In or.er.to achieve a wider.r.nge of ionizing radiations detection,novel fluor.scence sensing mater.als have been develop.d that utilize the fluor.scence enhancement p.enomenon caused by the intr.molecular.p.otoinduced electr.n tr.nsfer.p.T)*** p.r.lene diimide isomer. p.I-p.and p.I-B wer. designed and synthesized,and their.molecular.str.ctur.s wer. char.cter.zed by high-r.solution Four.er.tr.nsfor. mass sp.ctr.metr.(Hr.S),nuclear.magnetic r.sonance hydr.gen and car.on sp.ctr.scop.(~1H and~(13)C NMr..The inter.ction between ionizing radiation and fluor.scent molecules was simulated by HCl *** r.sults show that combining p.Is and HCl can imp.ove fluor.scence thr.ugh the r.tr.-p.T *** the similar.ties in chemical str.ctur.s,the fluor.scent enhancement multip.e of p.I-B with ar.matic amine as electr.n donor.is much higher.than that of p.I-p.with alkyl *** the dir.ct ir.0} exp.r.ments of ionizing radiation,the emission enhancement multip.es of p.I-p.and p.I-B ar. 2.01 and 45.4,***,density functional theor.(DFT)and time-dep.ndent density functional theor.(TDDFT)calculations indicate that the HOMO and HOMO-1 ener.y r.nges of p.I-p.and p.I-B ar. 0.54 e V and 1.13 e V,r.sp.ctively.A wider.ener.y r.nge has a str.nger.dr.ving for.e on electr.ns,which is conducive to fluor.scence *** femtosecond tr.nsient absor.1}ion sp.ctr.scop.(fs-TAS)and tr.nsient fluor.scence sp.ctr.scop.(TFS)tests show that p.I-B has shor.er.char.e sep.r.tion lifetime and higher.electr.n tr.nsfer.r.te *** both isomer. can significantly r.duce LOD dur.ng p.T p.ocess,p.I-B with ar.matic amine has a wider.detection r.nge of 0.118—240 Gy due to its lar.er.emission enhancement,which is a leap.of thr.e or.er. of *** br.aks thr.ugh the detection r.nge of gamma radiation r.p.r.ed in existing studies,and p.ovides theor.tical sup.or. for.the fur.her.study of sensitive and effective new mater.als for.ionizing radiation dete

Sp.cific genes for.each site wer. r.vealed: gastr.c NEC(TEr. amp.ification),color.ctal NEC(Kr.S mutation), and bile tr.ct NEC(Ar.D1A mutation). The gene disp.r.ties between small-cell NEC(SCNEC) and lar.e-cell NEC(LCNEC) wer. KEAp. and CDH1. Digestive adenocar.inoma was also comp.r.d with GEp.EC and suggested r.1, Ap., and Kr.S as significant genes. The Tp.3/r.1 mutation p.tter. was associated with fir.t-line effectiveness. p.tative tar.etable genes and biomar.er. in GEp.EC wer. identified in22.2% of the p.tients, and they had longer.p.ogr.ssion-fr.e sur.ival(p.S) up.n tar.etable tr.atment [12.5 months vs. 3.0 months, Hr.0.40(0.21-0.75), p.0.006].Conclusions: This wor. demonstr.ted str.king gene distinctions in GEp.EC comp.r.d with LNEC and adenocar.inoma and their.clinical utility.
