The iron and steel industry generally features the characteristics of large volume of energy co.sumption, multiple sorts of energy medium, co.plex seco.dary co.version, more recyclable extra energy, and the energy management of the field may involve the entire personnel, process and system, co.ering all links from designing, purchasing, energy storage, processing and co.version, distribution, energy use and extra energy recycling. The implementation guidelines summarizes the energy management experience and results and provide a systematic approach for the implementation of GB/T 23331-2012 and GB/T 29456-2012, sharing systematic instructions and suggestions for the implementing paths and methods of creating, implementing, maintaining and improving the energy management system(EnMS) at the enterprise level. Analysis of the quick co.rosion of blast furnaces’gas pipes after the installation of dry-type de-dusting equipment and discussion about measures

co.pared with the traditional wet-type de-dusting technology ,the dry-type de-dusting technology is co.sidered to be environmentally friendly and energy-saving. However, the pipes carrying the de-dusted blast fiLrnace gas （BFG） tends to be co.rosive more quickly and seriously. In order to investigate the reasons for the quick co.rosion, the gas pipes and auxiliary bellows installed in baosteel＇ s newly built BFG dry-type de-dusting system are studied. The co.rosive properties of the co.densed water, such as the pH value, are measured and analyzed. Meanwhile, various factors that may influence the co.rosion rate of the pipes are studied by experiment. On the basis of the investigation and research, the causes of co.rosion and leakage on the pipes are disco.ered. It is the process of dry de-dusting that is responsible ,to a large extent, for the quick co.rosion of the pipes. The equipment of spray tower is introduced and its effects are then discussed. This tower is designed to eliminate most of chloridion and neutralized the acid by spraying the alkaline water to the dedusted gas flow. The practical operation shows that the tower helps to lessen the co.rosiveness of the dry de-dusted gas effectively. The last part of this study analyzes the possible impacts of the dry-type de-dusting process of the newly built blast furnace （BF） on the main BFG piping which has been in the state of being co.roded for years by estimating its potential co.rosion rate, and some suggestions on maintenance are given as well.

Study on the treatment and the utilization of the baosteel casting residue and the new grid engineering technology

This study summarizes some serious disharmonious problems that ubiquitously exist in the casting residue recycling of steel plants, such as large land occupation, low operational efficiency, hidden hazards, huge resource and energy co.sumption, serious environmental pollution and so on. It analyzes the necessity of the on-line innovation and recycling based on the present situation of baosteel. It states the innovation of the new grid technology and the achievements of its integrated application at baosteel. It also summarizes and elaborates some green technology features of the treatment and the utilization of the baosteel casting residue and the new grid technology, such as safety,energy-saving and environmental protection. In addition,it lays out the prospects for the development and application of the technology.

In order to meet the blast furnace’s need of the sinter and protect the environment in shanghai,baosteel newly built the No.4 sintering machine that had an area of 600 square meters.The new sintering machine follows the principle of"advanced technology,mature process,reasonable eco.omy"in technological process and equipment selection.It’s built and put into operation that will ease the bottle-neck problem of energy saving and environmental protection in sintering process,but also make the material structure of blast furnace tend to be reasonable.After the No.4 sintering machine put into production the original sintering machine will be gradually eliminated.No.4 sintering machine in baosteel adopted advanced,mature,stable and reliable technological process.The equipment and automatic co.trol of sintering process have achieved domestic first-class level and international advanced level co.trast to the similar type.In the aspect of energy-saving,it integrated with the mainstream and independent R＆D equipment technology which can meet the"iron and steel industry clean production standards（sintering）"requirements.In the aspect of environmental protection,the use of efficient 4 electric field of electric dust catcher in the head of sintering machine and the the bag pulse dust co.lector in tail which can meet the stringent environmental protection requirements about dust discharge.In the aspect of flue gas treatment,using semi-dry desulfurization process which operated and maintained more eco.omically and also set aside the denitration interface.In the aspect of raw material adaptability,the uses of three section of mixer include a strong mixing machine which greatly enhanced the adaptability of raw materials.The No.4 sintering machine will improve the co.petitiveness of baosteel sintering unit and achieve the target of cleaner,low co.sumption,low co.t and high efficiency iron making.
