry, and the future development of Digital Forestry.

Addressing Uncertainty in Temporal and Spatial Scheduling for Farm Machinery Operation

Uncertainty is an important characteristic of scheduling model for scale farm machinery operation organizing. Practice shows that scheduling model without considering uncertainties is nearly useless. Uncertain influence factors arisen from natural environment, society and economy, market and supply, and customer and behavior, exist widely, emerge frequently, and affect production deeply. Uncertainties interfere with the allocation of productive factors on temporal and spatial dimensions for farm machinery operation scheduling and management. Questionnaire for farm machinery organizations was designed and finished in 2014. Both occurrence frequency and influence degree for each factor were quantified. Four influence factors including operation location change, weather mutation, parts supply delay, and operation skill defects appear in both list of high occurrence and deep influence. Then results of questionnaire and results of specific investigation were used to study temporal and spatial scheduling model and system for farm machinery management. Three case studies are introduced. The first case is about the uncertainty and countermeasure of forage harvesters scheduling and monitoring for a professional forage plantation company. The second case is about the uncertainty and counter measure of cotton-picker scheduling and monitoring for a professional cotton picking company. And the third case is about the uncertainty and countermeasure of social service management for a professional cooperative. The cases show that the research has strong pertinence to deal with uncertainties and can improve management efficiency of farm machinery operation.

Researches on Agricultural cooperative Economic Organization Promoting Agricultural Insurance Development

The advantages of cooperative economic organization being the effective carrier of agricultural insurance development are analyzed. Firstly, cooperative economic organization promotes scale management and solves the problem of decentralized operation of small households. Secondly, cooperative economic organization can settle the problem of peasants' low systematization. Thirdly, cooperative economic organization can largely reduce the costs of agricultural insurance operation. Fourthly, cooperative organization decreases moral risks as well as adverse selection to some extent. Lastly, cooperative organization, to a certain degree, reduces the risks of agricultural production and increases the insurability of agricultural risks. Meanwhile, limitations of agricultural cooperative economic organization being the carrier of agricultural insurance operation are pointed out. Firstly, cooperative economic organization has limited coverage and small size of organization, which is harmful to the diversification of agricultural risks. Secondly, cooperative economic organization lacks capital funds and its development is not standard, which is not perfect for the function exertion as a carrier. Lastly, members of professional cooperative organization have low cultural qualities, which restrict the implementation of agricultural insurance. The modes of farmers' cooperative economic organization promoting agricultural insurance development are proposed, including mode of agricultural insurance cooperative ( mutual corporation), mode of "leading enterprises (companies) + professional cooperative organization (planting majors) + insurance" and mode of professional cooperatives serving as agricultural insurance agent. Last of all, the promoting role of agricultural insurance in agricultural cooperative economic organization is briefly illustrated.
