Properly processing algorithm data under the compliance framework is essential in the current intelligent ***,the existing algorithm data compliance systems are not independent,with limitations such as lacking the concepts of compliance or having ambiguous compliance *** algorithm data compliance system should adhere to the compliance concept of negative expansion,minimize the negative impact of the algorithm data on society during its introduction process to maintain the overall social stability,and explicitly clarify the positioning of individuals,platforms and governments when processing the algorithm data,so as to balance the interests of all *** the goal of maximizing social benefits,the compliance concept of negative expansion is beneficial for the algorithm technology decentralization and the realization of whole-process *** order to optimize and upgrade the whole algorithm data compliance system,it is essential to build algorithm data compliance processing scenarios in advance,promote algorithm technology iterative upgrading,and implement technical compliance throughout the life cycle of algorithm *** accurately classifying algorithm data,the algorithm data compliance system should provide a categorized protection mode:in the low technical risk algorithm data,emphasis should be placed on the compliance supervision over the original data provided by individuals;in the high technical risk algorithm data,we should build a dual compliance supervision system led by the platform and the government.

Emission characterization of particle number as well as particle mass from three diesel passenger cars equipped with diesel particulate filter（DPF）, diesel oxidation catalyst（DOC）and exhaust gas recirculation（EGR） under the vehicle driving cycles and regulatory *** particle number emissions（PNEs） decreased gradually during speed-up of vehicle from 17.3 to 97.3 km/hr. As the average vehicle speed increases, the size-segregated peak of particle number concentration shifts to smaller size ranges of particles. The correlation analysis with various particulate components such as particle number concentration（PNC）,ultrafine particle number concentration（UFPNC） and particulate matter（PM） mass was conducted to compare gaseous compounds（CO, CO2, HC and NOx）. The UFPNC and PM were not only emitted highly in Seoul during severe traffic jam conditions, but also have good correlation with hydrocarbons and NOxinfluencing high potential on secondary aerosol generation. The effect of the dilution temperature on total PNC under the New European Driving Cycle（NEDC）, was slightly higher than the dilution ratio. In addition, the nuclei mode（DP： ≤ 13 nm） was confirmed to be more sensitive to the dilution temperature rather than other particle size ranges. Comparison with particle composition between vehicle speed cycles and regulatory cycle showed that sulfate was slightly increased at regulatory cycle, while other components were relatively similar. During cold start test, semivolatile nucleation particles were increased due to effect of cold environment. Research on particle formation dependent on dilution conditions of diesel passenger cars under the NEDC is important to verify impact on vehicular traffic and secondary aerosol formation in Seoul.

The authors of the subject article by Senadhi et al have misrepresented the safety and regulatory status of Herbalife's products. While we are very concerned with the unwarranted and unfavorable publicity that the inaccuracies listed could generate for Herbalife, we would welcome any inquiries that these authors may have to better clarify our commitment to the safety and quality of our products as has been demonstrated in part by our ability to establish positive relationships with regulatory authorities worldwide through continued cooperation and compliance. This letter clarifies the misinformation presented about Herbalife in the subject article.

Impact of Relaxation and Group Psycho-Education on Health Outcomes Using Integrated Care Models and Quality Improvement

The purpose of this Integrated Care Practice Change and Quality Improvement (ICPCQI) initiative was to evaluate the impact of wellness and relaxation and group psycho-education on health out-comes in an integrated care setting. Individuals diagnosed with mental illness and a co-occurring chronic medical condition participated in the ICPCQI initiatives which were run by peer support and wellness experts in an integrated care setting over the one-year project implementation period. Evaluation of outcome measures revealed an overall decline of 8.3% (p < 0.0001) and 7.3% (p < 0.0001) in the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure respectively. There was a 12.3% (p = 0.02) reduction on the average PHQ-9 scores. GAD-7 (p = 0.9) scores had a mean reduction of 1.5%. These preliminary results suggest that the evidence-based ICPCQI initiatives positively impact health outcomes among individuals with mental illness and chronic medical conditions.

＜正＞Progress in the use of non-testing methods in chemical risk assessment has accelerated in recent years as global chemical legislations have been updated to highlight the principles of animal welfare and the 3 Rs（Replacement,Reduction,Refinement）.Chemical agencies have either adopted specific programmes to facilitate grouping of chemicals（eg OECD Existing Chemicals Database,US EPA HPV Challenge Programme） or are in the process of reviewing category or analogue chemical grouping approaches（eg European Chemicals Agency（ECHA） EU REACH dossier submissions for 2010 and 2013）.It is clear that systematic grouping approaches（eg read-across in chemical categories or between chemical analogues） are expected to be applied more regularly in filling data gaps and the submission of a high quality robust read-across report will underpin an alternative non-testing strategy. As there are no specific guidelines available from the CRC-MEP in China for submission of a chemical grouping approach report,we propose a template based on experience in submitting read-across reports from technical guidance provided from ECHA and the European Chemicals Ecotoxicology and Toxicology Centre（ECETOC）.The template will focus on preparing a quantitative read-across report for a chemical analogue for human health *** report should consist of 4 main sections:（i） Hypothesis for the analogue approach The hypothesis is the most critical part of the justification,as it is the basis for why the read-across may be *** hypothesis should explain how the target and source substance （s） have molecular structure similarities as well as describing any other evidence that may support the read-across *** mode of action,*** functional groups need to be identified and any possible effects of any disparate groups should be *** hypothesis should also clearly state which endpoint the read-across approach applies to as each endpoint has a specific set of complexities

In the November 27,2010 issue of the World Journal of Hepatology (WJH),three case reports were published which involved patients who had consumed various dietary supplements and conventional foods generally marketed as weight loss *** reference to Herbalife products as contaminated and generally com-parable to all dietary supplements or weight loss prod-ucts is not scientifically *** authors provided an insufficient amount of information regarding patient histories,concomitant medications and other com-pounds,dechallenge results,and product specifications and *** information is necessary to fully assess the association of Herbalife products in the WJH case ***,the article does not objectively sup-port a causal relationship between the reported cases of liver injury and Herbalife products or ingredients.

Background:Risk behaviours have been linked to the spread of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus(HIV)epidemic in both urban and rural *** the progress made in the fight against HIV,it remains a public health concern *** behaviours such as not using condoms,having multiple sexual partners,and engaging in early sexual activity increase the risk of HIV ***,it is important to assess these risk behaviours and understand the relationship between different factors and HIV,specifically among couples,in order to better understand the dynamics of the *** main objective of this study was to assess risk behaviours for HIV and AIDS among couples in Rwamiko sector,Gicumbi District,and suggest appropriate interventions for this ***:This cross-sectional survey aimed to assess associated HIV and AIDS risk behaviours among couples in Rwamiko Sector,Gicumbi District,in order to determine the dynamics of the epidemic in this group and suggest appropriate *** was collected using a self-administered questionnaire and a multistage cluster random sampling *** collected data was then computed,analyzed,and presented in the form of tables and *** statistics were used to analyze all *** logistic regression was used to calculate odds ratios and 95%confidence intervals(CI)to investigate the relationship between the assessed factors,such as independent and dependent *** association between the studied factors was described using odds ratios with 95%***:The majority of respondents were in the age group of 30-39 *** respondents were married,and approximately 45%had completed primary *** majority of respondents were *** reported receiving HIV information from multiple sources,including radio,TV,films,school,church,health workers,parents,and *** findings of this study showed that some participants had knowledge about HIV transmis
