基于α-Mg、α-Mg+β-Li和β-Li三种相结构,制备Mg-4Li-3(Al-Si)、Mg-8Li-3(Al-Si)和Mg-12Li-3(Al-Si)三种合金,用于研究Al-Si共晶体对其组织和力学性能的影响。在Mg-xLi(x=4%,8%和12%,质量分数)合金中添加Al-Si共晶体分别形成以下的Al-Li析出相:Al3Li、AlLi和Li3Al2。此外,在这三种合金中还发现大量的Mg2Si相颗粒。拉伸试验结果表明,Mg-4Li-3(Al-Si)合金的极限抗拉强度最高,为249MPa,其伸长率最低,为6.3%。Mg-12Li-3(Al-Si)合金的伸长率最高,为26%,但极限抗拉强度最低,为173 MPa。这三种合金力学性能的差异归因于晶体结构的不同以及析出物类型、形态和分布的不同。

AIM:To evaluate the ability of the McGill Brisbane Symptom Score(MBSS)to predict survival in resectable pancreatic head adenocarcinoma(PHA)***:All PHA patients(n=83)undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy at the McGill University Health Center,Quebec between 1/2001-1/2010 were *** related to patient and cancer characteristics,MBSS variables,and treatment were collected;univariable and multivariable survival analyses were *** obtained complete follow-up until February 2011 in all patients through the database of the provincial health insurance plan of *** unique health insurance numbers of these patients were used to retrieve information from this database which captures all billable clinical encounters,and ensures 100%actual survival ***:Median survival was 23 mo overall:45 mo for patients with low MBSS,17 mo for high MBSS(P=0.005).At twelve months survival was 83.3%(95%CI:66.6-92.1)vs 58.1%(95%CI:42.1-71.2)in those with low vs high MBSS,and24 mo survival was 63.8%(95%CI:45.9-77.1)and 34.0%(95%CI:20.2-48.2)*** the multivariate Cox model(stratified by chemotherapy),after addition of clinically meaningful covariates,MBSS was the variable with the strongest association with survival(HR=2.63;P=0.001).Adjuvant chemotherapy interacted with MBSS category such that only high MBSS patients accrued a *** univariate analysis we found a lower mortality in high MBSS but not low MBSS patients receiving adjuvant *** interaction variable,on Cox model,resulted in an adjusted mortality HR for the high MBSS(compared to low MBSS)of 4.14(95%CI:1.48-11.64)without chemotherapy and 2.11(95%CI:1.06-4.17)with ***:The MBSS is a simple prognostic tool for resectable *** categorization of patients according to the MBSS allows effective stratification of patients to guide therapy.

In abandoned mine sites, i.e., mine sites where mining operations have ended, wide spread contaminations are often evident, but the potential sources and pathways of contamination especially through the subsurface, are difficult to identify due to inadequate and sparse geochemical measurements available. Therefore, it is essential to design and implement a planned monitoring net-work to obtain essential information required for establishing the potential contamination source locations, i.e., waste dumps, tailing dams, pits and possible pathways through the subsurface, and to design a remediation strategy for rehabilitation. This study presents an illustrative application of modeling the flow and transport processes and monitoring network design in a study area hydrogeologically resembling an abandoned mine site in queensland, Australia. In this preliminary study, the contaminant transport process modeled does not incorporate the reactive geochemistry of the contaminants. The transport process is modeled considering a generic conservative contaminant for the illustrative purpose of showing the potential application of an optimal monitoring design methodology. This study aims to design optimal monitoring network to: 1) minimize the contaminant solute mass estimation error;2) locate the plume boundary;3) select the monitoring locations with (potentially) high concentrations. A linked simulation optimization based methodology is utilized for optimal monitoring network design. The methodology is applied utilizing a recently developed software package CARE-GWMND, developed at James Cook University for optimal monitoring network design. Given the complexity of the groundwater systems and the sparsity of pollutant concentration observation data from the field, this software is capable of simulating the groundwater flow and solute transport with spatial interpolation of data from a sparse set of available data, and it utilizes the optimization algorithm to determine optimum

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of flicker perimetry compared with that of static perimetry in determining central visual field losses in participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Flicker and static perimetry were performed using the Medmont field analyser on 20 participants with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 24 age-matched control participants. Results: Flicker, but not static, perimetry demonstrated significant reductions in thresholds in those participants who had a recent diagnosis of diabetes or who had no or only minimal diabetic retinopathy compared to the control group at eccentricities close to fixation. Conclusion: Flicker perimetry is recommended for the evaluation of visual field losses in participants with recent onset of diabetes and minimal diabetic retinopathy.

目的分析洞庭湖区2000-2009年血吸虫病疫情变化规律。方法从湖南省血吸虫病疫情数据库中,分层按比例随机抽样20个血吸虫感染率≥1%的居民村,分析居民血吸虫感染率、感染度,耕牛血吸虫感染率,钉螺和感染螺密度等指标的变化趋势,比较血吸虫病病情指标和钉螺指标之间的相关关系。结果 2000-2009年洞庭湖区居民和耕牛血吸虫感染率、人群血吸虫感染度呈明显下降趋势(P<0.01),下降幅度分别为46.14%、73.42%、22.22%。病人血吸虫感染度呈上升趋势(P<0.01),上升幅度为33.13%。钉螺面积基本保持稳定,活螺密度和感染螺密度呈现同向波动变化。终宿主感染性指标与钉螺指标之间无相关性。结论 2000-2009年洞庭湖区除病人感染度上升外,其他血吸虫感染性指标呈明显下降趋势。钉螺指标的变化与终宿主感染性指标的变化间无相关性。

传统有限元法由于刚度过硬会导致自锁和应力结果精度低,大变形网格畸变会导致计算失效,可实现自动剖分产生的低阶常应变单元计算精度低。针对以上问题,作者创造性地提出了广义梯度光滑和应变场构造的理论和方法,建立了新的解空间理论和梯度光滑准则;通过引入点差值法进行变量插值,进一步提出了新颖高效的无网格光滑点插值法。光滑点插值法基于可自动生成的常应变非结构化网格,在双重弱形式下应用梯度光滑技术,通过软化模型刚度,显著提高计算精度、收敛率和效率,能提供应变能上限解,对体积锁死免疫,并大大降低结果对网格质量的依赖。光滑点插值法被广泛应用于解决科学工程领域多个难点问题并取得了满意的结果。

新南威尔士州(简称新州)位于澳大利亚东南部,东濒太平洋,北邻昆士兰州,南接维多利亚州。新州的海岸线大约2 000 km长,由755个沙滩和38%的岩质海岸线构成,最长的海滩约30 km,最短的约20 m。大约50%的新州人口沿海岸带居住,金融中心、交通枢纽、教育基地主要集中于沿海大城市。新州海岸线一直遭到风暴、大潮和巨浪的侵蚀,海岸线后退严重。尤其随着全球气候的变化和海平面上升,新州海岸线后退速度将加快,随之而带来的经济损失、土地流失、生态破坏、甚至人员伤亡将会剧增。该澳洲联邦政府重点基金项目采集了200多个重要沙滩的现场数据,主要包括海岸剖面图、沙丘脚高程、泥沙粒径等,来分析海岸的侵蚀机理和预测海岸的后退速度。自动测高仪RTK-GPS用来测量沙丘-沙滩的剖面图,激光粒径分析仪用来分析620多个泥沙样本的粒径分布。根据系统分析现有和采集的海滩数据发现:新州沿海的沙丘泥沙粒径比滩肩泥沙细(8%),比冲刷区泥沙更细(15%);海岸沙滩的瞬时坡度不是由泥沙粒径唯一确定的,同时也是波浪的函数;风暴波爬高的最高高程是海岸侵蚀的另一个重要参数,当沙丘的脚高程低于波浪爬高高程时,沙滩将会被侵蚀。建立一个适用工程应用的海滩侵蚀概念模式来估算海岸线的后退速度。该项目的研究成果对预测、治理、规划中国的海岸线有重大的工程意义和经济效益。
