Precision mapping method of point cloud texture based on near-infrared laser

To fulfill the need for acquiring three-dimensional objects with more realistic textures and depth information， this study proposes a method based on near-infrared laser， co.bined with dual camera field of view center co.rection and binocular stereo calibration， to precisely capture the target surface texture. Furthermore， we co.structed a verification system using standard industrial cameras and line lasers， achieving the generation of binocular line laser point cloud real textures. Experiments co.ducted within a 400 to 600 millimeter testing range achieved a reco.struction accuracy of 0.0472 millimeters and reduced the texture mapping error to 0.3234 pixels， proving the effectiveness of this method and providing a high-precision， low-co.t solution for 3D point cloud model texture mapping.

The rapid growth of distributed renewable energy penetration is promoting the evolution of the energy system toward decentralization and decentralized and digitized smart *** study was based on energy blockchain,and developed a dual-biding mechanism based on the real-time energy surplus and demand in the local smart grid,which is expected to enable reliable,affordable,and clean energy supply in smart *** the proposed system,eco.omic benefits co.ld be achieved by replacing fossil-fuel-based electricity with the high penetration of affordable solar PV *** reduction of energy surplus realized by distributed energy production and P2P energy trading,within the smart grid results in less transmission loss and lower requirements for co.tly upgrading of existing *** adopting energy blockchain and smart co.tract technologies,energy secure trading with a low risk of privacy leakage co.ld be *** prototype is examined through a case study,and the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed mechanism are further validated by scenario analysis.

To ensure a safe and stable co.(2)storage,pressure responses at an observation well are expected to be an important and useful field monitoring item to estimate the co.(2)storage behaviors and the aquifer parameters during and after injecting co.(2),because it can detect whether the injected co.(2)leaks to the ground surface or the bottom of the *** this study,pressure responses were simulated to present design factors such as well location and pressure transmitter of the observation *** simulations on the pressure response and the time-delay from pressure build-up after co.(2)injection were co.ducted by co.sidering aquifer parameters and distance from the co.(2)injection well to an observation *** measurement resolution of a pressure transmitter installed in the observation well was presented based on numerical simulation results of the pressure response against pressure build-up at the injection well and co.(2)plume front ***,the pressure response at an observation well was estimated by co.paring the numerical simulation results with the curve of co.(2)saturation and relative *** was also suggested that the analytical solution can be used for the analysis of the pressure response tendency using pressure build-up and dimensionless parameters of hydraulic ***,a criterion was established for selecting a pressure transducer installed at an observation well to monitor the pressure responses with sufficient accuracy and resolution,co.sidering the distance from the injection well and the pressure build-up at the injection well,for future carbon capture and storage(CCS)projects.

Improving the restoration efficiency of a distribu-tion system is essential to enhance the ability of power systems to deal with extreme *** distribution system restoration(DSR)depends on the interaction among the electric network(EN),cyber network(CN),and traffic network(TN).However,the co.rdination of these three networks and co.dispatching of multiple reco.ery resources have been mostly *** paper proposes a novel DSR framework,which is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)*** fail-ures in cyber lines result in cyber blind areas,which restrict the normal operation of remote-co.trolled *** acceler-ate the reco.ery process,multiple reco.ery resources are uti-lized including electric maintenance crews(EMCs),cyber main-tenance crews(CMCs),and emergency co.munication vehicles(ECVs).Specifically,CMCs and ECVs restore the cyber func-tion of switches in co.peration,and EMCs repair damaged elec-tric *** travel time of these three dispatchable resources is determined by *** effectiveness and superiority of the proposed framework are verified on the modified IEEE 33-node and 123-node test systems.

The transmission line tower will be affected by bad weather and artificial subsidence caused by the foundation and other factors in the power *** tower’s tilt and severe deformation will cause the building to *** small changes caused the tower’s co.lapse,but the early staff often co.ld not intuitively notice the changes in the tower’s *** the current tower online monitoring system,terminal equipment often needs to replace batteries frequently due to premature exhaustion of *** to the need for real-time measurement of power line tower,this research designed a real-time monitoring device monitoring the transmission tower attitude tilting and foundation state based on the inertial sensor,the acceleration of 3 axis inertial sensor and angular velocity raw data to pole average filtering pre-processing,and then through the co.plementary filtering algorithm for co.prehensive calculation of tilt angle,the system meets the demand for inclined online monitoring of power line poles and towers regarding measurement accuracy,with low co.t and power *** optimization multi-sensor co.perative detection and co.rection measured tilt angle result relative accuracy can reach 1.03%,which has specific promotion and application value since the system has the advantages of unattended and efficient calculation.

The integration of photovoltaic,energy storage,direct current,and flexible load(PEDF)technologies in building power systems is an importantmeans to address the energy crisis and promote the development of green *** friendly interaction between the PEDF systems and the power grid can promote the utilization of renewable energy and enhance the stability of the power *** this purpose,this work introduces a framework of multiple incentive mechanisms for a PEDF park,a building energy system that implements PEDF *** incentive mechanisms proposed in this paper include both eco.omic and noneco.omic aspects,which is the most significant innovation of this *** modeling the relationship between a PEDF park and the power grid into a Stackelberg game,we demonstrate the effectiveness of these incentive measures in promoting the friendly interaction between the two *** this game model,the power grid determines on the prices of electricity trading and incentive subsidy,aiming to maximize its revenue while reducing the peak load of the PEDF *** the other hand,the PEDF park make its dispatch plan acco.ding to the prices established by the grid,in order to reduce electricity co.sumption expense,improve electricity utility,and enhance the penetration rate of renewable *** results show that the proposed incentive mechanisms for the PEDF park can help to optimize energy co.sumption and promote sustainable energy practices.

Excavating super-large-span tunnels in soft rock masses presents significant *** ensure safety,the sequential excavation method is co.monly *** utilizes internal temporary supports to spatially partition the tunnel face and divide the excavation into multiple ***,these internal supports generally impose spatial co.straints,limiting the use of large-scale excavation equipment and reducing co.struction *** address this co.straint,this study adopts the“Shed-frame”principle to explore the feasibility of an innovative support system,which aims to replace internal supports with prestressed anchor cables and thus provide a more spacious working space with fewer internal *** evaluate its effectiveness,a field case involving the excavation of a 24-m span tunnel in soft rock is presented,and an analysis of extensive field data is co.ducted to study the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock and the mechanical behavior of the support *** results revealed that prestressed anchor cables integrated the initial support with the shed,creating an effective“shed-frame”system,which successively maintained tunnel deformation and frame stress levels within safe regulatory ***,the prestressed anchor cables bolstered the surrounding rock effectively and reduced the excavation-induced disturbance zone *** summary,the proposed support system balances co.struction efficiency and *** field experiences may offer valuable insights into the popularization and further development of prestressed anchor cable support systems.

Industry 4.0, or the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is based on digitized the manufacturing process and makes use of all digital tools so its co.bination of various digital technologies co.puters, ERP software, IoT, machine learning and AI techniques, Manufacturing Execution systems (MES), and big data analytics to create a new, fully digitized manufacturing system. The Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of MES adoption are both a quantitative and qualitative measurement. We use the case of ready-made garments to improve each of the three Overall equipment Efficiency (OEE) factors: Availability, Performance, and Quality. In this study, we adopt real-time management of production activities on the shop floor from order receipt to finished products, then measure the improvement.

A Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF)is a critical device for diesel engine exhaust products *** using active-regeneration purification methods,on the one hand,a spatially irregular gas flow can produce relatively high local temperatures,potentially resulting in damage to the carrier;On the other hand,the internal temperature field can also undergo significant changes co.tributing to increase this *** study explores the gas flow uniformity in a DPF carrier and the related temperature behavior under drop-to-idle(DTI)co.dition by means of bench *** is shown that the co.sidered silico. carbide carrier exhibits good flow uniformity,with a temperature deviation of no more than 2%with respect to the same radius measurement point at the outlet during the regeneration *** the DTI test,the temperature is relatively high within r/2 near the outlet end,where the maximum temperature peak occurs,and the maximum radial temperature gradient is located between r/2 and the *** these quantities grow as the soot load increases,thereby making the risk of carrier burnout ***,it is shown that the soot load limit of the silico. carbide DPF can be extended to 11 g/L,which reduces the frequency of active regeneration by approximately 40%co.pared to a co.dierite DPF.
