Dear editor,Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-Co V-2)is a novel coronavirus that causes the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)(Li et al.,2020a).Viral nucleic acid testing is the standard method for the laboratory diagnosis of COVID-19(Wu et al.,2020a;Zhu et al.,2020).Currently,a variety of qPCR-based detection kits are used for laboratory-based detection and confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 infection(Corman et al.,2020;Hussein et al.,2020;Ruhan et al.,2020;Veyer et al.,2020).Conventional qPCR involves virus inactivation,nucleic acid extraction,and qPCR amplification ***,the process is complicated,which usually takes longer than 2 h,and requires biosafety laboratories and professional ***,qPCR is not suitable for use in field or medical units.

In view of the study of finance and economics information, we research on the real-time financial news posted on the authority sites in the world's major advanced economies. Analyzing the massive financial news of different information sources and language origins, we come up with a basic theory model and its algorithm on financial news, which is capable of intelligent collection, quick access, deduplication, correction and integration with financial news' backgrounds. Furthermore, we can find out connections between financial news and readers' interest. So we can achieve a real-time and on-demand financial news feed, as well as provide a theoretical basis and verification of the scientific problems on real-time processing of massive information. Finally, the simulation experiment shows that the multilingual financial news matching technology can give more help to distinguish the similar financial news in different languages than the traditional method.

Predicting the popularity of online news is essential for news providers and recommendation *** series,content and meta-feature are important features in news popularity ***,there is a lack of exploration of how to integrate them effectively into a deep learning model and how effective and valuable they are to the model’s *** work proposes a novel deep learning model named Multiple Features Dynamic Fusion(MFDF)for news popularity *** modeling time series,long short-term memory networks and attention-based convolution neural networks are used to capture long-term trends and short-term fluctuations of online news *** typical convolution neural network gets headline semantic representation for modeling news *** addition,a hierarchical attention network is exploited to extract news content semantic representation while using the latent Dirichlet allocation model to get the subject distribution of news as a semantic supplement.A factorization machine is employed to model the interaction relationship between *** the role of these features at different stages,the proposed model exploits a time-based attention fusion layer to fuse multiple features *** the training phase,thiswork designs a loss function based on Newton’s cooling law to train the model *** experiments on the real-world dataset from Toutiao confirm the effectiveness of the dynamic fusion of multiple features and demonstrate significant performance improvements over state-of-the-art news prediction techniques.

As the main channel for people to obtain information and express their opinions,online media generate a huge amount of unstructured news documents every day and make it difficult for people to perceive major societal events and grasp the evolution of *** studies on storyline generation are generally based on document clustering without considering event arguments and relations between ***-centric knowledge graph has been used to facilitate the construction of news documents to form structured event *** some studies have attempted to construct timelines based on event-centric knowledge graphs,it is difficult for timelines to depict the complex structures of event *** this paper,we try to represent news documents as an event-centric knowledge graph,and compress the whole knowledge graph into salient complex events in temporal order to generate storylines named narrative *** first collect news documents from news platforms,construct an event ontology,and build an event-centric knowledge graph with temporal *** neural network is used to detect events,while BERT fine-tuning is leveraged to identify temporal relations between ***,a novel generation framework of narrative graph with constraints of coherence and coverage is *** addition,a case study is implemented to demonstrate how to utilize narrative graph to analyze real-world *** experiment results show that our approach significantly outperforms the baseline approaches.
