SensFL:Privacy-Preserving Vertical Federated Learning with Sensitive Regularization

In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party collaboration is crucial due to concerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such collaboration,allowing diverse entities to collectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server could potentially reconstruct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information contained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reconstruction of the original data from the *** experiments were conducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results underscore SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security concerns in collaborative learning environments.

Some　of　Advances　on　the　Error　Analysis　in　the　Frequency　Domain　for　a　Digital　Simulation　Model

This paper surveys a number of recent advances in the error analysis in the frequency domain for a digital simulation model. It is emphasized to discuss the errors in characteristic roots and transfer funcnon of the digital simulation model, the frequency domain errors of the data transfers between thesimulation submodels, and some compensation methods for the errors. Some of the questions to be answered are also presented.

Computation Method for the Real-Time Control Problems in Differential-Algebraic Systems

In this paper, a real-time computation method for the control problems in differential-algebraic systems is presented. The errors of the method are estimated, and the relation between the sampling stepsize and the controlled errors is analyzed. The stability analysis is done for a model problem, and the stability region is ploted which gives the range of the sampling stepsizes with which the stability of control process is guaranteed.

Some Equivalence Transform Methods for Simulating Models in Control Systems

In this paper two classes of equivalence transform methods for solving ordinary differential equations are proposed. One class of method is the equivalence integral transform method for special differential algebraic problems. The advantage of this class of method is such that the amount of work calculating one integration with parameters becomes that of two interpolations, when the system of nonlinear equations is solved on the right hand side function. The other class of method is the equivalence substitution method for avoiding calculating derivative on the right hand side function. In order to avoid calculation derivatives, two equivalence substitution methods are proposed here. The application instances of some special effect of the equivalence substitution methods are given.

A Class of Parallel Algorithms of Real-TimeNumerical Simulation for Stiff Dynamic System

In this paper a class of real-time parallel modified Rosenbrock methods of numerical simulation is constructed for stiff dynamic systems on a multiprocessor system, and convergence and numerical stability of these methods are discussed. A-stable real-time parallel formula of two-stage third-order and A(α)-stable real-time parallel formula with o ≈ 89.96° of three-stage fourth-order are particularly given. The numerical simulation experiments in parallel environment show that the class of algorithms is efficient and applicable, with greater speedup.

Study on the hydrogen absorption properties of a YGdTbDyHo rare-earth high-entropy alloy

This study investigated the microstructure and hydrogen absorption properties of a rare-earth high-entropy alloy(HEA),*** indicated that the YGdTbDyHo alloy had a microstructure of equiaxed grains,with the alloy elements distributed *** hydrogen absorption,the phase structure of the HEA changed from a solid solution with an hexagonal-close-packed(HCP)structure to a high-entropy hydride with an faced-centered-cubic(FCC)structure without any secondary phase *** alloy demonstrated a maximum hydrogen storage capacity of 2.33 H/M(hydrogen atom/metal atom)at 723 K,with an enthalpy change(ΔH)of-141.09 kJ·mol^(-1)and an entropy change(ΔS)of-119.14 J·mol^(-1)·K^(-1).The kinetic mechanism of hydrogen absorption was hydride nucleation and growth,with an apparent activation energy(E_(a))of 20.90 kJ·mol^(-1).Without any activation,the YGdTbDyHo alloy could absorb hydrogen quickly(180 s at 923 K)with nearly no incubation period *** reason for the obtained value of 2.33 H/M was that the hydrogen atoms occupied both tetrahedral and octahedral *** results demonstrate the potential application of HEAs as a high-capacity hydrogen storage material with a large H/M ratio,which can be used in the deuterium storage field.

A Multiagent Dynamic Interaction Testbed:Theoretic Framework,System Architecture and Experimentation

Recent research on Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) has focused upon agellts' interaction in Multiagent Systems. This paper presents a text understanding oriented multiagent dynamic illteraction testbed (TUMIT): the theoretic framework based upon game theory, the free-market-like system architecture, and experimentation on TUMIT. Unlike other DAI testbeds, TUMIT views different text understanding (TU) methods as different 'computational resources', and makes agents Choose different TU paths and computational resources according to the resource information on the bulletins in their hostcomputer. Therefore, in TUMIT, task allocation is wholly distributed. This makes TUMIT work like a 'free market'. In such a system, agents' choices and resource load may oscillate. It is shown theoretically and experimentally that if agents use multi-level of 'history information', their behavior will tend to converge to a Nash equilibrium situation; and that if agents use 'recall-forget' strategy on 'history information', the convergence can be accelerated and the agents can acclimate themselves to changed environment. Compared with other DAI testbeds, TUMIT is more distributed, and the agents in TUMIT are more adaptive to the dynamic environment.

A CLASS OF TWO-STEP CONTINUITY RUNGE-KUTTA METHODS FOR SOLVING SINGULAR DELAY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS AND ITS STABILITY ANALYSIS

In this paper, a class of two-step continuity Runge-Kutta（TSCRK） methods for solving singular delay differential equations（DDEs） is presented. Analysis of numerical stability of this methods is given. We consider the two distinct cases：（i）τ≥ h, （ii）τ 〈 h, where the delay τ and step size h of the two-step continuity Runge-Kutta methods are both constant. The absolute stability regions of some methods are plotted and numerical examples show the efficiency of the method.

In this paper,a 4th order parallel computation method with four processes for solving ODEs is *** method is the Runge-Kutta method combined with a linear multistep method,which overcomes the difficulties of the 4th order parallel Runge-Kutta method discussed in [1].The concept of critical speedup for parallel methods is also defined,and speedups of some methods are analyzed by using this concept.

A class of parallel implicit Runge-Kutta formulas is constructed for multiprocessor system. A family of parallel implicit two-stage fourth order Runge-Kutta formulas is given. For these formulas, the convergence is proved and the stability analysis is given. The numerical examples demonstrate that these formulas can solve an extensive class of initial value problems for the ordinary differential equations.
