Bipolar disorder is characterised by recurrent and alternating episodes of mania/hypomania and *** breakthroughs in functional MRI techniques have uncovered the functional neuroanatomy of bipolar ***,the pathophysiology underlying mood instability,mood switching and the development of extreme mood states is less well *** reviewpresents a comprehensive overviewof current evidence from functional MRI studies from the perspective of mood *** first summarise the disrupted brain activation patterns and functional connectivity that have been reported in bipolar disorder,irrespective of the mood *** next focus on research that solely included patients in a single mood state for a better understanding of the pathophysiology of bipolar disorder and research comparing patients with different mood states to dissect mood state-related ***,we briefly summarise current theoretical models and conclude this review by proposing potential avenues for future research.A comprehensive understanding of the pathophysiology with consideration of mood states could not only deepen our understanding of how acute mood episodes develop at a neurophysiological level but could also facilitate the identification of biological targets for personalised treatment and the development of new interventions for bipolar disorder.

The inland lakes on the Tibetan Plateau(TP)are undergoing significant changes due to their sensitivity to *** largest lake in Tibet,Siling Co,has expanded most dramatically during recent *** Landsat,GRACE and meteorological data,the expansion of Siling Co was detailed in four stages and the process was further *** results show that the lake area increased from 1647.30 km^(2)in 1972 to 2438.99 km^(2)in *** experienced a slow growth at a rate 6.03 km^(2)/yr from 1972 to 1988,while fluctuating at 1.44 km^(2)/yr during 1989–1997,then accelerated at 60.28 km^(2)/yr between 1998 and 2005,and expanded slowly again at 11.40 km^(2)/yr since *** continued expansion led to its merger with nearby Yagain Co in *** water storage(TWS)increase was also observed from GRACE(0.65 cm/yr),with about 0.75 coefficient of determination between the TWS and lake area during 2002–*** long-term expansion of Siling Co is related to the increasing trends of temperature and precipitation,but their contributions vary with time ***,the accelerated stage between 1998 and 2005 can be explained by the increased temperature and precipitation accompanied by a drop in evaporation,while the slow expansion since 2006 was due to the decrease in precipitation and temperature and the rise in *** is no obvious mass loss of glaciers revealed by GRACE during 2002–2020,which may be related to the negative trend of the ***,the precipitation may still make a major contribution in this phase,as its average is about 93.9 mm higher than that in 1988–1997.

Background: Biliary mucinous cystic neoplasms(BMCNs) are rare hepatobiliary cystic tumors, which can be divided into noninvasive and invasive types. This study aimed to investigate the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of BMCNs in a large single center. Methods: We analyzed 49 patients with BMCNs confirmed by postoperative pathology at the First Afflliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine between January 2007 and December 2021. Results: Among the 49 patients, 37 were female(75.5%), and the average age was 57.04 years. Common symptoms included abdominal discomfort, jaundice and fever, while 22 patients(44.9%) had no symptoms. Serum carbohydrate antigen(CA) 19-9 and CA125 concentrations were elevated in 34.8% and 19.6% of patients, respectively. Forty-eight patients had tumors in the intrahepatic bile ducts and only one had a tumor in the extrahepatic bile duct. Forty-eight patients with noninvasive intrahepatic BMCNs were further analyzed in terms of pathological features: 34(70.8%) had low-grade intraepithelial neoplasms(LGINs), and 14(29.2%) had high-grade intraepithelial neoplasms(HGINs). The potential immunohistochemical markers of BMCNs were cytokeratin(CK) 19, CK7, estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor. Follow-up data for 37 patients with intrahepatic BMCNs were obtained. The median overall survival(OS) of BMCNs was not reached. The longest survival time was 137 *** 5-and 10-year OS rates were 100% and 85.4%, respectively. The 5-and 10-year recurrence-free survival(RFS) rates were 93.9% and 80.2%, respectively. Conclusions: BMCNs are rare cystic neoplasms that commonly occur in middle-aged females. BMCNs can only be diagnosed and classified by postoperative pathology, as there are no specific clinical presentations, serological indicators or imaging modalities for preoperative diagnosis. Complete surgical resection is necessary for BMCNs, and the postoperative prognosis is favorable.

As the promising cooling method for the next generation of data centers,the internal heat transport mechanism and enhancement mechanism of single-phase immersion liquid-cooled(SPILC)systems are not yet well *** address this,a steady-state three-dimensional numerical model is constructed herein to analyze flow and thermal transport capacities in servers using SPILC and traditional air-cooling ***,this paper emphasizes the influence of component positioning,and underscores the benefits of optimizing coolant flow distribution using *** results indicate that the SPILC system outperforms the traditional air-cooling approach at the same inlet Reynolds number(Re).When Re=10000,the SPILC method reduces the maximum temperature by up to 70.13%,increases the average convective heat transfer coefficient by287.5%,and provides better overall thermal uniformity in data center ***,placing devices downstream of high-power components creates"thermal barriers"and degrades thermal transport for upstream devices due to increased flow *** spacing between high-power devices can lead to the formation of bypass channels,further deteriorating heat ***,the addition of baffles in the inlet section of SPILC systems effectively enhances heat dissipation *** maximize the heat dissipation capacity,minimizing bypass channels and optimizing the flow distribution of coolants are crucial.
