Induction of antitumor immunity by vaccination is one of the major current immunother- apy strategies. We present a mathematical model of the competition between immune cells and mammary carcinogenesis under the effect of Triplex vaccine. The model describes both humoral and cell-mediated immune responses against cancer cells. The control of the cancer cells growth occurs through the application of the pulse vaccination. Here we determine the relationship between the strength of the vaccine and the time required to eradicate cancer cells, and we present some simulations to illustrate our theoretical results, namely, the total cancer cells depletion, which is influenced by competition occurs among the immune and cancer cells.

This work presents a chemical kinetic analysis of different species involved in nitrogen-oxygen mixed gas induced by stationary corona discharge at room temperature and atmospheric *** study takes into account twenty different chemical species participating in one hundred and seventy selected chemical *** reaction rate coefficients are taken from the literature,and the density is analyzed by the continuity equation without the diffusion term.A large number of investigations considered the removal of NOx showing the effects of N,O and O3 *** aim of the present simulation is to complete these studies by analysing various plasma species under different reduced electric fields in the range of 100-200 Td（1 Td=10-21 V·m^2）.In particular,we analyze the time evolution of depopulation（10^-9-10^-3s）of *** have found that the depopulation rate of NO and NO2 is substantially affected by the rise of reduced electric field as it grows from 100 Td to 200 *** allows us to ascertain the important role played by the reduced electric field.

This work presents an optical method using the Mach–Zehnder interferometer. We especially diagnose a pure nitrogen gas subjected to a point to plane corona discharge, and visualize the density spatial map. The interelectrode distance equals6 mm and the variation of the optical path has been measured at different pressures： 220 Torr, 400 Torr, and 760 *** interferograms are recorded with a CCD camera, and the numerical analysis of these interferograms is assured by the inverse Abel transformation. The nitrogen density is extracted through the Gladstone–Dale relation. The obtained results are in close agreement with values available in the literature.

Net emission coefficients of radiation were calculated for isothermal plasma of methane as a function of the plasma temperature 5,000 - 30,000 K and the arc radius 0 mm to 10 mm at atmospheric pressure. Calculations take into account continuum and line radiations, special attention has also been given to the influence of overlapping spectral lines. The line shapes in our calculations are given by convolution of Doppler and Lorentz profiles, resulting in a simplified Voigt profile. In the case of a hydrogen profile, we used the Vidal tables, and the four first Lyman lines and the four first Balmer lines were considered. This calculation was carried out on the assumption of local thermodynamic equilibrium and in a nondiffusive environment. The net emission coefficient calculation for pure argon plasma was compared with the experimental results of Evans in our previous work. We used the escape factor, and our results were higher than those of the experiment. In this paper, we explain why, using the escape factor, the radiation is overestimated. The net emission coefficient obtained from a real spectrum was compared with Essoltani work＇s which used the line-by-line method for pure argon plasma.

The objective of this study is to determine the influence of soil physico-chemical factors on the spatial distribution of matorrals in the plain from Remchi to Béni-Saf located in the western region of Algeria. This study informs us of the relationships that soil can have on the diversity of matorrals. On the bioclimatic level, the region is characterized by semi-aridity accentuating the phenomena of thérophysation. Soil analyzes carried out using known methods (Stokes Particle Size Method, Electrometric Method for pH, 1/5 Extract Method for Electrical Conductivity, Bernard Calcium Method for CaCO3, Anne Method for Organic Carbon). The results show a textural diversity;sandy-muddy “Remchi”, sandy “Rachgoun 1 and Rechgoun 2”, not far from Béni-Saf. The low clay content (Remchi: Profile 1: Horizon 1: Clays 10%, Profile 2: Horizon 1: Clays 16%, Profile 3: Horizon 1: Clays 5%, Rechgoun: Profile 1: Horizon 1: Clays 3%, Profile 3: Horizon 1: 2% Clays and Horizon 2: 3% Clays) leads to poor structural stability leading to degradation of the soil surface through erosion. The latter is revealed by the presence of small erosion claws visible on these rough slopes or almost.

Objective:To investigate the antioxidant and the antibacterial activities of crude extract from aerial part of Polygonum maritimumL.(Polygonaceae)(***)and to find new actives ***:The whole plant was collected from the Rechgoune coast(West of Algeria),and methanolic crude extract of aerial parts ***(PMCE)was *** extract was tested against different bacterial strain and tested for his ability to neutralize free radical(DPPH)and to scavenge the ***:PMCE had a very high content of total phenol,which was(352.49依18.03)mg/g dry weight,expressed as gallic acid *** exhibited excellent antioxidant activity,as measured using DPPH and H2O2 scavenging *** also showed a high antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacterial strains:Bacillus cereus,Bacillus subtilisandStaphylococcus aureus with an highest MIC of 120μg/***:The antioxidant and antibacterial activity of the PMCE is probably due to phenolic compounds present in the *** contemporary presence of antioxidant and antibacterialactivities in the PMCE suggests that this plant may be a source of bioactive substances with multifaceted activity.

In this work, we are interesting in the measurement of thermal conductivity (on the surface and in-depth) of Porous silicon by the micro-Raman spectroscopy. This direct method (micro-Raman spectroscopy) enabled us to develop a systematic means of investigation of the morphology and the thermal conductivity of Porous silicon oxidized or no. The thermal conductivity is studied according to the parameters of anodization and fraction of silicon oxidized. Thermal transport in the porous silicon layers is limited by its porous nature and the blocking of transport in the silicon skeleton what supports its use in the thermal sensors.

In the world,digestive cancers represent a major public health problem by their frequency and *** tract cancers are very common malignant tumors worldwide and are an important cause of cancer-related *** objective of our study was to determinate the survival of digestive cancers in the province of tlemcen over a period of 5 *** is a prognostic historical-prospective study with an exhaustive collection data,which consists of studying the 5-year survival of digestive cancers in the province of tlemcen,of all patients with digestive cancers whatever the stage,diagnosed between 2011 and 2012 and histologically confirmed in subjects residing in the province of tlemcen at the moment of *** subjects of our study were identified from the cancer registry of *** total,408 cases of digestive cancers were diagnosed over 2 years in tlemcen *** digestive cancers were characterized by a predominance of men except for cancer of the liver,gallbladder and bile ducts but whatever the sex,these cancers occur mainly in subjects whose age is greater than or equal to 45 ***,for both sexes combined,the colorectum followed by the stomach were the organs most affected by digestive ***,a predominance of adenocarcinoma has been *** 5-year global survival rate of all digestive cancers was 55.4%,depending on the localization;colorectal cancer,small bowel cancer,gallbladder and bile ducts cancer,stomach and esophagus cancers are cancers of intermediate prognosis whose survival in 5 years is between 40%and 80%.Liver cancer and pancreatic cancer remain poor prognosis cancers with 5-year survival rates of 23.08%and 33.3%*** survival of digestive cancers must be improved by adequate care and surveillance of *** prevention of colorectal cancers which occupy the first place among the digestive cancers is based essentially on the knowledge of the risk factors and the screening all
