Formula Screening of Low-Cost Lactobacillus Suspension and Its Fermentation Effects

[ Objective] The research aimed to study the low-cost medium instead of MRS to produce lactobacillus suspension and to provide a theoretical basis for the large-scale production of stalk fermented by lactobacillus. [ Method] Different concentrations of glucose and sodium chloride were added into the cooking liquor of maize flour, and lactobacillus was inoculated to ferment the stalk. The changes of pH were measured and compared with MRS medium. The optimum low-cost medium for producing lactobacillus and fermenting stalk was selected to ferment stalk. And the feeding experiment of cattle was made with fermented stalk and unfermented stalk to study the consumption quantity of different kinds of feeds. [ Resuit] The changes of pH in cornmeal and MRS media had the same tendency, but the decrease of pH in cornmeal medium was faster. The consumed quantity of fermented stalk feed was larger than that of unfermented feeds. [ Conclusion] Cornmeal medium can be used instead of MRS to produce lactobacillus and the production cost decreased more than 80%.

Antagonistic Effects of Sphingomonas and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on 4 Kinds of Pathogenic Bacteria of Ginseng

[Objectives]To explore effective biocontrol methods for diseases in the process of ginseng cultivation,and develop an efficient and environmentally friendly biocontrol agent.[Methods]In this study,2 strains were isolated from biogas slurry,and Cylindrocarpon destructans(XF),Fusarium solani(GF),Botrytis cinerea Pers(HM)and Alternaria panax Whetz(HB)were used as test *** strains were isolated and identified by dilution plate method,16S rDNA sequence identification method,confrontation culture method,filter paper method and ultraviolet spectrophotometer method,and the bacteriostatic activity and bacteriostatic rate were tested.[Results]Strain 15(Sphingomonas)and strain 19(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)were screened out through identification and analysis,and they grew stably within 8-10 *** bacteriostatic rates of strain 15 against *** and *** were 47.37%and 43.40%,respectively,and the bacteriostatic rates of strain 19 against *** and *** were 62.30%and 63.27%,*** bacteriostatic activity of the extract of strain 19 increased with the increase of OD_(600) value,and the bacteriostatic effect was optimal when the OD_(600) value was in the range of 0.8-1.0,up to 70%,so it had a strong biocontrol potential.[Conclusions]This experiment provides convenience for more effective inoculation,establishes a fast,simple and accurate method for the determination of the best bacteriostatic rate of *** culture solution to HM,and lays a foundation for large-scale culture of *** culture ***,it is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient control of ginseng *** in field production,use it for the prevention and control of ginseng shoot diseases,and provide a reference for the efficient and diverse development of biocontrol agents for ginseng shoot diseases.

Deer Body Adaptive Threshold Segmentation Algorithm Based on Color Space

In large-scale deer farming image analysis,K-means or maximum between-class variance(Otsu)algorithms can be used to distinguish the deer from the ***,in an actual breeding environment,the barbed wire or chain-link fencing has a certain isolating effect on the deer which greatly interferes with the identification of the individual ***,when the target and background grey values are similar,the multiple background targets cannot be completely *** better identify the posture and behaviour of deer in a deer shed,we used digital image processing to separate the deer from the *** address the problems mentioned above,this paper proposes an adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm based on color ***,the original image is pre-processed and *** this basis,the data are enhanced and ***,color space is used to extract the several backgrounds through various color channels,then the adaptive space segmentation of the extracted part of the color space is *** on the segmentation effect of the traditional Otsu algorithm,we designed a comparative experiment that divided the four postures of turning,getting up,lying,and standing,and successfully separated multiple target deer from the *** results show that compared with K-means,Otsu and hue saturation value(HSV)+K-means,this method is better in performance and accuracy for adaptive segmentation of deer in artificial breeding scenes and can be used to separate artificially cultivated deer from their *** the subjective and objective aspects achieved good segmentation *** article lays a foundation for the effective identification of abnormal behaviour in sika deer.

Present Situation and Prospect of Comprehensive Planting and Culture in Paddy Fields in Northeast China

The rice planting area in Northeast China has reached 5.6 million ha,but the utilization rate of comprehensive culture area in paddy field is only 2%.It is mainly dominated by fish culture in paddy field and crab culture in paddy field,which has broad development *** recent years,the comprehensive planting and culture area of paddy fields in Liaoning province has developed rapidly with a total of 80000 *** accordance with the local environmental conditions,Heilongjiang and jilin regions have introduced a new model and technology of comprehensive planting and culture in paddy fields,and developed a comprehensive planting and breeding model of paddy fields with *** present,the comprehensive planting and culture in paddy fields in Northeast China is still in the stage of rapid development,which needs to be further developed towards specialization,scale,industrialization,high quality and brand.
