INTRODUCTION Although the differential diagnosis for chest wall masses is broad, the vast majority are abscesses, lipomas, or sebaceous cysts. Post-operative chest wall masses can also include infection, hematoma, seroma, cancer recurrence, metastasis, and lung hernia. Bedside ultrasound has been well documented to be beneficial in the differentiation of superficial pathology. Pleurocutaneous fistula is a pathologic communication between the pleural space and subcutaneous tissues of the chest wall. Pleurocutaneous fistula is a rare complication of tube thoracostomy, video-assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） procedures, and various pulmonary infections.

Photolithography is among the key phases in chip *** is also among the most expensive with manufacturing equipment valued at the hundreds of millions of *** is paramount that the process is ran efficiently,guaranteeing high resource utilization and low product cycle times.A key element in the operation of a photolithography system is the effective management of the reticles that are responsible for the imprinting of the circuit path on the *** reticles means determining which are appropriate to mount on the very expensive scanners as a function of the product types being released to the *** the importance of the problem,several heuristic policies have been developed in the industry practice in an attempt to guarantee that the expensive tools are never ***,such policies have difficulties reacting to unforeseen events(e.g.,unplanned failures,unavailability of reticles).On the other hand,the technological advance of the semiconductor industry in sensing at system and process level should be harnessed to improve on these"expert policies".In this manuscript,we develop a system for the real time reticle management that not only is able to retrieve information from the real system,but also is able to embed commonly used policies to improve upon *** develop a new digital twin for the photolithography process that efficiently and accurately predicts the system performance,thus allowing our system to make predictions for future behaviors as a function of possible *** results demonstrate the validity of the developed model,and the feasibility of the overall approach demonstrating a statistically significant improvement of performance as compared to the current policy.

A field defect is a field of pre-malignant tissue in which a new cancer is likely to arise. Field defects often appear to be histologically normal under the microscope. Recent research indicates that cells within a field defect characteristically have an increased frequency of epigenetic alterations and these may be fundamentally important as underlying factors in progression to cancer. However, understanding of epigenetic field defects is at an early stage, and the work of Katsurano et al published this year, is a key contribution to this field. One question examined by Katsurano et al was how early could the formation of an epigenetic field defect be de-tected in a mouse colitis model of tumorigenesis. They highlighted a number of measurable epigenetic altera-tions, detected very early in normal appearing tissue undergoing histologically invisible tumorigenesis. They also documented the increasing presence of the epigenetic alterations at successive times during progression to cancer. In this commentary, we offer a perspective on the changes they observed within a broader sequence of epigenetic events that occur in progressionto cancer. In particular, we highlight the likely central role of epigenetic deficiencies in DNA repair gene expression that arise during progression to cancer.

Soft matter has attracted extensive attention due to its special physical/chemical properties and holds great promise in many applications. However, obtaining a detailed understanding of both complex fluid and mass transport in soft matter, especially in hierarchical porous media of biological tissues, still remains a huge challenge. Herein, inspired by fast tracer transport in loose connective tissues of living systems, we observed an interesting phenomenon of fast molecular transport in situ in an artificial hierarchical multiphase porous medium （a micrometer scale hydrophobic fiber network filled with nanometer scale hydrophilic porous medium）, which was simply fabricated through electro- spinning technology and polymerization. The transportation speed of molecules in the micrometer fiber network is larger than simple diffusion in nanometer media, which is better described by Fick＇s law. We further proved that the phenomenon is based on the nanoconfined air/water/solid interface around the micrometer hydrophobic fibers. We focus on the key factors, referring to SA, （the confined multiphase area around the microfibers） and Nc （the connectivity node degree of the skeletal portion in the nanometer hydrogel medium）. Next, a quantitative parameter, VTCM （transport chance mean-value）, was introduced to describe the molecular transport capability of the fiber network within hierarchical multiphase porous systems. These fundamental advances can be applied de novo to understand the process of so-called simple diffusion in biological systems, and even to re-describe many molecular events in biologically nanoconfined spaces.
