This research aims to analyse the comparative performance of two identical photovoltaic(PV)panels with load variations and integrating an automated water-cooling process under the climatic conditions of the United Arab *** work also presents the steps of system design,implementation and performance evaluation of the proposed PV system,and all electrical,control and mechanical components along with how they were integrated within a 100-W PV ***/Simulink?was used only to simulate the behaviours of the PV panel under wide ranges of incident sunlight and ambient *** tests were performed for a day-long operation during a clear summer *** experimental results demonstrate an improvement in the PV system performance compared with the uncooled system by~1.6%in terms of total harvested energy using the proposed water-cooling process with a frequency of 2 minutes of cooling operation every 30 minutes during day hours.

In this study, a calcium-phosphate coating was formed on a Mg-Mn-Ce alloy by the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO). The antibiotic vancomycin, widely used in the treatment of infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus), was impregnated into the *** with vancomycin showed high bactericidal activity against S. aureus. The mechanical and electrochemical properties of the formed coatings were studied, as well as in vitro cytotoxicity tests and in vivo tests on mature male rats were performed. According to SEM,EDS, XRD and XPS data, coatings had a developed morphology and contained hydroxyapatite, which indicates high *** analysis of roughness of coatings without and with vancomycin did not reveal any differences, confirming the high roughness of the samples. During electrochemical tests, an increase in corrosion resistance by more than two times after the application of PEO coatings was revealed. According to the results of an in vivo study, after 28 days of the implantation of samples with calcium phosphate PEO coating and vancomycin, no signs of inflammation were observed, while an inflammatory reaction developed in the area of implantation of bare alloy,followed by encapsulation. Antibiotic release tests from the coatings show a sharp decrease in the concentration of the released antibiotic on day 7 and then a gradual decrease until day 28. Throughout the experiment, no significant deviations in the condition and behavior of the animals were observed; clinical tests did not reveal a systemic toxic reaction.

Tocotrienols are found in a variety of natural sources,like rice bran,annatto seeds and palm oil,and have been shown to have several health-promoting properties,particularly against chronic diseases such as *** incidence of cancer is rapidly increasing around the world,not only a result of continued aging and population growth,but also due to the adoption of aspects of the Western lifestyle,such as high-fat diets and low-physical *** literature provides strong evidence that tocotrienols are able to inhibit the growth of various cancers,including breast,lung,ovarian,prostate,liver,brain,colon,myeloma and pancreatic *** findings,along with the reported safety profile of tocotrienols in healthy human volunteers,encourage further research into these compounds’potential use in cancer prevention and *** current review provided detailed information about the molecular mechanisms of action of different tocotrienol isoforms in various cancer models and evaluated the potential therapeutic effects of different vitamin E analogues on important cancer hallmarks,such as cellular proliferation,apoptosis,angiogenesis and ***/PubMed and Scopus databases were used to identify recently published articles that investigated the anticancer effects of vitamin E derivatives in various types of cancer in vitro and in vivo along with clinical evidence of adjuvant chemopreventive *** an overview of pre-clinical studies,we describe several completed and ongoing clinical trials that are paving the way for the successful implementation of tocotrienols in cancer chemotherapy.

This paper presents detailed design steps of an effective control system aiming to increase the solar energy harvested via photovoltaic power-generation *** design of an intelligent maximum power point tracker(MPPT)supported by a robust sliding-mode(SM)controller is discussed in this *** proposed control scheme is designed to track the MPP and provide a smooth system response by removing the overshoot in the load current during any variation in the connected *** a system is suitable for DC-DC buck converter *** study begins with modelling the buck converter for a continuous current mode *** reference voltage of the tracking system is produced by the proposed neural network(NN)*** proposed intelligent MPPT integrated with an SM controller is simulated in a MATLAB®/Simulink®*** simulation results are analysed to investigate and confirm the satisfaction level of the adopted four-serially connected PV-modules *** system performance is evaluated at a light intensity of 500 W/m^(2) and an ambient temperature of 25°*** only the proposed NN algorithm guarantees the MPP tracking response by delivering 100 W at a resistive load of 13Ω,and 200 W at a load of 6.5Ω,respectively,with 99.77%system ***,this simultaneously demonstrates a current spike of~0.5 A when the load is varied from 50%to 100%.The integrated SM controller demonstrates a robust and smooth response,eliminating the existing current spike.

The current investigation examines the fractional forced Korteweg–de Vries(FF-KdV) equation,a critically significant evolution equation in various nonlinear branches of science. The equation in question and other associated equations are widely acknowledged for their broad applicability and potential for simulating a wide range of nonlinear phenomena in fluid physics, plasma physics, and various scientific domains. Consequently, the main goal of this study is to use the Yang homotopy perturbation method and the Yang transform decomposition method, along with the Caputo operator for analyzing the FF-KdV equation. The derived approximations are numerically examined and discussed. Our study will show that the two suggested methods are helpful, easy to use, and essential for looking at different nonlinear models that affect complex processes.

Data-Driven Learning Control algorithms for Unachievable Tracking Problems

For unachievable tracking problems, where the system output cannot precisely track a given reference, achieving the best possible approximation for the reference trajectory becomes the objective. This study aims to investigate solutions using the Ptype learning control scheme. Initially, we demonstrate the necessity of gradient information for achieving the best ***, we propose an input-output-driven learning gain design to handle the imprecise gradients of a class of uncertain systems. However, it is discovered that the desired performance may not be attainable when faced with incomplete *** address this issue, an extended iterative learning control scheme is introduced. In this scheme, the tracking errors are modified through output data sampling, which incorporates lowmemory footprints and offers flexibility in learning gain *** input sequence is shown to converge towards the desired input, resulting in an output that is closest to the given reference in the least square sense. Numerical simulations are provided to validate the theoretical findings.
