The present study comparing actual data and simulated parameters was carried out using the PVsyst software for a 5.94 KWp grid-connected photovoltaic system,consisting of three types of mono-Si(2.04 KWp),poly-Si(2.04 KWp)and amorphous-Si(1.86 KWp)photovoltaic panels and a weather *** research is based on data collected for one year(2020)of energy production Simulations were performed using long-term meteorological data generated by NASA and on-site measurement.A comparison of evaluated monthly and annually performance elements has also been considered:Eac,PR,*** shown by the results,each photovoltaic technology has certain advantages in different weather *** uncertainties of the PVSyst software used to estimate the output of the photovoltaic installation have also been critically examined.

With the development of the Internet,technology,and means of communication,the production of tourist data has multiplied at all levels(hotels,restaurants,transport,heritage,tourist events,activities,etc.),especially with the development of Online Travel Agency(OTA).However,the list of possibilities offered to tourists by these Web search engines(or even specialized tourist sites)can be overwhelming and relevant results are usually drowned in informational"noise",which prevents,or at least slows down the selection *** assist tourists in trip planning and help them to find the information they are looking for,many recommender systems have been *** this article,we present an overview of the various recommendation approaches used in the field of *** this study,an architecture and a conceptual framework for tourism recommender system are proposed,based on a hybrid recommendation *** proposed system goes beyond the recommendation of a list of tourist attractions,tailored to tourist *** can be seen as a trip planner that designs a detailed program,including heterogeneous tourism resources,for a specific visit *** ultimate goal is to develop a recommender system based on big data technologies,artificial intelligence,and operational research to promote tourism in Morocco,specifically in the Daraa-Tafilalet region.

Cells and tissues are exquisitely organized in a complex but ordered manner to form organs and bodies so that individuals can function properly. The spatial organization and tissue architecture represent a keynote property underneath all living organisms. Molecular architecture and cellular composition within intact tissues play a vital role in a variety of biological processes, such as forming the complicated tissue functionality, precise regulation of cell transition in all living activities, consolidation of central nervous system, cellular responses to immunological and pathological cues. To explore these biological events at a large scale and fine resolution, a genome-wide understanding of spatial cellular changes is essential. However, previous bulk RNA sequencing and single-cell RNA sequencing technologies could not obtain the important spatial information of tissues and cells, despite their ability to detect high content transcriptional changes. These limitations have prompted the development of numerous spatially resolved technologies which provide a new dimension to interrogate the regional gene expression, cellular microenvironment, anatomical heterogeneity and cell-cell interactions. Since the advent of spatial transcriptomics, related works that use these technologies have increased rapidly, and new methods with higher throughput and resolution have grown quickly, all of which hold great promise to accelerate new discoveries in understanding the biological complexity. In this review, we briefly discussed the historical evolution of spatially resolved transcriptome. We broadly surveyed the representative methods. Furthermore, we summarized the general computational analysis pipeline for the spatial gene expression data. Finally, we proposed perspectives for technological development of spatial multi-omics.

Precise metabolic rewiring during heart organogenesis underlies normal cardiac ***,we utilized high-coverage,quantitative lipidomic approaches to construct lipidomic atlases of whole hearts(861 lipids;31 classes)and mitochondria(587 lipids;27 classes)across prenatal and postnatal developmental stages in *** uncovered the progressive formation of docosahexaenoyl-phospholipids and enhanced remodeling of C18:2,C20:3,and C20:4 fatty acyl moieties into cardiolipins as cardiac development progresses.A preferential flow of ceramides toward sphingomyelin biosynthesis over complex glycosphingolipid formation was also *** maSigPro and GPclust algorithms,we identified a repertoire of 448 developmentally dynamic lipids and mapped their expression patterns to a library of 550 biologically relevant developmentally dynamic *** combinatorial transcriptomics and lipidomics approaches identified Hadha,Lclat1,and Lpcat3 as candidate molecular drivers governing the dynamic remodeling of cardiolipins and phospholipids,respectively,in heart *** analyses revealed that postnatal cardiolipin remodeling in the heart constitutes a biphasic process,which first accumulates polyunsaturated C78-cardiolipins prior to tetralinoleoyl cardiolipin forming the predominant *** analyses supplemented with transmission electron microscopy imaging uncovered enhanced mitochondria–lipid droplet contacts mediated by *** combinatorial analyses of multiomics data uncovered an association between mitochondrial-resident,docosahexaenoic acid-phospholipids and messenger RNA levels of proton-transporting adenosine triphosphate synthases on inner mitochondrial membranes,which adds credence to the membrane pacemaker theory of *** current findings offer lipid-centric biological insights potentially important to understanding the molecular basis of cardiac metabolic flexibility and disease pathology.

Targeting immune checkpoints such as programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)have been approved for treating melanoma,gastric cancer(GC)and bladder cancer with clinical ***,many patients failed to respond to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment,so it is necessary to seek an alternative strategy for traditional PD-1/PD-L1 targeting *** with the data from The Cancer Genome atlas(TCGA)and our in-house tissue library,PD-L1 expression was found to be positively correlated with the expression of ubiquitin-specific processing protease 7(USP7)in ***,USP7 directly interacted with PD-L1 in order to stabilize it,Gastric cancer;Immunosuppression;Cancer biologywhile abrogation of USP7 attenuated PD-L1/PD-1 interaction and sensitized cancer cells to T cell killing in vitro and in ***,USP7 inhibitor suppressed GC cells proliferation by stabilizing P53 in vitro and in ***,our findings indicate that in addition to inhibiting cancer cells proliferation,USP7 inhibitor can also downregulate PD-L1 expression to enhance anti-tumor immune response ***,these data posit USP7 inhibitor as an anti-proliferation agent as well as a novel therapeutic agent in PD-L1/PD-1 blockade strategy that can promote the immune response of the tumor.

Aim: To perform a vector 3D reconstruction of the neck skeleton from the anatomical sections of the “Korean Visible Human” for educational purposes. Material and Methods: The anatomical subject was a 33-year-old Korean male who died of leukemia. It measured 164 cm and weighed 55 kgs. The anatomical cuts were made in 2010 after an MRI and a CT scan. A special saw (cryomacrotome) made it possible to make cuts on the frozen body of 0.2 mm thick or 5960 slices. Sections numbered 1500 to 2000 (500 neck sections) were used for this study. Manual contouring segmentation of each anatomical element of the anterior neck area was done using Winsurf software version 3.5 on a PC. Results: Our vector 3D neck model includes the following: cervical vertebrae, hyoid bone, sternum manubrium and clavicles. This vector model has been integrated into the virtual dissection table Diva3d, a new educational tool used by universities and medical schools to learn anatomy. This model was also put online on the Sketchfab website and printed in 3D using an ENDER 3 printer. Conclusion: This original work is a remarkable educational tool for the study of the skeleton of the neck and can also serve as a 3D atlas for simulation purposes for training therapeutic gestures.
