A novel robust AE/MS source location method using optimized M-estimate consensus sample

Due to the complexity of the real engineering environment, the arrival measurement inevitably contains outliers and leads to serious location errors. In order to eliminate the influence of the outliers effectively,this paper proposes a novel robust AE/MS source localization method using optimized M-estimate consensus sample. First, a sample subset is selected from the entire arrival set to obtain fitting model and its parameters. Second, consensus set is determined by checking the arrivals with the fitting model instantiated by the estimated model parameters. Third, optimization process is performed to further optimize the consensus set. The above steps are iterated, and the final source coordinates are obtained by using all the elements in the optimal consensus set. The novel method is validated by a pencil-lead breaks experiment. The results indicate that the novel method has better location accuracy of less than 5 mm compared to existing methods, regardless of the presence or absence of outliers. With the increase of outlier scale and outlier ratio, the location result of the proposed method is always more stable and accurate than that of the existing methods. Mine blasting experiments further demonstrate that the new method holds good prospects for engineering applications.

Cable truss systems have been widely applied in roadways with complicated conditions, such as the large cross-sections of deep wells, and high tectonic stress. However, they are rarely applied to roadways with extremely thick coal seams because the control mechanism of the system for the deformation of the roof and the separation between coal rock segments is not completely understood. By using the relationship between the support system and the roof strata, a mechanical model was established to calculate the deformation of the roof in a thick coal seam with bedding separation under different support conditions: with an anchor truss support and without support. On this basis, the research was used to deduce a method for computing the minimum pre-tightening forces in the anchor truss, the maximum amounts of subsidence and separation with, and without, anchor truss support under the roof, and the maximum subsidence and the decreasing amounts of the separation before and after adopting the anchor truss. Additionally, mechanical relationships between the minimum pre-tightening force and the anchoring force in the anchor were analyzed. By taking a typical roadway with thick coal roof as an example, the theoretical results mentioned above were applied in the analysis and testing of a roof supporting project in a roadway field to verify the accuracy of the theory: favorable experimental results were achieved. In addition, the relationships among other parameters were analyzed, including the minimum pre-tightening forces applied by the anchor truss, the angle of inclination of the anchor cable, and the array pitch. Meanwhile, the changing characteristics of the amounts of roof separation and subsidence with key parameters of the support system(such as array pitch, pre-tightening force, and inclination angle) were also analyzed. The cable acquisition and control system of the traditional greenhouse has many disadvantages such as complicated wiring,high cost and lack of accuracy and *** order to solve those problems,a greenhouse acquisition and control system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network（WSN） is designed in this *** ZigBee with temperature sensor DS18B20 and humidity sensor AM2301 is used as the sensor node,the fan and the wet curtain formed as two controller nodes which are respectively connected with the ZigBee *** coordinator receives environmental data collected by the sensor nodes,and then sends the control commands to the controller nodes after processing and analyzing the data,which changes the execution status of the fan and the wet curtain,so as to adjust temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse,providing suitable growth environment for *** experimental results show that the system can realize wireless collection of greenhouse environment data and the control of main equipment in the *** greenhouse acquisition and control system based on WSN with low cost and low power consumption has reduced labour intensity,and the data packet loss rate is zero,which is applicable for small greenhouse monitoring and control with good accuracy and scalability.

The handling stability and control requirements of electric forklift are *** model with linear two degree of freedom（2 DOF） is presented,which provides a verification model for variable transmission ratio（VTR） *** concept of the ideal transmission ratio is described,the VTR control method based on yaw rate gain constant and lateral acceleration gain constant is studied,a new VTR control method based on two kinds of gain constant combination is put forward,and the simulation comparison is made for three kinds of static VTR control methods.A dynamic VTR control method based on fuzzy neural network（FNN） is designed for complex working conditions,simulation results show that the VTR based on FNN has strong resistance to the disturbance of its own *** is only related to the velocity and the hand-wheel angle,and adapts to the complex dynamic conditions,helps to improve the handling stability of *** research shows that the three VTR control methods with fixed gain are derived through mathematical model,which belongs to static control,and the dynamic VTR control method based on FNN has better dynamic adaptability.

The existing results on the leader-following attitude consensus for multiple rigid spacecraft systems assume that all the parameters of the spacecraft systems are known exactly and the information flow among the followers is bidirectional. In this paper, we remove these two assumptions. First, by introducing a new Lyapunov function, we allow the communication network to be directed. Second, we convert the leader-following consensus problem into an adaptive stabilization problem of a well defined error system. Then, under the standard assumption that the state of the leader system can reach every follower through a directed path, we further show that this stabilization problem is solvable by a distributed adaptive control law. Moreover, we also present the sufficient condition for guaranteeing the convergence of the estimated parameters to the unknown actual parameters.

Carcinogenesis of lung squamous carcinoma is a complex process involving multiple events and steps. At present, there are very few special lung cancer molecular markers for an 'early-stage' diagnosis and prognosis evaluation. To identify tumor-associated antigens, serological proteome analysis (SERPA) of human lung squamous carcinoma cell line HTB-182 are performed. We characterized sixteen differentially expressed proteins which react with lung squamous carcinoma patient sera while not react with control sera. Some of these candidate lung squamous carcinoma-associated antigens were metabolic enzymes, such as triosephosphatase isomerase (TPIS). Some proteins were involved in the regulation of cell cycle and signal transduction. The results will provide scientific foundation for screening the molecular biomarkers used to diagnose and treat lung squamous carcinoma, as well as to elevate the patient's prognosis and provide new clue for the research of lung squamous carcinogenic mechanism. Thus, SERPA represents a valuable approach for the identification of differentially expressed proteins, which might be used as markers for the diagnosis and prognosis of lung squamous carcinoma.

To ensure the control of the precision of air-fuel ratio(AFR)of port fuel injection(PFI)spark ignition(SI)engines,a chaos radial basis function(RBF)neural network is used to predict the air intake flow of the *** data of air intake flow is proved to be multidimensionally nonlinear and *** RBF neural network is used to train the reconstructed phase space of the *** chaos algorithm is employed to optimize the weights of output layer connection and the radial basis center of Gaussian function in hidden *** simulation results obtained from Matlab/Simulink illustrate that the model has higher accuracy compared to the conventional RBF *** mean absolute error and the mean relative error of the chaos RBF model can reach 0.0017 and 0.48,respectively.

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的迅速传播对全人类构成了巨大的威胁.为了及时采取相应的控制措施,制定有效的策略来检测COVID-19疫情的预警信号是非常必要的.然而,与时间序列预测不同,流行病的暴发事件通常是高度非线性的,具有从缓慢变化到剧烈转变的动力学特征,因此很难预测.通过综合利用地理区域网络的高维动态信息和每日新增病例的实时数据,本研究开发了一种非线性、无模型的计算方法,即景观网络熵(LNE)方法,来探测COVID-19暴发前的预警信号及预测流感暴发. LNE方法成功应用于中国湖北省、西欧、日本关东地区、韩国、美国17个州和意大利的新冠疫情,以及日本东京流感疫情,探测到了传染病暴发前的预警信号.此外,本研究还基于LNE方法开发了一个在线分析平台,用于实时预警疫情暴发.
