Breast cancer(BC)is the most frequent cancer in women worldwide,and hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative(HR^(+)/HER2^(−))is the most frequent BC *** adjuvant systemic treatment of HR^(+)/HER2^(−)early-stage BC(eBC),based on prognostic factors[1],sometimes includes chemotherapy,and in most cases,it includes endocrine therapy(ET).In the past decade,advancements in ET,such as successive approvals of tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors and the extension of ET duration to 10 years in high-risk patients.

In the paper,a novel self-learning energy management strategy(EMS)is proposed for fuel cell hybrid electric vehicles(FCHEV)to achieve the hydrogen saving and maintain the battery *** the EMS,it is proposed to approximate the EMS policy function with fuzzy inference system(FIS)and learn the policy parameters through policy gradient reinforcement learning(PGRL).Thus,a so-called Fuzzy REINFORCE algorithm is first proposed and studied for EMS problem in the *** REINFORCE is a model-free method that the EMS agent can learn itself through interactions with environment,which makes it independent of model accuracy,prior knowledge,and expert ***,to stabilize the training process,a fuzzy baseline function is adopted to approximate the value function based on FIS without affecting the policy gradient ***-over,the drawbacks of traditional reinforcement learning such as high computation burden,long convergence time,can also be *** effectiveness of the proposed methods were verified by Hardware-in-Loop *** adaptability of the proposed method to the changes of driving conditions and system states is also verified.

Acid extraction methods have been used in the last half century to selectively extract the CO_(2)produced from different carbonate minerals in mixed ***,these methods are often time-consuming and labor *** application to clumped isotope(Δ47)analysis has not been *** propose here an acid extraction method with phosphoric acid for bulk stable and clumped isotope analysis that treats mixtures of calcite and dolomite the same regardless of the proportional ***_(2)evolved from calcite is extracted by allowing a reaction with phosphoric acid to proceed for 10 min at 50℃.We then extract CO_(2)evolved from dolomite by rapid ramping the acid temperature from 50 to 90℃and allowing the reaction to *** experimental results show that our method yields accurate calcite and dolomiteΔ_(47)values from mixed samples under different proportional *** method also displays equal or higher accuracy for calciteδ^(13)C and dolomiteδ^(13)C andδ^(18)O values from mixtures when compared to previous *** approach exhibits higher sample throughput than previous methods,is adequate for clumped isotopic analysis and simplifies the reaction progression from over 24 h to less than 2 h,while maintaining relatively high isotopic obtaining *** yet poorly resolves calciteδ18O values,as found with previous methods.

Monitoring and factors affecting levels of airborne and water bromoform in chlorinated seawater swimming pools

Water and air quality of eight seawater swimming pools using chlorine disinfection was measured during four sampling campaigns, spread on one full-year, and in four thalassotherapy centers located in Southeast of France. Concentrations of trihalomethanes（THMs） in air and in water as well as concentrations of parameters, including nonpurgeable organic carbon（NPOC）, free residual chlorine（Cl_f）, pH, Kjeldhal Nitrogen（KN）, salinity,conductivity, bromide ions and, water and air temperature, were measured. Water and air samples were collected in triplicates morning — at the opening of the pools —, noon and night — at the closing of the pools —, in summer and winter. Data analysis was performed by Principal Component Analysis（PCA） and rotated component matrix, from both data quality and other parameters such as TOC, aromaticity（UV_（254））, pH, hygrometry, and free residual chlorine（Cl_f）. This statistical analysis demonstrates a high correlation between TOC, Cl_fand UV_（254） and THM levels found in air and water, particularly for the major ones（CHBr_3in water：300.0 μg/L mean, 1029.0 μg/L maximum; CHBr_3 in air： 266.1 μg/m^3 mean,1600.0 μg/m^3 maximum, and CHClBr_2 in water： 18.9 μg/L mean, 81.0 μg/L maximum;CHClBr_2 in air： 13.6 μg/m^3 mean, 150.0 μg/m^3maximum）. These high levels of bromoform（CHBr_3） are particularly worrisome in such health institutions, even these levels do not exceed the Permissible Exposure Limit（PEL） of 5 mg/m^3 as an 8 hour time-weighted average currently fixed by various administrations, such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration（OSHA）.

The aim of this article is to present the contribution of Wu Wen-Tsün to Algebraic Topology and more precisely to the theory of characteristic classes. Several papers provide complete and welldocumented biography and academic career of Wu Wen-Tsün, in particular, Hudecek, 2014; O'Connor and Robertson, 2006; Wen-Tsün Wu's Academic Career, 2006; Selected works of Wen-Tsun Wu, *** author does not repeat the details provided in these papers concerning the Wu Wen-Tsün's bibliography, we will just mention people involved in the Wu Wen-Tsün's period in *** addition to Wu Wen-Tsün's papers, the Dieudonné's book(Dieudonné, 1960) provides an excellent presentation of main results of Wu Wen-Tsün in Algebraic and Differential Topology. The author will use and abuse of this book(and refer to) when *** the introduction, the author recalls mainly historical facts concerning the contribution of Wu Wen-Tsün to Algebraic Topology. The second section shows speci?cally the contribution of Wu WenTsün to the Stiefel-Whitney classes and introduces the third section, dealing with the(real) Wu *** author provides de?nition, properties as well as further developments and generalizations of the Wu classes. The fourth and ?fth sections are devoted to recent applications: In Cobordism theory and in Mathematical Physics. The author notices that Wu classes have been used as well in other domains,in particular surgery theory(Madsen and Milgram, 1979). The last section concerns the complex Wu classes and shows that the more recent Mather classes coincide with the previously de?ned complex Wu classes, that is a result from Zhou(1994)(see also Liu, 1996).This article is devoted to the contribution of Wu Wen-Tsün to the theory of Characteristic Classes,which coincides with his "French period"(1947–1951). Ribavirin has been used in urgency to treat SARS patients recently. In order to study its antiviral mechanism by photolabeling approach, we have synthesized and characterized 5-azido-1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxiamide 1 as a photolabeling probe of ribavirin. The azidotriazole nucleoside showed rapid and clean photochemical reaction, suggesting that l is a promising probe to study the antiviral mechanism of ribarivin by photolabeling.

Dear Editor,Pembrolizumab,an immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI),was recently approved for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer(eTNBC),and promising results have been reported in advanced hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative(HR+/HER2-)and HER2+BCs[1].Given the costs and potential toxicity,markers predictive of ICI benefits are ***,neither programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression nor other tested markers(i.e.,tumor mutational burden,microsatellite instability)effectively predict ICI benefit[2].Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS)are secondary lymphoid organ-like aggregates that reside in the tumor microenvironment and are associated with clinical response to ICIs in metastatic melanoma,renal cell carcinoma.

Despite the absence of experimental evidence, weak scale supersymmetry remains one of the best motivated and studied Standard Model extensions. The ATLAS experiment at the LHC searches for signs of supersymmetry in a large variety of signatures involving events with abnormal production of missing transverse momentum, jets, leptons, third generation fermions, gauge bosons or massive long-lived particles. A summary of the most recent results obtained in these searches is presented.
