The optimal dose of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rtPA)for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)remains controversial,especially in Asian *** aimed to update the evidence regarding the use of low-dose versus standard-dose *** performed a systematic literature search across MEDLINE,Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL),PsycINFO and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CINAHL)from inception to 22 August 2016 to identify all related *** outcomes were death or disability(defined by modified Rankin Scale 2-6),death,and symptomatic intracerebral haemorrhage(sICH).Where possible,data were pooled for meta-analysis with ORs and corresponding 95% CIs by means of random-effects or fixed-effects *** included 26 observational studies and 1 randomised controlled trial with a total of 23210 *** doses of rtPA were used for thrombolysis of AIS in ***-analysis shows that low-dose rtPA was not associated with increased risk of death or disability(OR 1.13,95% CI 0.95 to 1.33),or death(OR 0.86,95% CI 0.74 to 1.01),or decreased risk of sICH(OR 1.06,95% CI 0.65 to 1.72).The results remained consistent when sensitivity analyses were performed including only low-dose and standard-dose rtPA or only Asian *** review shows small difference between the outcomes or the risk profile in the studies using low-dose and/or standard-dose rtPA for ***-dose rtPA was not associated with lower risk of death or disability,death alone,or sICH.

Clinical significance of gastrostomy for patients injury percutaneous endoscopic with severe craniocerebral

Objective： To investigate the application of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy （PEG） to patients with severe craniocerebral injury for the purpose of nutritional support therapy and pulmonary infection prevention. Methods： A total of 43 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our department from January 2008 to December 2012 received PEG followed by nutritional therapy. There were other 82 patients who were prescribed nasal-feeding nutrition. Nutrition status was evaluated by comparing serum albumin levels, and the incidence of pulmonary infection 1 week before and 2 weeks after operation was identified and compared. Results： Both PEG and nasal-feeding nutrition therapies have significantly elevated serum albumin levels （P〈0.05）. Serum albumin levels before and after nutritional therapies showed no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The incidence of pulmonary infection in PEG group was significantly decreased compared with that in nasal-feeding nutrition group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PEG is an effective method for severe craniocerebral injury patients. It can not only provide enteral nutrition but also prevent pulmonary infection induced by esophageal reflux.

This study aimed to establish norms for the modi？ed Chinese version of the Autism Spectrum Rating Scale（ASRS）. Participants were recruited from Shanghai,Harbin, Guangzhou, and Changsha, China, and their parents and teachers were invited to complete the Chinese Parent version and the Teacher version of the ASRS. In both versions, boys had signi？cantly higher sub-scale scores and total score（T-score） by 1–3 and 4–5 points respectively, than girls（both P ／ 0.001）. Age had weak correlations with some sub-scores and the T-score（r ranged from-0.1859 to 0.0738）, and some reached signi？cance（P ／ 0.03）. The correlations appeared stronger and were more common in females. The T-score based on Chinese norms ideally correlated with the score based on the United States norms in boys and girls for both *** for the Chinese version of the ASRS for children aged 6–12 years are proposed and may be helpful for screening individuals with autism spectrum disorders from the general population of children.

AIM:To determine the expression and significance of filamin A(FLNa)in colorectal adenocarcinoma ***:The expression of FLNa in 46 colorectal cancer tissues and normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and Western blotting,and its relationship with clinical parameters and prognosis was ***:The positive expression of FLNa in cancer tissues was lower than that in normal mucosa,and the difference was statistically *** expression of FLNa correlated with liver metastasis,lymph node metastasis and rectal invasion depth,regardless of sex,age,tumor location,tumor size,gross shape and histological type of colorectal *** analysis showed that FLNa was an independent risk factor for postoperative survival of patients with colorectal ***,survival analysis showed that the expression level of FLNa was closely related with survival of patients with colorectal *** results of RT-PCR and Western blotting were consistent with those of ***:FLNa showed low expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma,high correlation with the incidence and development of colorectal cancer,and was considered an indicator of prognosis.

The study of calcitriol,cinacalcet combined with nursing intervention effect of SHPT, calcium, phosphorus metabolism and parathyroid hormone on MHD patients

Objective:To investigate calcitriol, cinacalcet plus comprehensive intervention on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) metabolism and parathyroid hormone (PTH) ***: A total of 80 cases of patients with SHPT from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group to eat the whole piece of cinacalcet hydrochloride oral tablets, the initial dose of 25 mg/d, every 2 to 4 weeks, according to Ca×P, parathyroid hormone (iPTH) test results adjust the dose, the maximum dose of not more than 75 mg/d, the observation group in the control group on the basis of oral administration of Calcitriol Soft Capsules 0.25 g/d, 3 times/week, 2 groups were given comprehensive intervention measures, to evaluate the curative effect after 3 months of treatment. The 2 groups before and after treatment collected fasting peripheral venous blood, the determination of Ca, P and alkaline phosphatase by colorimetric method (ALP), Ca, P product calculation (Ca×P), to detect the level of iPTH before and after treatment by ELISA method;TY-6858-HI type ultrasound instrument, measuring length, width and thickness of the parathyroid glands, and calculate the parathyroid gland ***:in the observation group after treatment, Ca, Ca×P increased degree, P, ALP, iPTH lower than the control group, the size of the parathyroid gland was better than the control ***:calcitriol, cinacalcet combined intervention therapy has good clinical effect in patients with MHD SHPT, Ca, P can effectively improve the metabolism, reduce the level of iPTH, reduce the parathyroid gland volume is worthy of promotion.

S-ROM modular arthroplasty combined with transverse subtrochanteric shortening for Crowe type IV congenital dislocation of hip

This work was carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the complications of S-ROM modular hip arthroplasty combined with transverse subtrochanteric shortening for Crowe type IV congenital dislocation of the hip （CDH）. Methods A totoal of 28 consecutive patients with Crowe type IV CDH received treatment using this surgical technique from June 2003 to June 2010. The follow-up was conducted at 3 days, 1, 6, and 12 months after the operation and later annually at the outpatient of our hospital. Sequential pelvic plain film and normotopia film of the affected hip joint were taken. The limp and the Trendelenburg sign were also assessed, the ischiadic nerve injury was also evaluated by electromyogram, and Harris hip scores were recorded. Results After operation, both the alignment and the position of the transverse osteotomies were good. None of the patients had presented complications of joint infection, prosthesis loosening, joint dislocation, or nerve injury. Conclusions S-ROM modular hip arthroplasty combined with transverse subtrochanteric shortening was a satisfactory and safe technique for the Crowe type IV congenital hip dislocation within a mean follow up of 53 months. Transverse subtrochanteric shortening could effectively prevent the distraction injury of sciatic nerve.
