Stochastic evolutionary p.b.ic goods game with first and second order costly p.nishments in finite p.p.lations

We study the stochastic evolutionary p.b.ic goods game with p.nishment in a finite size p.p.lation. Two kinds of costly p.nishments are considered, i.e., first-order p.nishment in which only the defectors are p.nished, and second-order p.nishment in which b.th the defectors and the coop.rators who do not p.nish the defective b.haviors are p.nished. We focus on the stochastic stab.e equilib.ium of the system. In the p.p.lation, the evolutionary p.ocess of strategies is describ.d as a finite state Markov p.ocess. The evolutionary equilib.ium of the system and its stochastic stab.lity are analyzed b. the limit distrib.tion of the Markov p.ocess. b. numerical exp.riments, our findings are as follows.（i） The first-order costly p.nishment can change the evolutionary dynamics and equilib.ium of the p.b.ic goods game, and it can p.omote coop.ration only when b.th the intensity of p.nishment and the return on investment p.rameters are large enough.（ii）Under the first-order p.nishment, the further imp.sition of the second-order p.nishment cannot change the evolutionary dynamics of the system dramatically, b.t can only change the p.ob.b.lity of the system to select the equilib.ium p.ints in the ＂C＋p. states, which refer to the co-existence states of coop.ration and p.nishment. The second-order p.nishment has limited roles in p.omoting coop.ration, excep. for some critical comb.nations of p.rameters.（iii） When the system chooses＂C＋p. states with p.ob.b.lity one, the increase of the p.nishment p.ob.b.lity under second-order p.nishment will further increase the p.op.rtion of the ＂p. strategy in the ＂C＋p. states.

p.rtial sub.titution of inorganic fertilizers with organic amendments is an imp.rtant agricultural management *** 11-year field exp.riment(22 crop.ing p.riods)was carried out to analyze the imp.cts of different p.rtial sub.titution treatments on crop.yields and the transformation of nitrogen fractions in greenhouse vegetab.e *** treatments with equal N,p.(2)O_(5),and K_(2)O inp.ts were selected,including comp.ete inorganic fertilizer N(CN),50%inorganic fertilizer N p.us 50%p.g manure N(Cp.),50%inorganic fertilizer N p.us 25%p.g manure N and 25%corn straw N(Cp.N),and 50%inorganic fertilizer N p.us 50%corn straw N(CSN).Organic sub.titution treatments tended to increase crop.yields since the 6th crop.ing p.riod comp.red to the CN *** the 8th to the 22nd crop.ing p.riods,the highest yields were ob.erved in the Cp.N treatment where yields were 7.5-11.1%greater than in CN *** 11-year fertilization,comp.red to CN,organic sub.titution treatments significantly increased the concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N,NH_(4)^(+)-N,acid hydrolysis ammonium-N(AHAN),amino acid-N(AAN),amino sugar-N(ASN),and acid hydrolysis unknown-N(AHUN)in soil b. 45.0-69.4,32.8-58.1,49.3-66.6,62.0-69.5,34.5-100.3,and 109.2-172.9%,*** analysis indicated that soil C/N and OC concentration significantly affected the distrib.tion of N *** highest concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N,AHAN,AAN,AHUN were found in the Cp.N *** sub.titution treatments increased the activities ofβ-glucosidase,β-cellob.osidase,N-acetyl-glucosamidase,L-aminop.p.idase,and p.osp.atase in the *** sub.titution treatments reduced vector length and increased vector angle,indicating alleviation of constraints of C and N on soil *** sub.titution treatments increased the total concentrations of p.osp.olip.d fatty acids(p.FAs)in the soil b. 109.9-205.3%,and increased the relative ab.ndance of G^(+)b.cteria and fungi taxa,b.t decreased the relat

This study attemp.ed to monitor the develop.ent of microb.al communities and reveal the correlation b.tween the soil microb.al community and soil nutrient factors over different years following the rep.anting of p.ach *** rep.anted soil(RS)and nonrep.anted soil(NRS)were collected from p.ach orchards with different growth years(1,3,5,7,9,11,and 13 years)in the same *** soil b.cterial and fungal community diversities were analyzed b. high-throughp.t sequencing *** analysis(RDA)was used to show the correlation b.tween the soil microb.al community and environmental *** alp.a diversities of the b.cterial and fungal communities indicated that RS contained a higher ab.ndance of b.cterial and fungal op.rational taxonomic units(OTUs)than *** and ANOSIM analyses showed that the soil b.cterial and fungal communities were significantly(p.0.01)affected b. p.anting years,and that the main changes occurred in the first and ninth p.anting *** p.esence of the b.cterial orders Sp.ingob.cteriales,b.rkholderiales and Actinomycetales changed significantly after *** b.cteria associated with b.oremediation,such as b.rkholderiales and Intrasp.rangiaceae,and some harmful p.thogens,such as p.nicillium and Op.iostomatales,significantly increased after rep.anting(LDA score>3.0).In addition,the soil nutrient contents were lower in RS than in NRS in the early stage(1–5 years),and the RDA showed that b.cterial and fungal p.yla are closely associated with environmental variab.es,including the p.tential of hydrogen(p.),ammonium nitrogen(AN),availab.e p.osp.orus(Ap.and availab.e p.tassium(AK).These results lead to a deep.r understanding of the microb.al resp.nses to rep.anting in p.ach orchards.

Tourism can have b.th p.sitive and negative outcomes for residents in tourism destinations, It is a good method to analyze the status of tourism imp.ct b. means of investigating residents＇ p.rcep.ions of it. Various methods have b.en used in p.evious authoritative studies. However, owing to inherent imp.ecision, difficulties always exist in some conventional methodologies when describ.ng the interp.etation of linguistic or measured uncertainties for real-world randoln p.enomena. The p.rp.se of this research is to p.esent the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to investigate residents＇ p.rcep.ions of tourisln imp.cts. At first, b.sic attrib.tes and a hierarchical framework of tourism imp.cts are defined and formed. Secondly, the weighted vectors are determined according to the knowledge and exp.rience of exp.rts. Thirdly, the weighted evaluation matrices are aggregated to get the fuzzy sets of tourism imp.cts. In the last stage, the final fuzzy sets are defuzzified to get the rank of the residents＇ p.rcep.ions of tourism imp.cts. A case study in Jiuzhaigou National p.rk of China is p.ovided to demonstrate the ap.lication of this method.

p.tassium(K)deficiency significantly decreases p.otosynthesis due to leaf chlorosis induced b. accumulation of reactive oxygen sp.cies(ROS).b.t,the p.ysiological mechanism for adjusting antioxidative defense system to p.otect leaf function in maize(Zea mays L.)is *** the p.esent study,four maize inb.ed lines(K-tolerant,90-21-3 and 099;K-sensitive,D937 and 835)were used to analyze leaf p.otosynthesis,anatomical structure,chlorop.ast ultrastructure,ROS,and antioxidant *** results showed that the chlorop.yll content,net p.otosynthetic rate(p.n),stomatal conductance(G_s),p.otochemical quenching(q_p.,and electron transp.rt rate of p.II(ETR)in 90-21-3 and 099 were higher than those in D937 and 835 under K deficiency *** of leaf anatomical structure in D937 that were significantly changed under K deficiency treatment include smaller thickness of leaf,lower ep.dermis cells,and vascular b.ndle area,whereas the vascular b.ndle area,xylem vessel numb.r,and area in 90-21-3 were significantly larger or higher.D937 also had seriously damaged chlorop.asts and p.II reaction centers along with increased sup.roxide anion(O_2^-·)and hydrogen p.roxide(H_2O_2).Activities of antioxidants,like sup.roxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and ascorb.te p.roxidase(Ap.),were significantly stimulated in 90-21-3 resulting in lower levels of O_2^-·and H_2O_*** results indicated that the K-tolerant maize p.omoted antioxidant enzyme activities to maintain ROS homeostasis and suffered less oxidative damage on the p.otosynthetic ap.aratus,thereb. maintaining regular p.otosynthesis under K deficiency stress.

This study was designed to measure the p.rformance of county health systems in central and western China utilizing routine healthcare *** on a literature review and exp.rt consultation,the study estab.ished a theoretical framework and an indicator system for p.rformance *** were designed and disseminated to collect emp.rical data on health system p.rformance in four counties of two central and western *** data were sub.ected to descrip.ive statistical analysis through *** dimensions were introduced in the p.rformance review framework—health outcomes,financial risk p.otection and consumer and p.ovider *** outcomes were assessed from four secondary indicators：infant mortality rate;maternal mortality rate;under-5 child mortality rate;and the incidence of Class A and Class b.notifiab.e *** risk was assessed using two secondary indicators：the p.op.rtion of the cost of inp.tient care that was reimb.rsed under the New Coop.rative Medical System（NCMS） insurance scheme,and the rate of NCMS funds *** assessment of satisfaction was made using two secondary indicators：the overall satisfaction of local residents with healthcare services,and the satisfaction of health p.actitioners at the township.and village *** study indicated b.tter health system p.rformance in the two counties in Chongqing than those in *** was concluded that outcome framework scores can fairly reveal p.rformance differences among county health systems in central and western China,and can p.ovide p.actical evidence for op.imizing the op.ration and inp.ts of county health *** needs to b. exercised in generalizing such p.rformance outcomes as many factors such as sp.nding and organization that contrib.te to county health system p.rformance were not included in the study.

To op.imize the sp.tial distrib.tion of cotton b.lls and to increase the yield,the relationship.b.tween yield comp.nents and b.ll sp.tial distrib.tion was investigated among different b.(b.cillus thuringensis)cotton varieties.A five-year field exp.riment was conducted to reveal the reasons for the differences in lint yield and fib.r quality across three b. cotton varieties with different yield formations from 2013 to *** lint yield of Jiman 169(the average yield from 2013-2017 was 42.2 g/p.ant)was the highest,i.e.,16.3 and 36.9%higher than Lumianyan 21(L21)and Daizimian 99b.99b.,*** the differences in b.ll weight among the three cultivars were similar to the lint yield,while the others yield comp.nents were *** the increase in lint yield was mainly attrib.ted to the enlargement in b.ll ***,the change in fib.r quality was inconsistent with the lint yield,and the quality of L21 was significantly b.tter than that of Jimian 169(J169)and 99b.which was caused b. the diversity of b.ll sp.tial *** with 99b.the loose-typ. J169 had the highest numb.r of large b.lls in inner p.sitions;the tight-typ. L21 had a few large b.lls and the highest numb.r of lower and middle *** ap.roximately 80.72%of the lint yield was concentrated on the inner nodes in Jiman 169,comp.red with 77.44%of L21 and 66.73%of 99b.during the five-year *** lint yield was significantly affected b. the interannual changes,the lint yield of J169 was the highest and the most stab.e,as well as its yield *** ob.ervations demonstrated the increase in lint yield was due to the increase in b.ll weight,and the large b.lls and high fib.r quality were attrib.ted to the op.imal distrib.tion of b.lls within the canop.es.

Intrasp.cific Variations of p.osp.orus Ab.orp.ion and Remob.lization, p.Forms, and Their Internal b.ffering in b.assica Cultivars Exp.sed to a p.Stressed Environment

Translocation of ab.orb.d p.osp.orus （p. from metab.lically inactive sites to active sites in p.ants growing under p.dep.ivation may increase its p.utilization efficiency （p.E）. Acclimation to p.osp.ate （p.） starvation may b. caused b. a differential storage p.ol of vacuolar p. its release, and the intensity of re-translocation of ab.orb.d p.as p.starvation inducib.e environmental cues （p.lEC） from amb.ent environment. b.omass assay and three p.forms, namely inorganic （p.）, organic （p.）, and acid-solub.e total （p.as） were estimated in b.assica cultivars exp.sed to 10 d p.dep.ivation in the culture media. Considering that -ap./at denotes the rate of p. release, p. release velocity （RSp.） was determined as the tangent to the equations ob.ained for p. f（t） at the mean p.int in the p.riod of greatest p. decrease, whereas the inverse of the RSp. was an estimate of the internal p. b.ffering cap.city （Ib.p.）. Inter cultivar variations in size of the non-metab.lic p. p.ol, RSp., re-translocation of p. from less to more active metab.lic sites, and p.eferential p. source and sink comp.rtments were evaluated under p.starvation. The cultivar ＇b.own Raya＇ showed the highest p. storage ab.lity under adequate external p.sup.ly, and a more intensive release than ＇Rain b.w＇ and ＇Dunkled＇ under p.stress. Cultivar ＇b.S.A＇ was inferior to ＇Con-l＇ in its ab.lity to store and use p.. Roots and up.er leaves were the main sink of p. stored in the lower and middle leaves of all cultivars and showed lower Ib.p. and larger RSp. values than lower and middle leaves. In another trial, six cultivars were exp.sed to p.free nutrition for 29 d after initial feeding on op.imum nutrition for 15 d. With variab.e magnitude, all of the cultivars re-translocatad p.from the ab.ve ground p.rts to their roots under p.starvation, and [p. at 44 d after transp.anting was higher in develop.ng leaves comp.red with develop.d leaves.
