Due to long-term human activity interference,the Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park(HTRNP)of China has experienced ecological problems such as habitat fragmentation and biodiversity loss,and with the expanding scope and intensity of human activity impact,the regional ecological security is facing serious challenges.A scientific assessment of the interrelationship between human activity intensity and habitat quality in the HTRNP is a prerequisite for achieving effective management of ecological disturbances caused by human activities and can also provide scientific strategies for the sustainable development of the *** on the land use change data in 2000,2010,and 2020,the spatial and temporal variations and the relationship between habitat quality(HQ)and human activity intensity(HAI)in the HTRNP were explored using the integrated valuation of ecosystem services and trade-offs(InVEST)*** dynamics and land use simulation models were also combined to conduct multi-scenario simulations of their *** results showed that during 2000–2020,the habitat quality of the HTRNP improved,the intensity of human activities decreased each year,and there was a negative correlation between the ***,the system dynamic model could be well coupled with the land use simulation model by combining socio-economic and natural *** simulation scenarios of the coupling model showed that the harmonious development(HD)scenario is effective in curbing the increasing trend of human activity intensity and decreasing trend of habitat quality,with a weaker trade-off between the two compared with the baseline development(BD)and investment priority oriented(IPO)*** maintain the authenticity and integrity of the HTRNP,effective measures such as ecological corridor construction,ecological restoration,and the implementation of ecological compensation policies need to be strengthened.

Undoubtedly,noise has become a major hazardous issue in today’s industrial world,with a lot of people suffering from exposure to excessive noise in their work *** study was conducted to weigh and prioritize noise control methods in an Iranian tire manufacturing complex in *** Delphi method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity and an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)were utilized for this *** cross-sectional,descriptive study was conducted in the baking hall of an Iranian tire manufacturing factory in *** weigh and prioritize noise control methods,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and TOPSIS were *** total,4 criteria and 8 alternatives were *** AHP and TOPSIS questionnaire was then designed to prioritize noise control methods in the light of the objectives,criteria,and ***,the collected data were fed into Expert Choise.V.11 and Excel and data analysis was carried out using *** results of data analysis indicated that the inconsistency rate in all the cases was smaller than 10%,hence the consistency of the responses was *** to the TOPSIS results and experts’opinions about the criteria,implementation and maintenance cost(with a weight of 0.481)and method effectiveness and efficiency(with a weight of 0.046)had the highest and lowest priority *** on the weights TOPSIS,the appropriate methods for controlling noise in tire manufacturing are designing and manufacturing silencer,requiring people in charge to quickly fix the leaks and change baking press washers on time.

Workers’exposure to excessive noise is a big universal work-related *** of the major consequences of exposure to noise is permanent or transient hearing *** current study sought to utilize audiometric data to weigh and prioritize the factors affecting workers’hearing loss based using the Support Vector Machine(SVM)*** cross sectional-descriptive study was conducted in 2017 in a mining industry in southeast *** participating workers(n=150)were divided into three groups of 50 based on the sound pressure level to which they were exposed(two experimental groups and one control group).Audiometric tests were carried out for all members of each *** study generally entailed the following steps:(1)selecting predicting variables to weigh and prioritize factors affecting hearing loss;(2)conducting audiometric tests and assessing permanent hearing loss in each ear and then evaluating total hearing loss;(3)categorizing different types of hearing loss;(4)weighing and prioritizing factors that affect hearing loss based on the SVM algorithm;and(5)assessing the error rate and accuracy of the *** collected data were fed into SPSS 18,followed by conducting linear regression and paired samples *** was revealed that,in the first model(SPL85 dBA),the frequency of 4 KHz had the highest impact(with a weight of 22%),while the frequency of 250 Hz had the smallest influence(with a weight of 3%).The accuracy of this model was 100%*** the fourth model,the frequency of 4 KHz had the greatest effect(with a weight of 24%),while the

There is near unanimous consensus that the global climate is warming and most of the warming is attributable to human *** world economic expansion has largely been driven by fossil fuels,leading to increasing emissions of greenhouse gases(GHGs).The world’s average temperature has risen at a rate of 0.07℃per decade since 1880 and nearly triple that rate since the *** addition to heat waves and cold spell,climate change may lead to a wide range of extreme weather conditions,including drought,floods,typhoons,windstorms,and *** to non-optimal temperatures and extreme weather conditions has been associated with a range of adverse health outcomes,including excess mortality and morbidity from various causes,and changes in the ecology of infectious *** example,in China,14.3%of non-accidental mortality during 2013–2015 may be related to non-optimal temperatures,with 11.6%and 2.7%explainable by exposure to cold and heat,respectively(1).The recent global burden of diseases study(GBD 2019)shows that non-optimal temperatures are among the ten leading causes of death worldwide(2).A projection study showed that under high-emission scenarios,the negative health impacts of climate change would disproportionately affect warmer and poorer regions of the world(3).Climate change can also affect climate-sensitive infectious diseases carried by animal hosts or vectors,including malaria,dengue fever,schistosomiasis,Japanese encephalitis,and Angiostrongylus cantonensis.
