Agro-Landscape Zoning of West Georgia for Spreading New Varieties of Tangerine in Order to Reveal Optimal Natural Conditions

A landscape-multifactor method has been developed and established in West Georgia for agroresource potential spatial distribution regularities for Tangerine. The emphasis was made especially for the components (relief, climate, soils), having substantial impact on the growth and yield of citrus. Morpho-metric analysis (biometric indicators, end of fetal maturity, starting of maturity, frost resistance, etc.) of frost resistant Tangerine-Tiakhara Unshiu from Japan and Saadreo and Adreula (Early ripe) has been conducted. For the application of landscape multifactor (multi-component) method, which takes into account the role of each component in the spread of citrus, the most important parameters are the following: relief (dismemberment, slope, aspect), climate (temperature inversions, sum of active temperatures, hydrothermal coefficient, etc.), soil conditions. Using this method and morphometric analysis, it became possible ranking of frost resistant tangerine (GIS-technologies) based on the landscape, the result of which has been determined that the frost resistant tangerine varieties in western Georgia has a high yield in the higher subtropical zone.

It is investigated of the effect of plant blackberry （Rubus caucasicus Focke and Rubus anatolicus L.） flower, fruit and leaf content of phenol compounds qualitative and quantitative HPLC （high-pressure liquid chromatography） and spectral methods. HPLC analysis revealed that the fetus was a major of both species, cyanidin-3-glucoside, and it reached full maturity period 1,493.54 ± 44.81 and 1,636.58 ±49.10 mg/kg （cyanidin-3-O-glucoside chloride equivalents） calculated on the dry weight. In mature fetus flavonols is （884.8±26.54）-（979.0 ± 29.37） mg/kg （rutin equivalents） calculated on the dry weight, catechins （21.2± 0.64）-（25.01 ± 0.7537） mg/kg （（＋） catechin equivalents） calculated on the dry weight, leucoantocyanins （48.8 ±1.46）-（52.1± 1.56） mg/kg （cyanidin equivalents） calculated on the dry weight. In this regard, there was a slight difference between the species. Most of the leaf flavonols were presented 3.7 ± 0.111 g/kg. Phenol carbonic acids--the leaves of 13.4 ± 0.402 mg/kg calculated on the dry weight, the flowers of 8.8± 0.264 mg/kg, calculated on the dry weight. Full maturity period, the number of phenol carbonic acids cent is （3,707.8 ± 111.23）-（4,287.5 ± 128.63） mg/kg, （caffeic acid equivalents） is calculated on the dry weight of the unit. Also been determined HPLC following the method of compounds is： cyanidin-3-glucoside, quercetin-3-rutinoside, quercetin-3-glucoside, ellagic acid, gallic acid and chlorogenic acid.

The stages of introduction in vitro culture of the local population of the kidney tea （Orthosiphon stamineus Bents） cultivated in the Georgia’s medicinal plant farm and the microclonal propagation, in particular, have been elaborated. The cultivation of explants was carried out on the Gamborg （B5） feeding area. The hormonal （BAP; Zn; NAA） composition of the feeding area and their concentrations have been selected; proliferation of buds in the basal part of the sprout has been achieved from the formed morphogenic tissue. The microclones by activating axillary meristem have been received.

A mathematical model of management of a social insurance fund with exponential insurance reimburse and financing determined social programs is represented and analyzed; A probability density function and fund＇s functioning probabilistic characteristics are obtained, that makes it possible to determine the sufficiency of fund capital at all levels of its management. With the help of conclusion it is possible for particular period of time determine in insurance fund change of cash flow movement speed, on what basis in determined from state tax revenues assigns acceptance necessity and capacity.

To conduct regional climate change assessment for the selected location (Tbilisi) more than century period hydrometeorological observation data of day-night minimal temperature is used. In the presented paper only temperature negative values of whole winter season are used. The temperature field change is characterized by the following four parameters: the minimal temperature sum (winter-day temperature is less than zero) of winter frost days;frost day number;season minimal temperature and the occurrence date of season minimal temperature. The modular structure of the above listed parameters has been studied and the mathematical expressions for temporal changes of those parameters have been obtained considering dynamical norms and cyclical changes. The intensity of this change in terms of global warming has been determined. One of the main parameters determining climate change is the variations of temperature field. Despite the fact that this parameter has been modified in the large range due to numerous impacts, they kept stable and provide sustainable equilibrium of the Earth’s energy potential during long-term (several decades) period. This was the reason why the Earth climate remained unchained. As it is known, the anthropogenic impact on the environment has breached the sustainable balance of the Earth energy potential, the potential has been gradually grown almost for more than a century and is known by the name of global warming. The above-mentioned process has already created the greatest threat to the existence of Earth’s biosphere and if it still continues the catastrophic results eventually have to be expected. This led that the problem solving has been set as an urgent task. The numerous fundamental studies for all regions of the world have been carried out to assess the intensity of this process.

As we know if D is a complete X-semilattice of unions then semigroup Bx(D) possesses a right unit iff D is an XI-semilattice of unions. The investigation of those a-idempotent and regular elements of semigroups Bx(D) requires an investigation of XI-subsemilattices of semilattice D for which V(D,a)=Q∈∑2(X,8) . Because the semilattice Q of the class ∑2(X,8) are not always XI -semilattices, there is a need of full description for those idempotent and regular elements when V(D,a)=Q . For the case where X is a finite set we derive formulas by calculating the numbers of such regular elements and right units for which V(D,a)=Q .

The paper gives description of regular elements of the semigroup B X (D) which are defined by semilattices of the class Σ2 (X, 8), for which intersection the minimal elements is not empty. When X is a finite set, the formulas are derived, by means of which the number of regular elements of the semigroup is calculated. In this case the set of all regular elements is a subsemigroup of the semigroup B X (D) which is defined by semilattices of the class Σ2 (X, 8).
