With the rapid development of oil,energy,power and other industries,CO_(2) emissions rise sharply,which will cause a large amount of CO_(2) in the air be absorbed by the ocean and lead to ocean *** growth and development of organisms can be seriously affected by acidified *** esculenta is a mollusk with high nutritional and economic value and is widely cultured in offshore waters of *** are the early life forms of the organism and are more vulnerable to changes in the external *** low pH will lead to some adverse reactions in larvae,which will affect metabolism,immune response and other life *** this study,we sequenced the transcriptome of *** subjected to acidified seawater stress and identified 1072differentially expressed genes(DEGs).The detected atypical expression of DEGs substantiates cellular malformation and translocation in *** under low pH ***,this also substantiates the notable impact of ocean acidification on *** DEGs were used for functional enrichment analysis of GO and KEGG,and the top twenty items of the biological process classification in GO terms and 11 KEGG signaling pathways were significantly ***,the constructed proteinprotein interaction network(PPI)was used to analyze protein-protein interactions,and 12 key DEGs and 3 hub genes were *** reliability of 12 genes was verified by quantitative RT-PCR.A comprehensive analysis of the KEGG signaling pathway and PPI revealed that ocean acidification leads to abnormalities in lipid metabolism in *** larvae,which can lead to cancer development and metastasis,accompanied by some degree of *** results of the study will help to further investigate the physiological processes of *** when stimulated by ocean acidification,and provide a reference to cope with the captive breeding of *** affected by acidification.

Temporal and spatial evolution of global major grain trade patterns

The complex and volatile international landscape has significantly impacted global grain supply security. This study uses a complex network analysis model to examine the evolution and trends of the global major grain trade from 1990 to 2020, focusing on network topology, centrality ranking, and community structure. There are three major findings. First, the global major grain trade network has expanded in scale, with a growing emphasis on diversification and balance. During the study period, the United States, Canada, China, and Brazil were the core nodes of the network. Grain-exporting countries were mainly situated in Asia, the Americas, and Europe, and importing countries in Asia, Africa, and Europe. Second, a significant increase in the number of high centrality countries with high export capacity occurred, benefiting from natural advantages such as fertile land and favorable climates. Third, the main global grain trade network is divided into four communities, with the Americas-Europe community being the largest and most widespread. The formation of the community pattern was influenced by geographic proximity, driven by the core exporting countries. Therefore, the world needs to enhance the existing trade model, promote the multi-polarization of the grain trade network, and establish a global vision for the future community. Countries and regions should participate actively in global grain trade security governance and institutional reform, expand trade links with other countries, and optimize import and export policies to reduce trade risks.

Development of a novel critical nitrogen concentration-cumulative transpiration curve for optimizing nitrogen management under varying irrigation conditions in winter wheat

Accurate nitrogen(N)nutrition diagnosis is essential for improving N use efficiency in crop *** widely used critical N(Nc)dilution curve traditionally depends solely on agronomic variables,neglecting crop water *** three-year field experiments with winter wheat,encompassing two irrigation levels(rainfed and irrigation at jointing and anthesis)and three N levels(0,180,and 270 kg ha1),this study aims to establish a novel approach for determining the Nc dilution curve based on crop cumulative transpiration(T),providing a comprehensive analysis of the interaction between N and water *** Nc curves derived from both crop dry matter(DM)and T demonstrated N concentration dilution under different conditions with different *** equation Nc=6.43T0.24 established a consistent relationship across varying irrigation *** test results indicated that the nitrogen nutrition index(NNI),calculated from this curve,effectively identifies and quantifies the two sources of N deficiency:insufficient N supply in the soil and insufficient soil water concentration leading to decreased N availability for root ***,the NNI calculated from the Nc-DM and Nc-T curves exhibited a strong negative correlation with accumulated N deficit(Nand)and a positive correlation with relative grain yield(RGY).The NNI derived from the Nc-T curve outperformed the NNI derived from the Nc-DM curve concerning its relationship with Nand and RGY,as indicated by larger R2 values and smaller *** novel Nc curve based on T serves as an effective diagnostic tool for assessing winter wheat N status,predicting grain yield,and optimizing N fertilizer management across varying irrigation *** findings would provide new insights and methods to improve the simulations of water-N interaction relationship in crop growth models.

Many deep learning-based registration methods rely on a single-stream encoder-decoder network for computing deformation fields between 3D ***,these methods often lack constraint information and overlook semantic consistency,limiting their *** address these issues,we present a novel approach for medical image registration called theDual-VoxelMorph,featuring a dual-channel cross-constraint *** innovative network utilizes both intensity and segmentation images,which share identical semantic information and feature *** encoder-decoder structures calculate deformation fields for intensity and segmentation images,as generated by the dual-channel cross-constraint *** design facilitates bidirectional communication between grayscale and segmentation information,enabling the model to better learn the corresponding grayscale and segmentation details of the same anatomical *** ensure semantic and directional consistency,we introduce constraints and apply the cosine similarity function to enhance semantic *** on four public datasets demonstrates superior performance compared to the baselinemethod,achieving Dice scores of 79.9%,64.5%,69.9%,and 63.5%for OASIS-1,OASIS-3,LPBA40,and ADNI,respectively.

A Security Trade-Off Scheme of Anomaly Detection System in IoT to Defend against Data-Tampering Attacks

Internet of Things(IoT)is vulnerable to data-tampering(DT)*** to resource limitations,many anomaly detection systems(ADSs)for IoT have high false positive rates when detecting DT *** leads to the misreporting of normal data,which will impact the normal operation of *** mitigate the impact caused by the high false positive rate of ADS,this paper proposes an ADS management scheme for clustered ***,we model the data transmission and anomaly detection in clustered ***,the operation strategy of the clustered IoT is formulated as the running probabilities of all ADSs deployed on every IoT *** the presence of a high false positive rate in ADSs,to deal with the trade-off between the security and availability of data,we develop a linear programming model referred to as a security trade-off(ST)***,we develop an analysis framework for the ST model,and solve the ST model on an IoT simulation ***,we reveal the effect of some factors on the maximum combined detection rate through theoretical *** show that the ADS management scheme can mitigate the data unavailability loss caused by the high false positive rates in ADS.

Effects of dense planting patterns on photosynthetic traits of different vertical layers and yield of wheat under different nitrogen rates

A two-year field experiment was conducted to measure the effects of densification methods on photosynthesis and yield of densely planted ***-plant and inter-row distances were used to define ratefixed pattern(RR)and row-fixed pattern(RS)density ***,four nitrogen(N)rates(0,144,192,and 240 kg N ha-1,termed N0,N144,N192,and N240)were applied with three densities(225,292.5,and 360×10^(4)plants ha^(-1),termed D225,D292.5,and D360).The wheat canopy was clipped into three equal vertical layers(top,middle,and bottom layers),and their chlorophyll density(Ch D)and photosynthetically active radiation interception(FIPAR)were *** showed that the response of Ch D and FIPAR to N rate,density,and pattern varied with different layers.N rate,density,and pattern had significant interaction effects on Ch *** maximum values of whole-canopy Ch D in the two seasons appeared in N240 combined with D292.5 and D360 under RR,*** two growing seasons,FIPAR values of RR were higher than those of RS by 29.37%for the top layer and 5.68%for the middle layer,while lower than those of RS by 20.62%for the bottom layer on *** a low N supply(N0),grain yield was not significantly affected by density for both *** N240,increasing density significantly increased yield under RR,but D360 of RS significantly decreased yield by 3.72%and 9.00%versus D225 in two seasons,*** an appropriate and sufficient N application,RR increased the yield of densely planted wheat more than ***,the maximum yield in two seasons appeared in the combination of D360 with N144 or N192 rather than of D225 with N240 under both patterns,suggesting that dense planting combined with an appropriate N-reduction application is feasible to increase photosynthesis capacity and yield.

Utilizing the spatiotemporal features contained in extensive trajectory data for identifying operation modes of agricultural machinery is an important basis task for subsequent agricultural machinery trajectory *** the present study,to effectively identify agricultural machinery operation mode,a feature deformation network with multi-range feature enhancement was ***,a multi-range feature enhancement module was developed to fully explore the feature distribution of agricultural machinery trajectory ***,to further enrich the representation of trajectories,a feature deformation module was proposed that can map trajectory points to high-dimensional space to form feature ***,EfficientNet-B0 was used to extract features of different scales and depths from the feature map,select features highly relevant to the results,and finally accurately predict the mode of each trajectory *** validate the effectiveness of the proposed method,experiments were conducted to compare the results with those of other methods on a dataset of real agricultural *** the corn and wheat harvester trajectory datasets,the model achieved accuracies of 96.88%and 96.68%,as well as F1 scores of 93.54%and 94.19%,exhibiting improvements of 8.35%and 9.08%in accuracy and 20.99%and 20.04%in F1 score compared with the current state-of-the-art method.

Invasion of fall armyworm led to the succession of maize pests in Southwest China

The invasive fall armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda(***)invaded Asia in 2018,colonizing the tropical and southern subtropical regions as well as migrating with the monsoons into Northeast Asia during spring and *** has resulted in widespread infestations,with significant impacts on maize production in various Asian *** studies have shown that the invasion of this pest can alter the species relationships of maize pests,but the actual impact on maize pest management is still *** study investigated the changes in maize pest occurrence and pesticide use in the annual breeding areas of *** in Yunnan Province and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China during 2017-2021,based on surveys and interviews with small farmers in maize *** results showed that *** has emerged as the dominant species among maize pests after invasion and colonization,replacing traditional pests such as Ostrinia furnacalis,Spodoptera litura,Agrotis ypsilon,and Rhopalosiphum *** variety of pesticides used for maize pest control has changed from chlorpyrifos,lambda-cyhalothrin,and acetamiprid to emamectin benzoate-based pesticides with high effectiveness against ***,the frequency of maize pest chemical applications has increased from an average of 5.88 to 7.21 times per season,with the amounts of pesticides used in summer and autumn maize being significantly higher than in winter and spring maize,thereby increasing application costs by more than 35%.The results of this study clarified the impact of *** invasion on maize pest community succession and chemical pesticide use in tropical and south subtropical China,thereby providing a baseline for modifying the regional control strategies for maize pests after the invasion of this relatively new pest.

Genome-Wide Association Study of Cooked Rice Textural Attributes and Starch Physicochemical Properties in indica Rice
