The effect of Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio and CaO content on the viscosity and structure of the CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-6MgO-1.5ZrO_(2)-1.5CeO_(2) slag was *** results show that with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) mass ratio,the viscous flow units within the slag gradually change from Si-O-Si to Al-O-Al and ***,the substitution of Al_(2)O_(3) for SiO_(2) leads to the transformation of Si-O bonds towards weaker Al-O bonds,which weaken the bond strength of the aluminosilicate networks,thus leading to a decrease in the viscosity of *** increase in CaO content effectively promotes the depolymerization of the aluminosilicate networks,resulting in a significant decrease in the viscosity of the *** slag with Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) of 0.7-1.5 and CaO of 30 wt.%shows promise as the reference slag system for the Fe-collection smelting of spent automotive catalysts due to its good comprehensive performance.

In the long traditional process of steelmaking,excess oxygen is blown into the converter,and alloying elements are used for *** inevitably results in excessive deoxidation of products remaining within the steel liquid,affecting the cleanliness of the *** the increasing requirements for steel performance,reducing the oxygen content in the steel liquid and ensuring its high cleanliness is *** more than a hundred years of development,the total oxygen content in steel has been reduced from approximately 100×10^(-6)to approximately 10×10^(-6),and it can be controlled below 5×10^(-6)in some steel grades.A relatively stable and mature deoxidation technology has been formed,but further reducing the oxygen content in steel is no longer significant for improving steel *** research team developed a deoxidation technology for bearing steel by optimizing the entire conventional *** technology combines silicon–manganese predeoxidation,ladle furnace diffusion deoxidation,and vacuum final *** successfully conducted industrial experiments and produced interstitial-free steel with natural decarbonization ***-aluminum deoxidation was found to control the oxygen content in bearing steel to between 4×10^(-6) and 8×10^(-6),altering the type of inclusions,eliminating large particle Ds-type inclusions,improving the flowability of the steel liquid,and deriving a higher fatigue *** natural decarbonization predeoxidation of interstitial-free steel reduced aluminum consumption and production costs and significantly improved the quality of cast billets.

Single atom(SA)catalysts have achieved great success on highly selective heterogeneous catalysis due to their abundant and homogeneous active *** electronic structures of these active sites,restrained by their localized coordination environments,significantly determine their catalytic performances,which are difficult to ***,we investigated the effect of localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)on engineering the electronic structures of single atomic ***,core–shell structures consisted of Au core and transition metal SAs loaded N-doped carbon(CN)shell were constructed,namely Au@M-SA/CN(M=Ni,Fe,and Co).It was demonstrated that plasmon-induced hot electrons originated from Au were directionally injected to the M-SAs under visible light irradiation,which significantly changed their electronic structures and meanwhile facilitated improved overall charge separation *** as-prepared Au@Ni-SA/CN exhibited highly efficient and selective photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction to CO performance,which is 20.8,17.5,and 6.9 times those of Au nanoparticles,Au@CN,and Ni-SA/CN,*** spectroscopy analysis and theoretical calculations confirmed that the plasmon enhanced Ni-SA/CN sites featured increased charge density for efficient intermediate activation,contributing to the superb photocatalytic *** work provides a new insight on plasmon and atomic site engineering for efficient and selective catalysis.

Iron-nitrogen-carbon single-atom catalysts(Fe-N-C SACs)are widely acknowledged for their effective oxygen reduction activity,however,their activity requires further ***,additional structural optimization is necessary to enhance mass transport and achieve higher power density in practical ***,using ZIF-8 as a template,we synthesized yolk-shell catalysts featuring complex sites of Fe single atoms and Cu nanoclusters(y-FeCu/NC)via partial etching and liquid-phase *** synthesized y-FeCu/NC catalyst exhibits high specific surface area and mesoporous *** with the advantages of highly active sites and yolk-shell structure,the y-FeCu/NC catalyst demonstrated outstanding catalytic performance in the oxygen reduction reaction,achieving a half-wave potential(e_(1/2))of 0.97 V in 0.1 M *** a practical energy device,Zn-air battery(ZAB)assembled with y-FeCu/NC catalyst achieved a remarkable power density of 356.3 mW·cm^(-2),representing an improvement of approximately 28.5%compared to its solid FeCu/NC ***,it showcased impressive stability,surpassing all control samples.

Selective oxidation of alkanes to produce highvalue chemicals is an essential strategy and means to realize efficient utilization of *** this work,a strategy of lanthanum manganese mixed metal oxides(LMMO)regulated via a facile ionic liquid(IL)-assisted hydrothermal method was proposed to construct the multifunctional catalysts,which exhibited excellent catalytic performance in the selective aerobic oxidation of *** 8.9%cyclohexane conversion with 90%KA oi(cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone)selectivity was achieved over the optimal LMMO catalyst under mild *** effects of anion type,carbon chain length and concentration of ILs on the structure and properties of catalysts were investigated through various characterizations,indicating the structure-directing and template effect of ILs on the multifunctional *** formation of self-assembled spherical nanoparticles followed the"dissolution-nucleation-proliferation"mechanism with the introduction of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate,ascribing the synergistic effect between the microenvironment of ILs and the hydrothermal ***,the high reactive oxygen concentration redox capacity,and suitable basic sites of LMMO catalysts mediated by ILs enhance the activation of C-H bonds and molecular oxygen,simultaneously influencing the adsorption and desorption of the substrate.A comprehensive understanding of the high KA oil selectivity and radical reaction mechanism was elucidated based on in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)and radical trapping *** recycling and regeneration experiments further illuminated that the removal of adsorbed cyclohexanone acting on the LMMO catalyst was the key to achieve high KA oil selectivity.

In high-altitude nuclear detonations,the proportion of pulsed X-ray energy can exceed 70%,making it a specific monitoring signal for such *** pulsed X-rays can be captured using a satellite-borne X-ray detector following atmospheric *** quantitatively analyze the effects of different satellite detection altitudes,burst heights,and transmission angles on the physical processes of X-ray transport and energy fluence,we developed an atmospheric transmission algorithm for pulsed X-rays from high-altitude nuclear detonations based on scattering *** proposed method is an improvement over the traditional analytical method that only computes direct-transmission *** traditional analytical method exhibits a maximum relative error of 67.79% compared with the Monte Carlo *** improved method reduces this error to within 10% under the same conditions,even reaching 1% in certain ***,its computation time is 48,000 times faster than that of the Monte Carlo *** results have important theoretical significance and engineering application value for designing satellite-borne nuclear detonation pulsed X-ray detectors,inverting nuclear detonation source terms,and assessing ionospheric effects.

In this work,poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)ultrathin films(P3HT-T)were prepared by spin-coating a dilute P3HT solution(in a toluene:o-dichlorobenzene(Tol:ODCB)blend with a volume ratio of 80:20)with ultrasonication and the addition of the nucleating agent bicycle[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylic acid disodium salt(HPN-68L)on glass,Si wafers and indium tin oxide(ITO)*** electrical and mechanical properties of the P3HT-T ultrathin films were investigated,and it was found that the conductivity and crack onset strain(COS)were simultaneously improved in comparison with those of the corresponding pristine P3HT film(P3HT-0,without ultrasonication and nucleating agent)on the same substrate,regardless of what substrate was ***,the conductivity of P3HT-T ultrathin films on different substrates was similar(varying from 3.7 S·cm^(-1)to 4.4 S·cm^(-1)),yet the COS increased from 97%to 138%by varying the substrate from a Si wafer to *** grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray diffraction(GIXRD),UV-visible(UV-Vis)spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM),we found that the solid order and crystallinity of the P3HT-T ultrathin film on the Si wafer are highest,followed by those on glass,and much lower on ***,the surface energy and roughness of three substrates were investigated,and it was found that the polar component of the surface energyγp plays a critical role in determining the crystalline microstructures of P3HT ultrathin films on different *** work indicates that the P3HT ultrathin film can obviously improve the stretchability and simultaneously retain similar electrical performance when a suitable substrate is *** findings offer a new direction for research on stretchable CP ultrathin films to facilitate future practical applications.

The global prevalence of infectious diseases has emerged as a significant challenge in recent *** transmission is a potential transmission route of most gastrointestinal and respiratory infectious diseases,which is related to surface touch *** observation,the traditional method of surface touching data collection,is characterized by limited accuracy and high labor *** this work,we proposed a methodology based on machine learning technologies aimed at obtaining high-accuracy and low-labor-cost surface touch behavioral data by means of sensor-based contact *** touch sensing device,primarily utilizing a film pressure sensor and Arduino board,is designed to automatically detect and collect surface contact data,encompassing pressure,duration and *** make certain the surface touch behavior and to describe the behavioral data more accurately,six classification algorithms(*** Vector Machine and Random Forest)have been trained and tested on an experimentally available dataset containing more than 500 surface *** classification results reported the accuracy of above 85%for all the six classifiers and indicated that Random Forest performed best in identifying surface touch behaviors,with 91.8%accuracy,91.9%precision and 0.98 *** study conclusively demonstrated the feasibility of identifying surface touch behaviors through film pressure sensor-based data,offering robust support for the calculation of viral load and exposure risk associated with surface transmission.

With increasing drilling depth and large dosage of weighting materials,drilling fluids with high solid content are characterized by poor stability,high viscosity,large water loss,and thick mud cake,easier leading to reservoir damage and wellbore *** this paper,micronized barite(MB)was modified(mMB)by grafting with hydrophilic polymer onto the surface through the free radical polymerization to displace conventional API barite *** suspension stability of water-based drilling fluids(WBDFs)weighted with API barite:mMB=2:1 in 600 g was significantly enhanced compared with that with API barite/WBDFs,exhibiting the static sag factor within 0.54 and the whole stability index of *** viscosity and yield point reached the minimum,with a reduction of more than 40%compared with API barite only at the same *** multi-stage filling and dense accumulation of weighting materials and clays,filtration loss was decreased,mud cake quality was improved,and simultaneously it had great reservoir protection performance,and the permeability recovery rate reached 87%.In addition,it also effectively improved the lubricity of *** sticking coefficient of mud cake was reduced by 53.4%,and the friction coefficient was ***,mMB can serve as a versatile additive to control the density,rheology,filtration,and stability of WBDFs weighted with API barite,thus regulating comprehensive performance and achieving reservoir protection *** work opened up a new path for the productive drilling of extremely deep and intricate wells by providing an efficient method for managing the performance of high-density WBDFs.
