The Influence of Housing Prices on Urban Competitiveness:Review and Prospects

To examine the impact of housing prices on urban competitiveness, we first sort out the relevant literature on the compositions and performances of urban competitiveness. The internal compositions of urban competitiveness include factor endowments and industrial development. The external manifestations include market size, economic growth and productivity. Additionally,from the perspectives of urban economics and new economic geography, the theoretical basis of housing price’s impact on urban competitiveness is analyzed. On this basis, we analyze the mechanism and direction of housing price’s impact on urban competitiveness. The results show that most of the existing researches pay attention to the impact of housing prices on urban competitiveness through economic growth, industrial structure or production factors. However,there are differences in the specific direction of influence, and there is no research that considers the relationship of multiple influences.

Objective:To investigate the effects of coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)supplementation on post-vitrification embryo development and gross ***:Balb/c mouse embryos were cultured in potassium simplex optimised medium(KSOM)with varying CoQ10 concentrations[0(control),20,40,and 60μM].The most effective CoQ10 concentration(40μM)was selected for subsequent post-vitrification morphology *** were randomly divided into four groups:group A(non-vitrified without CoQ10),group B(non-vitrified with CoQ10),group C(vitrified without CoQ10),and group D(vitrified with CoQ10),followed by vitrification at the 8-cell *** rates and development until the blastocyst stage were evaluated through morphological examinations using ASEBIR's system,distinguishing normal and abnormal ***:Supplementation of 40μM CoQ10 significantly increased blastocyst formation(95%)compared to the control group(92%),20μM(62%),and 60μM(56%)(Pgroup D exhibited a significant increase in blastocyst formation(92%)compared to group C(82%)(Pgroup B over group D during the cleavage stage,morula,and blastocyst(P<0.05).Conclusions:CoQ10 supplementation exhibits promising potential to enhance preimplantation embryo development,increase blastocyst formation rates,and improve embryo quality *** offers a promising approach to mitigate oxidative stress on embryos,potentially improving overall assisted reproductive technology outcomes.

Ultra-fine silicalite-1 particles were modified with four kinds of chlorosilanes （dodecyltrichlorosilane, octyltrichlorosilane, hexadecyltrichlorosilane and octadecyltrichlorosilane） and characterized by FI-IR, TGA, contact angle measurements and BET analysis. It was found that the surface hydrophobicity of silicalite-1 particles was improved significantly as the alkyl group was strongly bonded to the particle surface. Modified silicalite-1 particles were incorporated into PDMS （poly（dimethylsiloxanediol）） membranes, which were applied for the pervaporation separation of ethanol/water mixtures. The effect of surface properties, zeolite loading and operation conditions on pervaporation performance of the membranes was investigated. The separation factor of PDMS membranes filled with modified silicalite-1 increased considerably compared with that filled with unmodified ones, and the total flux decreased with increasing zeolite loading. The solution and diffusion selectivity of hybrid membranes were also measured to explain the pervaporation properties of silicalite-1 filled PDMS membranes. It was found that modification of silicalite-1 with dodecyltrichlorosilane effectively improved the solution and diffusion selectivity of silicalite-1 filled PDMS membranes with high zeolite loading. This may be attributed to the high surface hydrophobicity of modified silicalite-1 and its good integration with PDMS membranes. Both the high separation factor and solution selectivity indicated that modification of silicalite-1 with chlorosilanes was an effective method to improve the selectivity of silicalite-1/PDMS hybrid membranes for ethanol.

The self-assembly of two-dimensional(2D)semiconductor nanosheets into three-dimensional(3D)ordered superstructures represents an ingenious way to avoid aggregation,expose massive available active sites and benefit the mass transfer,which maximizes the advantages of the 2D nanostructures in ***,a flower-like superstructure of ternary semiconducting boron carbon nitride nanosheets(FS-BCNNSs)was synthesized through the morphology-preserved thermal transformation of a flower-like superstructure of boron-containing metal-organic framework nanosheets(FS-MOFNSs).Taking advantage of this functional superstructure,FS-BCNNSs was employed for the pioneering application in the field of photocatalytic hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))production and exhibited excellent photocatalytic performance,yielding an impressive rate of 1415.9μmol g^(−1)h^(−1)for the production of H_(2)O_(2).The results of this work offer not just a promising catalyst for photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)production but also a facile strategy to fabricate unique superstructures constructed from 2D nanosheets for catalysis,energy conversion,and other related fields.

1.25Cr-0.5Mo steels with different Ti-B or Al-B treatment were exposed in 18 MPa hydrogen atmosphere at 480℃ fo f 100, 500 and 1000 h respectively. Tensile and bend properties of steels before and after hydrogen changing were tested. The results show that the different mechanical properties of the steels with different B content have different responses to high temperature high pressure hydrogen charging *** hydrogen changing, more loss of ductility can be found in the steel not treated with B than those in the steels treated with B. Metallographic analyses indicated that decarburization occurred in all the steels. Furthermore, many methane bubbles were found by SEM analysis in the surface decarburization layer in the steel without B,while only a few bubbles, the number and size of which decreased with increasing B content, were found in steels with B treatment. In addition, hydrogen determination results manifested that after being exposed in hydrogen atmosphere the steel containing no B had higher hydrogen content than that of steels containing B. All this suggests that B treatment improved the HA resistance of 1.25Cgr-0.5Mo steel, and the more B the steel contained the more perceptible the effect.

The metallic plasmonic array that can support both propagating surface plasmon polaritons(PSPPs)and localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)possesses rich optical properties and remarkable optical performance,making it a powerful platform for applications in photonics,chemistry,and *** practical applications,the excitation spot is usually smaller than the area of metal *** is thus imperative to address“how many array units are enough?”towards a rational design of plasmonic ***,we employed focused ion beam(FIB)to precisely fabricate a series of plasmonic array structures with increased unit *** utilizing photoluminescence(PL)and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS),we found that the array units outside the excitation spot still have a significant impact on the optical response within the *** with the numerical simulation,we found that the boundary of the finite array leads to the loss of PSPP outside the excitation point,which subsequently affects the coupling of PSPP and LSPR in the excitation spot,leading to variations in PL and SERS *** on the findings,we further tuned the LSPR mode of the metal arrays by electrodeposition to obtain strong near-field enhancement without any influence on the PSPP *** work advances the understanding of near-field and far-field optical behavior in finite-size array structures and provides guidance for designing highly-efficient photonic devices.

Combined with the topology optimization,additive manufacturing can be used to fabricate metal parts with complex ***,due to the geometrical variations and microstructure heterogeneities of the additively manufactured metal parts,new standards with the use of miniature specimens are required for the evalutation of the spatial distribution of mechanical properties throughout the ***,we conduct a systematic investigation on tensile and fatigue properties of selective laser melted Inconel718 specimens with different thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 1 mm.A“microstructure unit”that can well reflect the microstructure characteristic of selective laser melted materials is *** results reveal that premature necking with a dramatic drop in uniform elongation occurs if the ratio(t/d)of specimen thickness(t)to the"microstructure unit"size(d)is less than *** necking is mainly attributed to the transition of strain localization *** also propose a probabilistic statistical model for fatigue limit prediction based on the available fatigue *** is recommended that the criterion of t/d≥4 should be satisfied to ensure that the yield strength,the uniform elongation,and the fatigue limit determined by the miniature specimens are comparable with those determined by standard *** findings may provdie a guide to the establishment of miniature specimen-based standards toward the qualification of additively manufactured metal parts.
