Endocrine therapy(ET)remains the mainstay of treatment for steroid hormone receptor-positive,human epidermal growth factor 2(HER2)-negative metastatic breast cancer(MBC).Tumor resistance to hormone therapy has led to the development of novel endocrine drug combinations,transforming the landscape of MBC *** options for ET are expanding,with promising agents in the *** MBC remains incurable,many patients can enjoy years of survival with good quality of life by cycling through the many available *** the plethora of available agents and rapid approvals,clinicians look to evidencebased guidelines to assist in treatment selection to maximize patient *** this review,we provide a contemporary review of the advances in ET and a suggested algorithm to guide clinicians in daily management of patients with hormone receptor-positive,HER2-negative *** will discuss landmark trials and highlight their impact in reshaping treatment ***,we will provide a glimpse into advances on the horizon and the promise they bring to improve outcomes in patients with advanced breast cancer.

Hydrogen will be an important part of China’s energy system in the future and an important carrier for energy-using terminals to realize green and low-carbon *** is important to establish a nationwide hydrogen market to promote the healthy and orderly development of the hydrogen industry *** core is to form a complete hydrogen price mechanism and play a decisive role in the process of resource allocation by the *** this paper,we have developed the framework of the‘China Hydrogen Price Index’system by establishing the‘Assessment+Collection’model,which covers four types of hydrogen:hydrogen,clean hydrogen,renewable hydrogen and high-purity *** model considers the raw materials required for hydrogen production,fixed equipment,engineering construction costs and carbon prices,and conducts sensitivity analysis on the trends and influencing factors of national and regional hydrogen prices of multiple categories since *** results show that,with respect to the level of hydrogen prices,fossil-energy-rich and renewable-energy-rich areas have more advantages than other *** price of raw materials is the main factor of the hydrogen price change,and the utilization hours of renewable energy and hydrogen production equipment have a key influence on the price of renewable ***,by establishing an index update mechanism,improving the standard system and building a trading platform,we can further exert the role of price signals and continue to promote the efficient and smooth expansion of the domestic hydrogen market.

This work considers a long-term Perishable Inventory Routing Problem with multiple products,static demand,and single vehicle,in the setting of Vendor Managed *** analyzing the optimal solutions of long-term cases that can be solved in Python+Gurobi within 2 h,we capture some patterns of optimal *** these patterns,experiments show that under certain conditions,the mathematical models of multi-product problems could be simplified to single-product problems,which have the same optimal solutions while taking less time to *** insights were generated that for products with static demand in the long term,delivery should be arranged at the store level rather than at the product *** in the same store should have the same delivery pattern,no matter how different the unit holding costs *** further analyzing the optimal solutions of the simplified models,we find that optimal value will stabilize in the long term,and the optimal solution is very close to the solution point where total inventory holding cost and transportation cost are *** on these findings,we have developed a heuristic that always provides optimal or close-to-optimal solutions with far less computational time,compared with Python+Gurobi.

Genetic variation ranging from single-nucleotide polymorphisms to large structural variants (SVs) can cause variation of gene content among individuals within the same species. There is an increasing appreciation that a single reference genome is insufficient to capture the full landscape of genetic diversity of a species. Pan-genome analysis offers a platform to evaluate the genetic diversity of a species via investigation of its entire genome repertoire. Although a recent wave of pan-genomic studies has shed new light on crop diversity and improvement using advanced sequencing technology, the potential applications of crop pan-genomics in crop improvement are yet to be fully exploited. In this review, we highlight the progress achieved in understanding crop pan?genomics, discuss biological activities that cause SVs, review important agronomical traits affected by SVs, and present our perspective on the application of pan-genomics in crop improvement.

Background：Fatty acid（FA） composition is the most important parameter affecting the flavor and nutritional value of the *** final and the only committed step in the biosynthesis of triglycerides is catalyzed by diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2（DGAT2）.The role of DGAT2 in lipid accumulation has been demonstrated in adipocytes,However,little is known about the effect of DGAT2 on the FA composition of these ***：To investigate the role of DGAT2 in regulating lipid accumulation,FA composition and the expression of adipogenic genes,we cloned the open reading frame of the porcine DGAT2 gene and established 3T3-L1 cells that overexpressed *** were then cultured in differentiation medium（DM） without FA,with a mixture of FAs（FA-DM）,or containing a ^（13）C stable isotope-labeled FA mixture（IFA-DM）.The FA composition of adipocytes was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-isotope ratio mass *** PCR and western blotting were employed to detect expression of adipogenic genes in 3T3-L1 adipocytes cultured with FA-DM for 12 ***：The triacylglyceride（TAG） content was significantly higher in 3T3-L1 adipocytes overexpressing DGAT2 than in control *** cultured in DM or FA-DM for 12 d,cells overexpressing DGAT2 showed a higher proportion of unsaturated FAs（C16：1 and C18：1）.However,when cells overexpressing DGAT2 were cultured with FA-DM for30 min,the FA composition was almost identical to that of ***,the proportion of stable isotope-labeled FAs were similar in 3T3-L1 adipocytes overexpressing DGAT2 and control cells cultured in IFA-DM for 12 *** results collectively indicate that the higher proportion of mono-unsaturated FAs,C16：1 and C18：1,may originate from de novo FA synthesis but not from the uptake of specific FAs from the *** hypothesis is further supported by evidence that both mRNA and protein expression of genes involved in FA synthesis（ACACA,FASN,SCD1,and A-FABP）w

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)are considered as the next generation of advanced rechargeable batteries because of their high energy *** this study,sulfur and CoxS electrocatalyst are deposited on carbon nanotube buckypaper(S/CoxS/BP)by a facile electrodeposition method and are used as a binder-free high-performance cathode for *** sulfur is deposited on buckypaper by electrooxidation of a polysulfide solution(-S6^2-).This approach substantially increased the current and time efficiency of sulfur electrochemical deposition on conductive material for LSBs.S/CoxS/BP cathode could deliver an initial discharge capacity as high as 1650 mAh g^-1 at 0.1 C,which is close to the theoretical capacity of *** current rate of 0.5 C,the S/CoxS/BP has a capacity of 1420 mAh g^-1 at the first cycle and 715 mAh g^-1 after 500 cycles with a fading rate of 0.099%per *** high capacity of S/CoxS/BP is attributed to both the homogeneous dispersion of nanosized sulfur within BP and the presence of CoxS *** sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)pretreatment of BP renders it polarity to bind polysulfides and thus facilitates the good dispersibility of nanosized sulfur within *** catalyst accelerates the kinetics of polysulfide conversion and reduces the presence of polysulfide in the cathode,which suppresses the polysulfide diffusion to anode,i.e.,the shuttle *** mitigation of the active material loss improves not only the capacity but also the cyclability of S/CoxS/BP.

Sodium-ion capacitors(SICs)have received increasing interest for grid stationary energy storage application due to their affordability,high power,and energy *** major challenge for SICs is to overcome the kinetics imbalance between faradaic anode and nonfaradaic *** boost the Na+reaction kinetics,the present work demonstrated a high-rate MnS-based anode by embedding the MnS nanocrystals into the N,S-co-doped carbon matrix(MnS@NSC).Benefiting from the fast pseudocapacitive Na+storage behavior,the resulting composite exhibits extraordinary rate capability(205.6 mAh g−1 at 10 A g−1)and outstanding cycling stability without notable degradation after 2000 cycles.A prototype SIC was demonstrated using MnS@NSC anode and N-doped porous carbon(NC)cathode;the obtained hybrid SIC device can display a high energy density of 139.8 Wh kg−1 and high power density of 11,500 W kg−1,as well as excellent cyclability with 84.5%capacitance retention after 3000 *** superior electrochemical performance is contributed to downsizing of MnS and encapsulation of conductive N,S-co-doped carbon matrix,which not only promote the Na+and electrons transport,but also buffer the volume variations and maintain the structure integrity during Na+insertion/extraction,enabling its comparable fast reaction kinetics and cyclability with NC cathode.

Due to the dissimilarity among different producing layers,the influences of inter-layer interference on the production performance of a multi-layer gas reservoir are ***,systematic studies of inter-layer interference for tight gas reservoirs are really limited,especially for those reservoirs in the presence of *** this work,five types of possible inter-layer interferences,including both absence and presence of water,are identified for commingled production of tight gas ***,a series of reservoir-scale and pore-scale numerical simulations are conducted to quantify the degree of influence of each type of *** field evidence from the Yan'an tight gas reservoir(Ordos Basin,China)is found to support the simulation ***,suggestions are proposed to mitigate the potential inter-layer *** results indicate that,in the absence of water,commingled production is favorable in two situations:when there is a difference in physical properties and when there is a difference in the pressure system of each *** reservoirs with a multi-pressure system,the backflow phenomenon,which significantly influences the production performance,only occurs under extreme conditions(such as very low production rates or well shut-in periods).When water is introduced into the multi-layer system,inter-layer interference becomes nearly *** both the gas-rich layer and water-rich layer for commingled production is not desirable,as it can trigger water invasion from the water-rich layer into the gas-rich *** gas-rich layer might also be interfered with by water from the neighboring unperforated water-rich layer,where the water might break the barrier(eg weak joint surface,cement in fractures)between the two layers and migrate into the gas-rich ***,the gas-rich layer could possibly be interfered with by water that accumulates at the bottom of the wellbore due to gravitational diff
