In response to the incidence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer in China and global screening strategies,a collaborative effort was undertaken by seven Chinese medical associations to develop this guideline for cervical cancer *** guideline recommends high-risk human papillomavirus(hr-HPV)testing as the preferred method for primary screening,which should have been approved by authoritative institutions and clinically validated for primary *** areas without access to HPV testing,cytology can be used as an ***,it is recommended to replace cytology with HPV-based screening as conditions ***(HPV testing in combination with cytology)is recommended for areas with sufficient medical resources,opportunistic screening populations,and partial special *** guideline recommends that individuals with a cervix initiate cervical cancer screening at the age 25 years and undergo HPV testing alone or cotesting every five years,or cytology alone every three *** over the age of 65 who have had documented adequate negative prior screening in the past may terminate *** screening programs are proposed for different special *** development of these guidelines is an important step in the effort to eliminate cervical cancer in China.

热处理对赛黑桦色空间分布与光泽度的影响

以饱和蒸汽为保护介质,分别在热处理温度为180、195、210℃,热处理时间为40、100、160 min的条件下对赛黑桦木材进行缺氧高温改性处理,探讨改性处理工艺对赛黑桦材色空间分布以及光泽度的影响。采用CR-410色差测定仪和MG-268Plus光泽度测定仪对色空间参数L*、a*、b*和光泽度参数进行评定。结果表明:热处理后,赛黑桦试件的明度值L*、红绿轴色品指数a*、黄蓝轴色品指数b*降低,色差△E*增大,经180、195、210℃热处理的赛黑桦材色上可满足制作仿红木制品;不同的热处理工艺条件下,赛黑桦表面光泽度的变化无明显规律性。

目的探讨钙离子/钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(CaMKⅡ)在心肌肥大病理性网络机制中的作用.方法血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)诱导建立心肌细胞肥大模型,给予CaMKⅡ抑制剂干预,分为对照组、CaMKⅡ抑制剂组、模型组、模型+CaMKⅡ抑制剂组.结晶紫染色检测细胞横截面面积变化;RT-PCR检测心肌细胞肥大标志物心钠肽、脑钠肽mRNA表达;Westernblot检测p-CaMKⅡ,p-AMPK、LC3Ⅱ蛋白表达.分别使用AngⅡ作用于大鼠胚胎心肌细胞0min,15min,30min,1h,4h,检测CaMKⅡ,p-CaMKⅡ,AMPK,p-AMPK蛋白表达;使用p-CaMKⅡ重组质粒转染大鼠胚胎心肌细胞,使细胞中过表达p-CaMKⅡ,检测p-CaMKⅡ,p-AMPK,LC3Ⅱ蛋白表达.结果模型组细胞横截面面积明显大于对照组,且心肌细胞肥大标志物心钠肽、脑钠肽mRNA相对表达量明显高于对照组,模型+CaMKⅡ抑制剂组明显低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).AngⅡ作用不同时间的p-CaMKⅡ,p-AMPK相对表达量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);AngⅡ能够快速诱导CaMKⅡ、磷酸化,作用15min时p-CaMKⅡ表达水平即出现明显提升,30min达到峰值水平,并持续至1h,之后逐渐下降.p-CaMKⅡ重组质粒转染组p-AMPK,LC3Ⅱ蛋白相对表达量明显高于空载质粒转染组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组p-CaMKⅡ,p-AMPK,LC3Ⅱ蛋白相对表达量明显高于对照组,模型+CaMKⅡ抑制剂组明显低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);p-CaMKⅡ表达与AMPK,LC3Ⅱ表达呈正相关.结论 CaMKⅡ是心肌肥大病理过程的重要调控因子,可通过影响AMPK信号通路调控细胞自噬,介导心肌肥大的发生与发展.
