Celiomesenteric trunk is a rare vascular anomaly, which has significant clinical implications. 3-di-mensional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (3D CE MRA) is a new imaging modality, non-invasive , fast and easy to perform. We describe a patient with a common celiomesenteric trunk demonstrated by 3D CE MRA. METHODS: A 45-year-old man was subjected to 3D CE MRA before transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) for hepatocellular carcinoma. The examination was performed on a 1.5T MR imager with a body coil. The contrast medium was gadopentetate dimeglumine. Source images from the hepatic arterial phase acquisition were reconstructed into MRA images. Intra-arterial digital subtraction angiography (DSA) during TACE was carried out 3 days after 3D CE MRA. RESULTS:On 3D CE MRA, a common trunk of the celiac and superior mesenteric artery was clearly depicted. The origin and course of the hepatic, splenic and superior mesenteric arteries were also visualized. These findings were confirmed by intra-arterial DSA. CONCLUSIONS: Celiomesenteric trunk can be well delineated by 3D CE MRA. The image is correlated precisely with that from DSA.

The search for pattern in the ecology and evolutionary biology of insect-plant associations has fascinated biologists for centuries. High levels of tropical （tow-latitude） plant and insect diversity relative to poleward latitudes and the disproportionate abundance of host-specialized insect herbivores have been noted. This review addresses several aspects of local insect specialization, host use abilities （and loss of these abilities with specialization）, host-associated evolutionary divergence, and ecological （including ＂hybrid＂） speciation, with special reference to the generation of biodiversity and the geographic and taxonomic identification of ＂species borders＂ for swallowtail butterflies （Papilionidae）. From ancient phytochemically defined angiosperm affiliations that trace back millions of years to recent and very local specialized populations, the Papilionidae （swallowtail butterflies） have provided a model for enhanced tmderstanding of localized ecological patterns and genetically based evolutionary processes. They have served as a useful group for evaluating the feeding specialization/physiological efficiency hypothesis. They have shown how the abiotic （thermal） environment interacts with host nutritional suitability to generate ＂voltinisrn/suitability＂ gradients in specialization or preference latitudinally, and geographical mosaics locally. Several studies reviewed here suggest strongly that the oscillation hypothesis for speciation does have considerable merit, but at the same time, some species-level host specializations may lead to evolutionary dead-ends, especially with rapid environmental/habitat changes involving their host plants. Latitudinal gradients in species richness and degree of herbivore feeding specialization have been impacted by recent developments in ecological genetics and evolutionary ecology. The paper by Lu et al. [1] ＂A survey on the status of semen analysis in 118 laboratories in China＂ provides a major review of the current methods of semen analysis in China's Mainland. It involved a 36-item questionnaire completed by technicians in 118 of a possible 145 potential semen laboratories. Recruitment for the study was via contacts developed at Chinese Andrology meetings and training sessions between 2005 and 2007. It is not stated how comprehensive this strategy would be for accessing all semen laboratories in China. About half the participating laboratories were in general hospitals and the others in hospitals with academic affiliations or family planning institutes.

In this study an ultra violet analysis, which is a spectrophotometric method, was applied for the first time as a structural analysis of the group. The following species were collected from Karamik Lake in Afyon Province, Turkey between April and August, 2015, Hydryphantes flexiosus, Hydrodroma despiciens, Georgella helvatica, Eylais infundibulifera, Hygrobates nigromacutlatus and Torrenticola brevirostris. These species were separately analyzed by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer (US) and the results assessed using graphical readings. The affiliations between the species were read from the graphical curves of each species and then compared in terms of the curves.

BACKGROUND: Giant cell carcinoma of the pancreas (GCCP) as a tumor of high malignancy, large size, and inflammatory reaction occupies 2.1%-12.8% of all cases of pancreatic malignancies. This study was to analyze cases of GCCP collected in 8 years at our hospital in an attempt to describe some features of GCCP in Chinese people. METHODS: The clinicopathological features of 19 patients who had been pathologically diagnosed as having GCCP from 1021 patients with pancreatic malignancies collected by Pancreatic Disease Research Group (PDRG) of Chang- hai Hospital were retrospectively analyzed compared with those of 96 patients with common pancreatic carcinoma (PC) who were randomly selected from 1002 patients with pancreatic carcinoma. The differences of location, clinical symptoms, imagings, laboratory test, operation and the prognosis of these two groups were defined. RESULTS: Tumors in the head of the pancreas were found in 8 patients (42.1%), and those in the body or tail of the pancreas in 11 (57.9%). The initial symptom was abdomi- nal pain in most patients (57.9%). Abdominal pain (73.7%), dyspepsia (63.2%), weight loss (36.8%) but jaun- dice were common at the time of diagnosis. The abnormal rates of routine laboratory tests in the GCCP group were lower than those in the common PC group. The assay of tumor markers between the groups of GCCP and common PC was approximately the same. The sensitivity and accu- racy of ultrasonography, spiral computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging were considerably high. Large carcinoma in stage was seen in 9 patients or 47.4% of the GCCP group, a rate higher than that in the common PC group. Osteoid formation was found microscopically in some patients, and poorly differentiated tumor cells were found in most patients. The 1-year survival rate was 17.6%, which was lower than that in the common PC group. CONCLUSION: The clinicopathological features of GCCP are different from those of common PC. As an online demonstration of Career Map, we have shown the visualization result by Career Map for the AMiner 2016 most influential scholars in machine learning (ML)1). Each trajectory path on the map represents the movement of a scholar between different places (affiliations). The heatmap reveals the geographic distribution of the most influential ML scholars; a larger hotspot means a larger immigration of scholars into an affiliation. Alcohol use disorder （AUD）, mild traumatic brain injury （mTBI）, and posttraumatic stress disorder （PTSD） commonly co-occur （AUD ＋ mTBI ＋ PTSD）. These conditions have overlapping symptoms which are, in part, reflective of overlapping neuropathology. These conditions become problematic because their co-occurrence can exacerbate symptoms. Therefore, treatments must be developed that are inclusive to all three conditions. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS） is non-invasive and may be an ideal treatment for co-occurring AUD ＋ mTBI ＋ PTSD. There is accumulating evidence on rTMS as a treatment for people with AUD, mTBI, and PTSD each alone. However, there are no published studies to date on rTMS as a treatment for co-occurring AUD ＋ mTBI ＋ PTSD. This review article advances the knowledge base for rTMS as a treatment for AUD ＋ mTBI ＋ PTSD. This review provides background information about these co-occurring conditions as well as rTMS. The existing literature on rTMS as a treatment for people with AUD, TBI, and PTSD each alone is reviewed. Finally, neurobiological findings in support of a theoretical model are discussed to inform TMS as a treatment for co-occurring AUD ＋ mTBI ＋ PTSD. The peer-reviewed literature was identified by targeted literature searches using PubMed and supplemented by cross-referencing the bibliographies of relevant review articles. The existing evidence on rTMS as a treatment for these conditions in isolation, coupled with the overlapping neuropathology and symptomology of these conditions, suggests that rTMS may be well suited for the treatment of these conditions together.
