Growth performance,serum parameters,inflammatory responses,intestinal morphology and microbiota of weaned piglets fed 18%crude protein diets with different ratios of standardized ileal digestible isoleucine to lysine

The present study was to explore the Ile requirement of piglets fed 18%crude protein(CP)*** hundred and fifty 28-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets(8.37±1.92 kg)were randomly divided into 5 dietary treatments(10 piglets per replicate,5 barrows and 5 gilts per replicate)with 45%,50%,55%,60%,65%standardized ileal digestible(SID)Ile-to-Lys ratios,and the SID Lys was formulated to1.19%.The experimental design co.sisted of two phases(d 1 to 14 and d 15 to 28).Results showed that average daily gain(ADG)had a tendency to quadratically increase as the SID Ile-to-Lys ratio increased(P=0.09),and the optimum SID Ile-to-Lys ratios required to maximize ADG were 48.33%and 54.63%for broken-line linear model and quadratic polynomial model,*** SID Ile-to-Lys ratios had no significant effects on average daily feed intake and gain-to-feed *** matter(Pco.centrations increased *** Ser levels decreased linearly(Pco.centration increased *** villus height(P<0.01)and villus height to crypt depth ratio(P<0.01)increased *** deficiency or excess of Ile decreased short chain fatty acid-producing bacteria abundance and increased pathogenic bacteria ***,taking ADG as the effect index,the optimum SID Ile-to-Lys ratios of piglets offered 18%CP diets were 48.33%and 54.63%based on two different statistical models,respectively,and the deficiency or excess of lle negative

Magnesium-co.taining pellet regulating blast furnace ferrous burden interaction:softening-melting behavior and mechanism

MgO participates in all stages of sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace ironmaking,and synergistically optimizing the distribution of MgO in ferrous burden can effectively enhance the interaction within the ferrous burdens and optimize the softening-melting properties of the mixed ***-co.taining pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter or mixed with high-MgO sinter in the blast furnace ferrous burden structure have opposite softening-melting performance *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-co.taining pellets mixed with low-MgO sinter,the magnesium-co.taining pellets can enhance the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,which can optimize the co.position of the slag phase and improve the slag *** the structure of the ferrous burden is magnesium-co.taining pellets mixed with high-MgO sinter,the magnesium-co.taining pellets weaken the interaction of the ferrous burden in the process of softening-melting,increase the co.tent of the high melting point solid-phase particles in the slag,lead to an increase in the visco.ity of the slag and difficult separation of the slag and iron,and decrease the permeability of the charge ***,to ensure good permeability of the mixed burden,the following measures are suggested:optimizing the MgO distribution of the ferrous burden,reducing the MgO co.tent of the sinter to 1.96 wt.%,increasing the MgO co.tent of the pellets to 1.03-1.30 wt.%,co.trolling the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio of the mixed burden within 1.15-1.32,narrowing the position of the co.esive zone,and maintaining an S value(permeability index)of approximately 150 kPa℃.

Mannanase improves the growth performance of broilers by alleviating inflammation of the intestinal epithelium and improving intestinal microbiota

This experiment aimed to discuss and reveal the effect and mechanism of mannanase on intestinal inflammation in broilers triggered by a soybean meal diet. In this experiment, 384 Arbor Acres broilers at1 d old were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups. The broilers were fed a co.n-soybean meal basal diet, a low-energy diet(metabolizable energy reduced by 50 kcal/kg), and a low-energy diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg mannanase for 42 d. The low-energy diet increased feed co.version ratio from0 to 42 d, reduced ileal villus height and villus height-to-crypt depth ratio and upregulated the expression of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB) in the ileum(P co.pared with low-energy diets, the addition of mannanase increased body weight at 42 d, promoted the digestibility of nutrients, and maintained the morphology and integrity of the intestinal epithelium of broilers(P co.tent of isobutyric acid in the cecum of broilers(P co.cus in the intestine of broilers and inhibited oxidative phosphorylation and phosphoinositol metabolism. Mannanase increased the relative abundance of Odoribacter, promoted energy metabolism and N-glycan biosynthesis, and increased the activities of GH3 and GH18. Mineralogical properties and co.sintering characteristics of fluxed iron ore with magnetite co.centrates

To investigate the feasibility of co.sintering of fluxed iron ore with magnetite co.centrates, the mineralogical properties of a novel fluxed iron ore were studied using particle size analysis, microsco.ic morphology characterization, and X-ray diffraction Rietveld analysis. Following that, the experiments for granulation performance and basic sintering characteristics were designed under seven different fluxed iron ore ratios, and the integrated ranking of different fluxed iron ore ratios was determined using gray relation analysis. Finally, the results of the industrial trails were co.bined with the feasibility analysis. Test and experimental results show that the fraction of the fluxed iron ore particles larger than 0.5 mm can acco.nt for more than 48%, and the particles have two morphologies: spherical-rough and flaky-smooth. Ca elements are found in the form of calcite (Caco.) and dolomite (CaMg(co.)2). The average particle size of granules and powder removal rate can be improved from 2.50 to 3.16 mm and 39.60% to 24.20%, respectively, with the increase in the fluxed iron ore ratio. Furthermore, the fluxed iron ore can improve assimilability and liquid fluidity of magnetite co.centrates. In terms of overall granulation performance and sintering characteristics, the fluxed iron ore ratios are graded from best to worst as follows: 12%, 15%, 9%, 18%, 21%, 6% and 3%. The industrial trails show that when the fluxed iron ore ratio is increased, the beneficial effect of the superior sintering characteristics of the fluxed iron ore itself is ideally balanced with the negative effect of the lower amount of additional CaO at 12% ratio, and thus, it is feasible to bring the fluxed iron ore into production at a level of roughly 12%.

Motion-pressure co.pled co.trol and simulation of long-endurance capability for multicapsule stratospheric airships

The current study focuses on the motion-pressure co.pled co.trol for a multicapsule stratospheric airship and transforms the path-tracking and heading-hold co.trol of airships into guidance tracking with a time-varying weighted sum of longitudinal and lateral velocities by the definition of co.pound ***,an improved nonlinear predictive co.trol method is provided to reduce the co.trol energy co.sumption by the rolling optimization of co.troller parameters based on finite time intervals,ensuring infinite-time path-tracking ***,co.bined with the proposed cyclic regulation process of safe pressure between internal and external capsules,this study can fully reflect the force-thermal co.pled rule of airships under the actions of atmospheric environment and maneuvering force,while evaluating the long-endurance capability of airships under the co.ditions of safe superheating and *** effectiveness of the motionpressure co.pled co.troller was verified through numerical simulations,which can overco.e the influence of environmental wind and achieve a tracking effect for the desired cruise path and co.pound *** airspeed provided during the cyclic circadian time caused the maximum superheating of the helium co.trolled within 30*** helium in the internal and external capsules achieved circadian *** equivalent micropore diameter of the capsule of 5 mm can achieve 55 days of long-endurance *** co.troller satisfies the requirements of cruise-flight application modes for multicapsule stratospheric airships with important engineering value.

Melt-cast explosives are the most widely used energetic materials in military co.posite explosives,researchers have been unremittingly exploring high-energy and insensitive melt-cast *** this work,a series of dinitrophenyl-oxadiazole co.pounds were designed and *** co.pounds have an ideal low melting point(80-97℃),good detonation performance(detonation velocity D=6455-6971 m/s,detonation pressure P=18-19 GPa)and extreme insensitive nature(impact sensitivity≥60 J,friction sensitivity>360 N).All these co.pounds were well characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance,fourier transform infrared spectrosco.y,elemental *** 2,3 were unambiguously co.firmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction *** a result,their overall properties are superior to traditional melt-cast explosives trinitrotoluene(TNT)and dinitroanisole(DNAN)which may have excellent potential applications in insensitive melt-cast explosives.
