in recent years,frequent network attacks have highlighted the importance of efficient detection methods for ensuring cyberspace *** paper presents a novel intrusion detection system consisting of a data prepro-cessing stage and a deep learning model for accurately identifying network *** have proposed four deep neural network models,which are constructed using architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN),Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory(BiLSTM),Bidirectional Gate Recurrent Unit(BiGRU),and Attention *** models have been evaluated for their detection performance on the NSL-KDD *** enhance the compatibility between the data and the models,we apply various preprocessing techniques and employ the particle swarm optimization algorithm to perform feature selection on the NSL-KDD dataset,resulting in an optimized feature ***,we address class imbalance in the dataset using focal ***,we employ the BO-TPE algorithm to optimize the hyperparameters of the four models,maximizing their detection *** test results demonstrate that the proposed model is capable of extracting the spatiotemporal features of network traffic data *** binary and multiclass experiments,it achieved accuracy rates of 0.999158 and 0.999091,respectively,surpassing other state-of-the-art methods.

The microstructure, mechanical property and corrosion behavior of the AlSi10Mg alloy fabricated by selective laser melting(SLMed-AlSi10Mg) after different post heat treatment(PHT) of direct aging(DA), solid solution(T4)and solid solution + aging(T6) were investigated. The microstructural characterization revealed that the porosity of the SLMed-AlSi10Mg was increased from 0.41 ± 0.04 % to 3.09 ± 0.11 % with increasing temperature. The Asbuilt and DA-treated samples exhibited a microstructure of α-Al matrix surrounded with continuous Si networks,whereas the T4-treated and T6-treated samples presented a microstructure of α-Al matrix surrounded with discrete Si particles. The microhardness, strength and work hardening rate of the SLMed-AlSi10Mg increased in the order of T4-treated sample ilt sample ion), which was due to the precipitation of nanoscale Si particles after DA treatment and the softening of α-Al matrix after T4 and T6 treatments. The corrosion resistance of the SLMed-AlSi10Mg was obviously deteriorated after T4 and T6 treatments compared with DA treatment, which was caused by the changes in Si morphology, residual stress and porosity.

Regarding the lane keeping system,path tracking accuracy and lateral stability at high speeds need to be taken into account especially for commercial vehicles due to the characteristics of larger mass,longer wheelbase and higher mass *** improve the performance mentioned above comprehensively,the control strategy based on improved artificial potential field(APF)algorithm is *** the paper,time to lane crossing(TLC)is introduced into the potential field function to enhance the accuracy of path tracking,meanwhile the vehicle dynamics parameters including yaw rate and lateral acceleration are chosen as the repulsive force field *** lane keeping controller based on improved APF algorithm is designed and the stability of the control system is proved based on Lyapunov *** addition,adaptive inertial weight particle swarm optimization algorithm(AiWPSO)is applied to optimize the gain of each potential field *** co-simulation results indicate that the comprehensive evaluation index respecting lane tracking accuracy and lateral stability is reduced ***,the proposed control strategy is verified by the HiL *** provides a beneficial reference for dynamics control of commercial vehicles and enriches the theoretical development and practical application of artificial potential field method in the field of intelligent driving.

Nonlinear Characteristic Analysis of Gas-interconnected Quasi-Zero Stiffness Pneumatic Suspension System:A Theoretical and Experimental Study

Because of significantly changed load and complex and variable driving road conditions of commercial vehicles,pneumatic suspension with lower natural frequencies is widely used in commercial vehicle suspension *** ever,traditional pneumatic suspension system is hardly to respond the greatly changed load of commercial vehicles To address this issue,a new Gas-interconnected Quasi-Zero Stiffness Pneumatic Suspension(GiQZSPS)is presented in this paper to improve the vibration isolation performance of commercial vehicle suspension systems under frequent load *** new structure adds negative stiffness air chambers on traditional pneumatic suspension to reduce the natural frequency of the *** can adapt to different loads and road conditions by adjusting the solenoid valves between the negative stiffness air ***,a nonlinear mechanical model including the dimensionless stiffness characteristic and interconnected pipeline model is derived for GiQZSPS *** the nonlinear mechanical model of GiQZSPS system,the force transmissibility rate is chosen as the evaluation index to analyze ***,a testing bench simulating 1/4 GiQZSPS system is designed,and the testing analysis of the model validation and isolating performance is carried *** results show that compared to traditional pneumatic suspension,the GiQZSPS designed in the article has a lower natural *** the system can achieve better vibration isolation performance under different load states by switching the solenoid valves between air chambers.

Mg-Gd alloy particle has exhibited its unique combustion properties as the fuel of Mg/Teflon/Viton(MTV).Mg-Gd alloy/Teflon/Viton(MGTV)could burn at lower ambient pressure than *** further investigate the reaction of MGTV in air,it was investigated via thermo gravity-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC).Meanwhile,the morphologies and element distributions on the alloy surface during the reaction of MGTV in air were investigated via scanning electronic microscope-mapping-electronic differential ***,a similar experimental protocol on the Mg-Gd alloy particle during oxidation was also *** results showed that owning to a protective oxide shell,the onset oxidation temperature of Mg-Gd alloy is higher than ***,the onset oxidation temperature of the exceeded Mg-Gd alloy in MGTV is significantly lower than that of the exceeded Mg in *** was due to the existence of GdOF,which could significantly lower the oxidation temperature of the exceeded ***,a possible reaction mechanism was *** fascinating oxidation properties of Mg-Gd alloy suggested its promising applications in energetic materials.

The use of prefabricated vertical drains(PVD)in liquefiable deposits is gaining attention due to enhanced ***,investigations on PVD in mitigating re-liquefaction during repeated shaking events are not *** study performed a series of shaking table experiments on untreated and PVD-treated specimens prepared with 40%and 60%relative *** sinusoidal loading was applied with an incremental peak acceleration of 0.1g,0.2g,0.3g,and 0.4g,at 5 Hz shaking frequency with 40 s *** performance of treated ground was evaluated based on the generation and dissipation of excess pore water pressure(EPWP),induced sand densification,subsidence,and cyclic stress *** addition,the strain accumulated in fresh and exhumed PVD was investigated using geotextile tensile testing apparatus aided with digital image *** evidence of pore pressure was reported up to 0.2g peak acceleration for 40%and 60%relative density *** continuous occurrence of soil densification and drainage medium restrained and delayed the generation of EPWP and expedited the dissipation *** study demonstrates PVD can mitigate re-liquefaction,without suffering from deterioration,when subjected to medium to high intense repeated shaking events.

构筑人工智能交互系统依然存在挑战,其原因在于缺少高性能的感知-计算集成系统.本研究基于丝素蛋白复合忆阻器与压阻式传感器设计了集感-存-算功能于一体的人工触觉感知系统.传感器由聚二甲基硅氧烷/银纳米线构成,可快速响应外界压力刺激.丝素蛋白复合忆阻器具有优异的循环稳定性及突触可塑性模拟功能,可作为人工突触处理触觉信息.本文集成的触觉感知系统可实现对压力信号的感知、存储及加工,证实了其模拟生物体触觉神经系统的可能,有望在自动驾驶、可穿戴柔性电子、仿生机器人等人工智能领域广泛应用.
