Building low-latency and high-capacity optical networks is vital for new high-speed cellular *** wavelength division multiplexing passive optical networks(WDM-PONs)are expected to play a key role in these *** this article,an overview of PON technologies for the 5 th generation(5 G)transport systems has been ***,a modified scheme based on coherent WDM-PON has been investigated using a dual polarization quadrature phase shift keying(DP-QPSK)*** aim of the scheme is to build a 1600 Gbit/s network that will be used in the construction of the transport architecture of 5 G and beyond cellular networks either in mobile front haul(MFH)or mobile back haul(MBH).The results indicate that the proposed scheme offers a promising solution for future 5 G transport systems.

Objective:To investigate the quality of life of infertile couples who seek in vitro fertilizations(IVFs)by gender in the gaza Strip,***:A cross-sectional study was conducted,from February 2019 to November 2019,among 383 infertile couples selected through convenient sampling.A valid and reliable Arabic version of the fertility quality of life questionnaire(FertiQoL)was used in data *** way analysis of variance and independent t-test were applied to compare between males and ***:The mean age of males and females was(34.54±8.54)years and(29.28±6.71)years,*** than half of them had university degree(64%and 60%,respectively).The mean duration of infertility was(5.66±3.54)*** mean males’scores of FertiQoL and its subscales(emotion,mind/body,social,core,tolerability,and treatment)were significantly higher than females’scores(Pales have higher scores of FertiQoL and its subscales than *** mean score of FertiQoL increases with better education,but decreases with increase of age,duration of marriage,duration of infertility and number of IVF *** psychological assessment and counseling are necessary for infertile women taking into considerations factors affecting their quality of life.

Generalized Order Statistics from Generalized Exponential Distributions in Explicit Forms

The generalized order statistics which introduced by [1] are studied in the present paper. The Gompertz distribution is widely used to describe the distribution of adult deaths, and some related models used in the economic applications [2]. Previous works concentrated on formulating approximate relationships to characterize it [3-5]. The main aim of this paper is to obtain the distribution of single, two, and all generalized order statistics from Gompertz distribution with some special cases. In addition the conditional distribution of two generalized order statistics from the same distribution is obtained. The Gompertz distribution has a continuous probability density function with location parameter a and shape parameter b, , where x restricted by the interval . The nth moment generated function of the Gompertz distributed random variable X is given on the form: where, is the generalized integro-exponential function [6]. In this paper we shall obtain joint distribution, distribution of product of two generalized order statistics from the Gompertz distribution, and then derive some useful formulas of these distributions as special cases.

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the leading cause of death in both sexes worldwide, and becomes number one killer in women due to many factors including increase in traditional risk factors, delays in apparition of symptoms, under estimation of diagnosis test and treatment. Our study aims to identify risk factors for coronary artery disease among women with chest pain underwent coronary angiography during years (2010-2013) in cardiology center. The study design is an observational among 688 women-aged 32 - 96 years;the mean age of our study population is 61 years. Risk factors are abstracted from patients’ files. Women with documented coronaries disease tend to be older, have higher, systolic blood pressure, serum level of triglyceride, and impaired clearance creatinine. 59.4% of them are menopause with higher prevalence of hypertension and diabetes (58.6% and 63.6%). Significant positive association is found in women with myocardial infarction, unstable angina, stable angina and presence of obstructive coronary artery disease respectively (89.6%, 82.3%, 59.1%) in opposite women presented with atypical chest pain have high prevalence of normal coronaries (95.7%). About 57.6% have more than three risk factors, and 55.3% are obese or overweight. In addition, 42.1% of them have impaired systolic function. We conclude that cardiovascular risk factors are highly prevalent among Palestinians women in gaza and the combination of risk factors is common. Interventions to minimize CAD in our population are needed.

The dispersion equation of an asymmetric three-layer slab waveguide, in which all layers are chiral materials is presented. Then, the dispersion equation of a symmetric slab waveguide, in which the claddings are chiral materials and the core layer is negative index material, is derived. Normalized cut-off frequencies, field profile, and energies flow of right-handed and left-handed circularly polarized modes are derived and plotted. We consider both odd and even guided modes. Numerical results of guided low-order modes are provided. Some novel features, such as abnormal dispersion curves, are found.

In this paper, we define the Weibull kernel and use it to nonparametric estimation of the probability density function (pdf) and the hazard rate function for independent and identically distributed (iid) data. The bias, variance and the optimal bandwidth of the proposed estimator are investigated. Moreover, the asymptotic normality of the proposed estimator is investigated. The performance of the proposed estimator is tested using simulation study and real data.

Objective:To speculate which of the following parameters:antral follicle count(AFC),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and age can be used as a predictor of ovarian response to gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)antagonist stimulation multiple-dose protocol in women under 45 years,and to determine the cutoff value of these parameters and their correlations for predicting low and high ovarian ***:This prospective study included 462 women with the mean age of(29.3±6.5)*** women were subjected to the GnRH antagonist stimulation multiple-dose *** the second day of the menstrual cycle,ultrasonography was conducted to determine AFC in both *** blood samples were collected to evaluate the level of estradiol,FSH,luteinizing hormone,prolactin,thyroid-stimulating hormone,and *** women were divided into three groups:low response(AHHal response(AMH=1.0-3.5 ng/mL,n=175),and high response(AMH>3.5 ng/mL,n=114).Results:A significant decrease was found in the age and FSH level in the high response group compared to other groups(Pal FSH level and age in the prediction of low ovarian reserves(Palues of≤4.50 and≤0.95 for AFC and AMH,***,the ROC analysis showed that AFC had the highest accuracy,followed by AMH level and age in the prediction of high ovarian reserves with a cutoff value of≥14.50,≥3.63,and≤27.50 years,respectively(Pally,sign

In this paper, we shall establish the connection between the group theory and quantum mechanics by showing how the group theory helps us to construct the spin operators. We look to the group generators SU (3). From these generators, new spin 1 operators will be constructed. These operators S-x, S-y and S-z satisfy all the properties of Pauli spin operators S-x, S-y and S-z. We shall discuss the notion of spin squeezing and correlations for pure spin 1 system using our spin operators S-x, S-y and S-z.

Objective:To determine the lead bioactive compound in kernel extract of Mangifera pajang and its anti-cancer activity against human breast cancer cell lines with positive estrogen receptor(MCF-7).Methods:The methanolic extract of dried powder kernel of Mangifera pajang was exposed to column chromatography for *** structural elucidation of the isolated compound was characterized using infrared,nuclear magnetic resonance,mass ***,cytotoxicity,morphological changes,flow cytometry and cell cycle arrest analyses were performed to examine the mechanism of anti-proliferation and apoptosis induced by methyl gallate against ***:One compound was isolated from the methanolic extract of Mangifera pajang kernel and identified as methyl *** flow cytometric results demonstrated induction of apoptosis in MCF-7 cells by three concentrations of methyl *** cell cycle arrest showed a significant(Pallate treatment induced up-regulation of reactive oxygen species levels in MCF-7 cells with a reduction in superoxide dismutase ***:These findings indicate that isolated methyl gallate from Mangifera pajang kernel extracts induces growth inhibition and apoptosis in MCF-7 cells via up-regulating oxidative stress pathway.
