Boosting cationic and anionic redox activity of Li-rich layered oxide cathodes via Li/Ni disordered regulation

Lithium-rich layered oxides （LLOs） are increasingly recognized as promising cathode materials for nextgeneration high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries （LIBs）.However,they suffer from voltage decay and low initial Coulombic efficiency （ICE） due to severe structural degradation caused by irreversible O ***,we introduce a three-in-one strategy of increasing Ni and Mn content,along with Li/Ni disordering and TM–O covalency regulation to boost cationic and anionic redox activity simultaneously and thus enhance the electrochemical activity of *** target material,Li1.2Ni0.168Mn0.558Co0.074O2（L1）,exhibits an improved ICE of 87.2%and specific capacity of 293.2 mA h g-1and minimal voltage decay of less than 0.53 m V cycle-1over 300 cycles at 1C,compared to Li1.2Ni0.13Mn0.54Co0.13O2（Ls）(274.4 mA h g-1for initial capacity,73.8%for ICE and voltage decay of 0.84 mV/cycle over 300 cycles at 1C).Theoretical calculations reveal that the density of states （DOS） area near the Fermi energy level for L1 is larger than that of Ls,indicating higher anionic and cationic redox reactivity than ***,L1 exhibits increased O-vacancy formation energy due to higher Li/Ni disordering of 4.76%（quantified by X-ray diffraction Rietveld refinement） and enhanced TM–O covalency,making lattice O release more difficult and thus improving electrochemical *** increased Li/Ni disordering also leads to more Ni2+presence in the Li layer,which acts as a pillar during Li+de-embedding,improving structural *** research not only presents a viable approach to designing low-Co LLOs with enhanced capacity and ICE but also contributes significantly to the fundamental understanding of structural regulation in high-performance LIB cathodes.

Using economics and game theory, two kinds of models have been proposed in this paper under the assumption that foreign and domestic firms behave under the condition of dynamic game of perfect information. One model is for calculating Anti-dumping rate which is obtained according to current regulations of Anti-dumping, but it is not optimal. The other is an optimal model of Anti-dumping which is obtained according to the maximum principle of domestic social welfare. Then, through the comparison of this two models in detail, several shortages have been revealed about Anti-dumping rate model based on current regulations of Anti-dumping. Finally, a suggestion is indicated that WTO and China should use the optimal model to calculate Anti-dumping rate.

Agent Technology Application in Automating the Coordination and Decision-Making in Supply Chain

Coordinating all the activities among all the parties involved in supply chain can be a daunting task. This paper put forth the viewpoint of applying agent technology to automate the coordination and decision-making tasks in a typical home PC industry supply chain. The main features of the proposed approach, which differentiate it from other approaches, are the following:① In the prototype, the coordination agents have both cooperation and competition patterns; ② It uses JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment Framework) as the agent development environment to realize efficient and reusable agent software;③ It produces some innovative models for the business processes and issues faced by parties in the supply chain. A prototype and the overall process flow were also described.

The proximal-based decomposition method was originally proposed by Chen and Teboulle （Math. Programming, 1994, 64：81-101 for solving corrvex minimization problems. This paper extends it to solving monotone variational inequalities associated with separable structures with the improvements that the restrictive assumptions on the involved parameters are much relaxed, and thus makes it practical to solve the subproblems easily. Without additional assumptions, global convergence of the new method is proved under the same mild assumptions on the problem＇s data as the original method.

In e-commerce the multidimensional data analysis for OLAP (on-line analytical processing) based on the web data needs integrating various data sources such as XML (extensible markup language) data and relational data on the conceptual level. A conceptual data description approach of multidimensional data model was presented in order to conduct multidimensional data analysis of OLAP for multiple subjects. The UML (unified modeling language) galaxy diagram, describing the multidimensional structure of the conceptual integrating data at the conceptual level, was constructed. The approach was illuminated using a case of 2__roots UML galaxy diagram that takes one retailer and several suppliers of PC products into consideration.

In this paper, under the criterion of maximizing the expected exponential utility of terminal wealth, we study the optimal proportional reinsurance and investment policy for an insurer with the compound Poisson claim process. We model the price process of the risky asset to the constant elasticity of variance （for short, CEV） model, and consider net profit condition and variance reinsurance premium principle in our work. Using stochastic control theory, we derive explicit expressions for the optimal policy and value function. And some numerical examples are given.

Unlike the Brock,Dechert,and Scheinkman(BDS)test,the Surrogate Data method is not only able to provide a nonlinearity test for exchange rates,but also distinguish whether the nonlinear features come from the economic system *** analysis gives some evidence on the presence of nonlinear dependency of five emerging markets' exchange rates by using BDS ***,we present evidence in existence of intrinsic and deterministic nonlinearity in the five exchange rates using the Surrogate Data method,comparing the original data and surrogate data and rejecting the null hypothesis in confidence coefficient 95%.The results provide the basis for the analyses of the chaotic properties of exchange rate time series and their future nonlinear forecasting.

A Mechanism-Inferring method of networks exploited from machine learning theory caneffectively evaluate the predicting performance of a network *** existing method for inferringnetwork mechanisms based on a census of subgraph numbers has some drawbacks,especially the needfor a runtime increasing strongly with network size and network *** this paper,an improvedmethod has been proposed by introducing a census algorithm of subgraph *** can be quickly inferred by the new method even though the network has large scale andhigh ***,the application perspective of mechanism-inferring method has been extendedinto the wider fields of large-scale complex *** applying the new method to a case of proteininteraction network,the authors obtain the same inferring result as the existing method,which approvesthe effectiveness of the method.

In this article, we consider the multiclass network equilibrium problems. A so called strongly valid toll can support any multiclass user equilibrium flow pattern as a system minimum when the system objective function is measured by total emission. Using Hoffman lemma and exact penalization method, we provide the existence of strongly valid tolls for multiclass network equilibrium problems.
