A Fault Detection Method for electric Vehicle Battery System Based on Bayesian Optimization SVDD Considering a Few Faulty Samples

Accurate and reliable fault detection is essential for the safe operation of electric *** vector data description(SVDD)has been widely used in the field of fault ***,constructing the hypersphere boundary only describes the distribution of unlabeled samples,while the distribution of faulty samples cannot be effectively described and easilymisses detecting faulty data due to the imbalance of sample ***,selecting parameters is critical to the detection performance,and empirical parameterization is generally timeconsuming and laborious and may not result in finding the optimal ***,this paper proposes a semi-supervised data-driven method based on which the SVDD algorithm is improved and achieves excellent fault detection *** incorporating faulty samples into the underlying SVDD model,training deals better with the problem of missing detection of faulty samples caused by the imbalance in the distribution of abnormal samples,and the hypersphere boundary ismodified to classify the samplesmore *** Bayesian Optimization NSVDD(BO-NSVDD)model was constructed to quickly and accurately optimize hyperparameter *** the experiments,electric vehicle operation data with four common fault types are used to evaluate the performance with other five models,and the results show that the BO-NSVDD model presents superior detection performance for each type of fault data,especially in the imperceptible early and minor faults,which has seen very obvious ***,the strong robustness of the proposed method is verified by adding different intensities of noise in the dataset.

This paper investigates the anomaly-resistant decentralized state estimation(SE) problem for a class of wide-area power systems which are divided into several non-overlapping areas connected through transmission lines. Two classes of measurements(i.e., local measurements and edge measurements) are obtained, respectively, from the individual area and the transmission lines. A decentralized state estimator, whose performance is resistant against measurement with anomalies, is designed based on the minimum error entropy with fiducial points(MEEF) criterion. Specifically, 1) An augmented model, which incorporates the local prediction and local measurement, is developed by resorting to the unscented transformation approach and the statistical linearization approach;2) Using the augmented model, an MEEF-based cost function is designed that reflects the local prediction errors of the state and the measurement;and 3) The local estimate is first obtained by minimizing the MEEF-based cost function through a fixed-point iteration and then updated by using the edge measuring information. Finally, simulation experiments with three scenarios are carried out on the IEEE 14-bus system to illustrate the validity of the proposed anomaly-resistant decentralized SE scheme.

This paper mainly establishes a multilevel fuzzy evaluation model, and takes Wuhu City as an example to evaluate the talent attraction level. Based on this, combined with the cluster model, the five cities in Wuhu City and anhui Province are clustered and analyzed to compare the talent attraction. The advantages and disadvantages of all aspects of the level, while short-term forecast of the trend of the future talent attraction level of Wuhu City. The results show that Wuhu City has a good level of talent attraction. It is in the middle and upper reaches of the city compared with Hefei and other cities. Under the government’s policy of actively implementing innovative industry reform, the level of talent attraction will show a growing trend in the future.

Dynamic job shop scheduling（DJSS） has been shown as a realistic and complex combinatorial optimization problem, which is characterized by complexity, dynamics, and uncertainty. Though dispatching rules（DRs） have been seen as a suitable method for solving DJSS problem, it is hard to manually design a DR with good scheduling performance considering all the aspects, much less a general DR for the complex dynamic environment of the job shop. This paper presents a genetic programming hyper-heuristic（GPHH） based DR evaluation approach to automatically generate customized DRs, in which job shop configuration, objective, and other information are considered. After testing it on the single objective DJSS problems with six different scenarios, the experimental result indicates that the proposed method can effectively evolve better DRs for different DJSS problems than manually designed DRs. Besides, the role of four key parameters in GPHH, including the number of generations, the population size, and the maximal depth, have been deeply analyzed based on the corresponding experiments.

In order to solve some problems of the traditional Rao-Blackwillised particle filter（RBPF）,which the low precision of the proposed distribution and the particle degeneracy and loss of diversity in the resampling process,a Rao-Blackwillised Particle Filter SLAM algorithm based on Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization（QPSO） is *** fusion of robot motion model and observation model is proposed as a hybrid proposal distribution to improve the accuracy of the proposed distribution;The introduction of QPSO algorithm update the pose of particles in the process of resampling,according to the weight measurement of particle type adaptive crossover and mutation operation,optimizing and adjusting the particle set,effectively prevent the particle degradation and maintain the diversity of *** algorithm not only carry out in the Matlab simulation,and the use of Voyageer-Ⅱ mobile robot in robot operating system（ROS） to realize the actual *** results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately estimate the position and pose of the robot and a high precision map,and error and running time are also greatly reduced.

Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and accuracy of the glue application process in the shoemaking process,propose a method of shoe sole contour extraction based on improved maximum entropy threshold segmentation. First, transform the original image into a grayscale image, and use the fusion median filtering and wavelet transform denoising algorithm to remove the influence of noise in the image. Secondly, use the fast two-dimensional maximum entropy threshold segmentation algorithm to threshold the denoised image. Finally, uses the Sobel operator to extract the final edge, and the experiment verifies the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.

In order to further improve the performance of biogeography-Based optimization algorithm（BBO）,an improved differential evolution biogeography optimization algorithm is *** combining the search ability of differential evolution algorithm with the utilization of biogeography optimization algorithm,the elite retention mechanism is adopted to retain the individuals with high fitness,and the inertia weight strategy is introduced to adjust the proportion of mutation operation in the hybrid migration operation to improve the global search ability of the algorithm,and then the small probability perturbation is added to prevent the algorithm from changing with the iteration It is found that the optimal solution is ***,six test functions are used for experiments,and the results show that the improved algorithm is better than other algorithms in optimization results,convergence speed and stability.

The world’s energy consumption and power generation demand will continue to ***,the bulk of the energy resources needed to satisfy the rising demand is far from the load *** aforementioned requires long-distance transmission systems and one way to accomplish this is to use high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission *** main technical issues for HVDC transmission systems are loss of synchronism,variation of quadrature currents,amplitude,the inability of station 1(rectifier),and station 2(inverter)to either inject,or absorb active,or reactive power in the network in any circumstances(before a fault occurs,during having a fault in network and after a fault cleared),and the variations of power transfer ***,faults impact power quality such as voltage dips and power line outage *** paper presents a method of overcoming the aforementioned technical issues using voltage-source converter(VSC)based HVDC transmission systems with SCADA VIEWER software and dynamic grid *** benefits include having a higher capacity transmission system and proposed best method for control of active and reactive power transfer *** results obtained using MATLAB validated the experimental results from SCADA Viewer *** results indicate that the station’s rectifier or inverter can either inject or absorb either active power or reactive power in any ***,the reverse power flow under different modes of operation can ride through *** a 100.0%power transfer rate,the rectifier injected 775.0 W into the *** a 0.0%power transfer rate,the rectifier injected 164.0 W into the *** a-100.0%rated power,the rectifier injected 1264.0 W into the network and direction was also changed.

By avoiding direct contact between the power supply and train, the contactless power supply technology can overcome the drawbacks effectively of disconnection, contact apart, line wear, lighting interference power, electric shock and other accidents of contact type power supply mode, which helps to solve the problems of power supply equipment redundancy and security, greatly improving the reliability of the power supply system. The contactless traction power supply system topological structure based on external power supply system of DC 1500 V is put forward, the power supply model for rectifier sets, the energy converting device and primary transmitting coil and secondary pickup coil of the external DC power supply system are established. Four contactless power supply systems are simulated, the system stability is analyzed according to the variation of voltage gain and harmonic compensation network when the coupling coefficient changes, the transmission performance is analyzed according to input and output power and transmission efficiencym, different resonant compensation systems are selected and optimized. The SS-type system has the highest stability of frequency control, optimization of system frequency and load parameters can effectively improve the output power and transfer efficiency of the SS-type systems. Reaserch results shows that the SS-type syetm can achieve efficient wireless power transmission with high stability, which is the optimal choice of contactless power supply system for urban rail tramsit.

A control-oriented drivability model for en electric vehicle is described. The developed model is capable of predicting longitudinal vehicle responses that affect *** model is implemented in Simulink and validated by CRUISE,and the results demonstrate sufficient accuracy for the developed model. The model is useful for design,improvement and calibration of control algorithms and strategies.
