Objectives:While receptive art engagement is known to promote health and wellbeing,active art engagement has not been fully explored in health and nursing *** review is to describe the existing knowledge on art making and expressive art therapy in adult health and nursing care between 2010 and ***:Relevant studies and grey literature were searched and identified between March 17 and April 10,2020 from EBSCO,CINAHL,Medline and ERIC databases and a general Internet *** data charting and extraction,the data(n=42 papers)were summarized and reported in accordance with PRISMA-ScR ***:In the included papers,both art making and expressive art therapy were seen in different health care and nursing contexts:yet not the home care *** emphasis of art activities were group activities for chronically or terminally ill residents,adults aged 65 years or older.A focus on personal narrative was often seen,which may explain why art activities appear to be linked to acknowledging and building new strengths and skills,making meaning of experiences,personal growth,symptom alleviation,and communication;all used to foster collaboration between patients,patients’near-ones and health care ***:Art activities appear to be suitable for every context and can promote personcenteredness and the measurement of nursing outcomes,and they should be considered an essential part of health and nursing care,nursing education and care for health care personnel.

Software project outcomes heavily depend on natural language requirements,often causing diverse interpretations and issues like ambiguities and incomplete or faulty *** are exploring machine learning to predict software bugs,but a more precise and general approach is *** bug prediction is crucial for software evolution and user training,prompting an investigation into deep and ensemble learning ***,these studies are not generalized and efficient when extended to other ***,this paper proposed a hybrid approach combining multiple techniques to explore their effectiveness on bug identification *** methods involved feature selection,which is used to reduce the dimensionality and redundancy of features and select only the relevant ones;transfer learning is used to train and test the model on different datasets to analyze how much of the learning is passed to other datasets,and ensemble method is utilized to explore the increase in performance upon combining multiple classifiers in a *** National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)and four Promise datasets are used in the study,showing an increase in the model’s performance by providing better Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AUC-ROC)values when different classifiers were *** reveals that using an amalgam of techniques such as those used in this study,feature selection,transfer learning,and ensemble methods prove helpful in optimizing the software bug prediction models and providing high-performing,useful end mode.

Lung cancer is a common malignancy in the world; however symptomatic colonic metastasis from primary lung cancer is rare. A 64-year-old man was originally found poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of right lung and received right lower lobectomy and lymph node dissection. Three years later, the patient presented to our emergency room with the symptom of upper abdominal pain and weight loss. Abdominal palpation and computed tomography scan of the abdomen revealed a large mass measuring 7.6 cm × 8.5 cm in the ascending colon. Colonoscopy and biopsy revealed poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma with similar morphological pattern to that of the previous lung cancer. Chemotherapy was given and the patient died 5 mo later. Lung cancer metastatic to the colon confers a poor prognosis: overall survival ranged from 5 wk to 1 year, with a median survival of 3 mo after the diagnosis of the colonic metastasis.

BACKGROUND Rocuronium,a nondepolarizing muscle relaxant,is usually administered during general anesthesia to facilitate endotracheal intubation and keep patients immobile during the ***,the selective reversal agent of rocuronium,fully reverses the neuromuscular blockade(NMB)at the end of *** reports show that sugammadex rapidly achieves a ratio of train-offour(TOF),a quantitative method of neuromuscular monitoring,of 0.9 which ensures adequate recovery for safe ***,very rare patients with neuromuscular diseases may respond poorly to *** SUMMARY A 69-year-old female presented with abdominal fullness and nausea,and was diagnosed with *** underwent gastric peroral endoscopic myotomy under general anesthesia with rocuronium(0.7 mg/kg).At the end of surgery,sugammadex 3.6 mg/kg was administered when TOF showed 2 ***,the TOF ratio recovered to 0.65 in 30 *** was awake but could not fully open her *** tidal volume during spontaneous breathing was *** additional doses of sugammadex(up to 7.3 mg/kg)in the following 3 h,the TOF ratio was 0.9,and the endotracheal tube was smoothly *** excluding possible mechanisms underlying the prolonged recovery course,we speculated our patient may have had an undiagnosed neuromuscular disease,hinted by her involuntary movement of the tongue and ***,her poor renal function and history of delayed recovery from general anesthesia may be related to the long duration of *** In our case,both prolonged rocuronium-induced NMB and poor response to sugammadex were *** optimize the dose of rocuronium,perioperative TOF combined with other neuromuscular monitoring is suggested.
