For microelectronic devices,the on-chip microsupercapacitors with facile construction and high performance,are attracting researchers'prior consideration due to their high compatibility with modern ***,we proposed interchanging interdigital Au-/MnO_(2)/polyethylene dioxythiophene stacked microsupercapacitor based on a microfabrication process followed by successive electrochemical *** stacked configuration of two pseudocapacitive active microelectrodes meritoriously leads to an enhanced contact area between MnO_(2)and the conductive and electroactive layer of polyethylene dioxythiophene,hence providing excellent electron transport and diffusion pathways of electrolyte ions,resulting in inc.eased pseudocapacitance of MnO_(2)and polyethylene *** stacked quasi-solid-state microsupercapacitors delivered the maximum specific capacitance of 43 mF cm^(-2)(211.9 F cm^(-3)),an energy density of 3.8μWh cm^(-2)(at a voltage window of 0.8 V)and 5.1μWh cm^(-2)(at a voltage window of 1.0 V)with excellent rate capability(96.6%at 2 mA cm^(-2))and cycling performance of 85.3%retention of initial capacitance after 10000 consecutive cycles at a current density of 5 mA cm^(-2),higher than those of ever reported polyethylene dioxythiophene and MnO_(2)-based planar *** from the favorable morphology,bilayer microsupercapacitor is utilized as a flexible humidity sensor with a response/relaxation time superior to those of some commercially available integrated *** strategy will be of significance in developing high-performance on-chip integrated microsupercapacitors/microsensors at low cost and environment-friendly routes.

Monocular 3D object detection is challenging due to the lack of accurate depth *** methods estimate the pixel-wise depth maps from off-the-shelf depth estimators and then use them as an additional input to augment the RGB ***-based methods attempt to convert estimated depth maps to pseudo-LiDAR and then use LiDAR-based object detectors or focus on the perspective of image and depth fusion ***,they demonstrate limited performance and efficiency as a result of depth inaccuracy and complex fusion mode with *** from these approaches,our proposed depth-guided vision transformer with a normalizing flows(NF-DVT)network uses normalizing flows to build priors in depth maps to achieve more accurate depth *** we develop a novel Swin-Transformer-based backbone with a fusion module to process RGB image patches and depth map patches with two separate branches and fuse them using cross-attention to exchange information with each ***,with the help of pixel-wise relative depth values in depth maps,we develop new relative position embeddings in the cross-attention mechanism to capture more accurate sequence ordering of input *** method is the first Swin-Transformer-based backbone architecture for monocular 3D object *** experimental results on the KITTI and the challenging Waymo Open datasets show the effectiveness of our proposed method and superior performance over previous counterparts.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)is the causative agent of tuberculosis(TB),a prevalent airborne infectious *** the availability of the Bacille Calmette-Guerin vaccine,its global efficacy remains modest,and tuberculosis persists as a significant global public health *** this challenge and advancing towards the End MTB Strategy,we developed a multiepitope vaccine(MEV)based on immunoinformatics and compu-tational *** screening of MBT protein identified immune-dominant epitopes based on Major Histocompatibility Complex(MHC)allele binding,immunogenicity,antigenicity,allergenicity,toxicity,and cytokine *** epitopes were integrated into an MEV construct with adjuvant and linkers,forming a fully immunogenic vaccine *** analyses encompassed the evaluation of immunological and physicochemical properties,determination of tertiary structure,molecular docking with Toll-Like Receptors(TLR),molecular dynamics(MD)simulations for all atoms,and immune *** MEV comprises 534 amino acids,featuring 6 cytotoxic T lymphocyte,8 helper T lymphocyte,and 7 linear B lymphocyte epitopes,demonstrating high antigenicity and ***,molecular docking studies and triplicate MD simulations revealed enhanced interactions and stability of MEV with the TLR4 complex compared to *** addition,the immune simulation indicated the capacity to effectively induce elevated levels of an-tibodies and cytokines,emphasizing the vaccine’s robust immunogenic *** study presents a promising MEV against TB,exhibiting favorable immunological and physicochemical *** findings provide theoretical support for TB vaccine *** study aligns with the global initiative of the End MTB Strategy,emphasizing its potential impact on addressing persistent challenges in TB control.

Dear Editor,In order to realize the pixel level light adjusting control of the binocular high dynamic light adjusting and imaging system, this letter proposed a novel self-calibration method. By analyzing the optical design of the system, the causes of the distortion are given and a distortion model is established. Then, a quick and accurate self-calibration method is designed. The experiments indicate that the method can calibrate the two image sensors of the system at the same time,the average pixel deviation of the calibrated system is less than 0.5pixels and the maximum deviation is less than 1 pixel.

Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)poses a significant global health threat,especially affecting infants and the *** this,the present study proposes an innovative approach to vaccine design,utilizing immunoinformatics and computational *** analyzed RSV's structural proteins across both subtypes A and B,identifying potential helper T lymphocyte,cytotoxic T lymphocyte,and linear B lymphocyte *** such as antigenicity,allergenicity,toxicity,and cytokine-inducing potential were rigorously ***,we evaluated the conservancy of these epitopes and their population coverage across various RSV *** comprehensive analysis identified six major histocompatibility complex class I(MHC-I)binding,five MHC-II binding,and three B-cell *** were integrated with suitable linkers and adjuvants to form the ***,molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations demonstrated stable interactions between the vaccine candidate and human Toll-like receptors(TLR4 and TLR5),with a notable preference for *** simulation analysis underscored the vaccine's potential to elicit a strong immune *** study presents a promising RSV vaccine candidate and offers theoretical support,marking a significant advancement in vaccine development ***,the promising in silico findings need to be further validated through additional in vivo studies.
