Renminbi in Africa： Progress and Challenges

The Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in December 2015 has elevated China-Africa relations to a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and opened a new era of win-win cooperation and common development for bilateral ties. To promote all-round industrialization and agricultural modernization in Africa and to extricate the continent from its development plight, China is providing $60 billion in funds for 10 major cooperative projects. Financial cooperation is a top priority as it plays an extremely important role in advancing pragmatic cooperation between China and Africa. One important aspect of China-Africa financial cooperation is to expand the use of the renminbi in bilateral economic and trade exchanges, in order to avoid currency risks, lower trade costs and inject new vitality into the transformation and upgrading of the economic and trade cooperation. But even as the renminbi＇s internationalization in Africa advances, there are still problems and challenges to be overcome.

Supplier management is one of the most important parts in supply chain management that is increasingly recognized as a critical decision in the globalization *** of firms have been spending considerable amount of their revenues on *** supplier selection is one of the most important functions of purchasing *** aim of this research is to introduce an integrated model for supplier’s selection and order allocation in an automotive *** the research was performed in two sections and four *** first section in order to select the best suppliers we used an integrated AHPTOPSIS ***,after library studies and interview with experts,managers and specialists in supply chain management filed,decision criterion were identified through Delphi contains of main criteria and sub criteria for suppliers selection *** in the second section for order allocation to every selected suppliers in first section;we used a multi-objective linear programming *** objectives and subjective of suppliers and Automotive Company were identified in this *** show that applying a two phase AHP-TOPSIS methodology causes to select the best *** Automotive Company’s total costs will be minimized with using a MOLP model.

The purpose of this paper is to apply the structure time series model to forecast the REITs’ returns in US by using monthly data from January 1994 to November 2009. The primary advantage of this model is not only taking into account trends, seasonal factors and cycle effect but also that reflects the realistic situation of REITs, therefore, to bring about more accurate short- term forecasting. Empirical results indicate that cycle is much more explainable to the returns of industrial REIT and manufactured home REIT because industrial REIT and manufactured home REIT are lower and stable returns than other REITs. And the impact of shock occurred in September 2008, the industrial REIT and manufactured home REIT’s returns are slowly decreasing but stable. Furthermore, in accordance with the model forecasting results, a directional path was precise forecast from March 2009 to November 2009 period belonging to in-sample forecast. And we also obtain out-of-sample industrial REIT and manufactured home REIT’s returns in 2010, they are decreasing gradually but stable and low risk relatively. This important information can provide investors with the best investment choice when investors are in the face of economic shock.

A Study on the Improvement of Mental Health Status of Teachers’ Occupational Stress and Chronic Anxiety under Aerobic Exercise Alternative Activities

The purpose of this study is to observe the occupational stress and chronic anxiety of college teachers and to carry out alternate activities of aerobic exercise to improve their mental health,the participants are 214 teachers from three universities in Yunnan Province,*** results show that before the experiment,the overall situation of college teachers’occupational stress and chronic anxiety is at a high level,while after the experiment,the occupational stress and chronic anxiety of college teachers are significantly *** terms of gender,male teachers have higher occupational stress and chronic anxiety than female teachers before the experiment,and both have a good alleviating effect after the *** terms of length of teaching,teachers with teaching experience of 1–5 years before the experiment have the highest levels of occupational stress and chronic anxiety,followed by teachers with 6–10 years,and finally teachers with more than 10 *** the experiment,the occupational stress and chronic anxiety of teachers in the three length of teaching groups are significantly reduced to the medium *** terms of professional titles,the teachers with the titles of teaching assistant and lecturer before the experiment have higher occupational stress and chronic anxiety than those with the titles of associate professor and *** the experiment,both of them are significantly reduced to the medium ***,the impact of aerobic exercise alternate activities on college teachers has a positive improvement effect,which can effectively promote the mental health of college teachers and alleviate the negative situation at work.

＜正＞The Sham Tseng Development feasibility study was prepared in I983 and further additional studies were prepared in *** was recommended among other things that reclamation between San Miguel Brewery Site and Anglers’Beach be carried *** mid 1994 Government decided that in order to increase residential fiat supply the reclamation site in Sham Tseng should be developed for residential use if found *** duly 1996 the Territorial Development Statement Review identified that the housing supply of currently approved plans and programmes would not be adequate to meet the estimated housing demand after 2000/*** order to boost the housing supply and to achieve G/IC facilities and more open space it was decided to investigate the planning and engineering feasibility of enlarging the size of the original reclamation of 6ha up to 25ha. With this in mind consultants were appointed to look at a variety of further reclamation *** that basis new options were evaluated over a two-day value management workshop. The value management workshop objectives were formulated as a result of a strategic diagnosis meeting carried out preceding the value management study. At the conclusion of the value management workshop the objectives were both achieved and exceeded through adopting the Value Managemenf Approach. The value management process will be discussed from the perspective of the client,consultant and the facilitator.

Service system or service management is a value coproduction configuration of person, facilities, tools, organizational network, technology, internal and external service systems connected via value propositions, and shared information that satisfy the needs or aspirations of customers. The mankind has entered the era of globalization in 21st century, the interdependence of things in service system becomes closer and the interaction is more complex. The service system is a complex system that is affected by the demand forecasting, customer relationship, public relations, customer behavior, satisfaction, and retention, service cost, profitability of service investment, risk, and so on.
