The revolutionary development of machine learning(ML),data science,and analytics,co.pled with its application in material science,stands as a significant milestone of the scientific co.munity over the last *** active,stable,and co.t-efficient catalysts is crucial for oxygen evolution reaction owing to the significance in a range of electrochemical energy co.nversion *** this work,we have demonstrated an efficient approach of high-throughput screening to find stable transition metal oxides under acid co.dition for high-performance oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts through density functional theory(DFT)calculation and a machine learning algorithm.A methodology utilizing both the Materials Project database and DFT calculations was introduced to assess the acid stability under specific reaction *** upon this,OER catalytic activity of acid-stable materials was examined,highlighting potential OER catalysts that meet the required *** identified IrO_(2),Fe(SbO_(3))_(2),co.SbO_(3))_(2),Ni(SbO_(3))_(2),FeSbO_(4),Fe(SbO_(3))4,MoWO_(6),TiSnO_(4),co.bO_(4),and Ti(WO_(4))_(2)as promising catalysts,several of which have already been experimentally disco.ered for their robust OER performance,while others are novel for experimental exploration,thereby broadening the chemical sco.e for efficient OER *** of the bond length of TM-O and the first ionization energy were used to unveil the OER activity *** the calculated results,guidance has been derived to effectively execute advanced high-throughput screenings for the disco.ery of catalysts with favorable ***,the intrinsic co.relation between catalytic performance and various atomic and structural factors was elucidated using the ML *** these approaches,we not only streamline the choice of the promising electrocatalysts but also offer insights for the design of varied catalyst models and the disco.ery of superior c

Purpose – In the co.tinuous development of high-speed railways, ensuring the safety of the operation co.trolsystem is crucial. Electromagnetic interference (EMI) faults in signaling equipment may cause transportationinterruptions, delays and even threaten the safety of train operations. Exploring the impact of disturbances onsignaling equipment and establishing evaluation methods for the co.relation between EMI and safety isurgently ***/methodology/approach – This paper elaborates on the necessity and significance of studying theimpact of EMI as an unavoidable and widespread risk factor in the external environment of high-speed railwayoperations and co.tinuous development. The current status of research methods and achievements from theperspectives of standard systems, reliability analysis and safety assessment are examined layer by ***, it provides prospects for innovative ideas for exploring the quantitative co.relation between EMIand signaling *** – Despite certain innovative achievements in both domestic and international standard systems andrelated research for ensuring and evaluating railway signaling safety, there’s a lack of quantitative and strategic research on the degradation of safety performance in signaling equipment due to EMI. A quantitativeco.relation between EMI and safety has yet to be established. On this basis, this paper proposes co.siderationsfor research methods pertaining to the co.relation between EMI and ***/value – This paper overviews a series of methods and outco.es derived from domestic andinternational studies regarding railway signaling safety, enco.passing standard systems, reliability analysisand safety assessment. Reco.nizing the necessity for quantitatively describing and predicting the impact ofEMI on high-speed railway signaling safety, an innovative approach using risk assessment techniques as abridge to establish the co.relation between EMI and signaling safety is proposed.

Eye movement is an important indicator of information-seeking behavior and provides insight into co.nitive strategies which are vital for *** measures based on eye movements have been proposed to capture humans’ability to process information in a co.plex *** effectiveness of these measures has not yet been fully explored in the field of air traffic *** paper presents a co.parative study on eye-movement measures in air traffic co.trollers with different levels of working *** co.monly investigated oculomotor behaviors,fixation and saccades,together with gaze entropy,are *** co.paring the statistical properties of the relevant metrics,it is shown that working experience has a notable effect on eye-movement *** fixation and saccades differ between qualified and novice co.trollers,with the former type of co.troller employing more efficient searching *** findings are useful in enhancing the quality of co.troller training and co.tributing to an understanding of the information-seeking mechanisms humans use when executing co.plex tasks.

This work deals with super-harmonic responses and the stabilities of a gear transmission system of a high-speed train under the stick-slip oscillation of the *** dynamic model of the system is developed with co.sideration on the factors including the time-varying system stiffness,the transmission error,the tooth backlash and the self-excited excitation of the *** frequency-response equation of the system at super-harmonic resonance is obtained by the multiple scales method,and the stabilities of the system are analyzed using the perturbation *** nonlinear behaviors of the system including multi-valued solutions,jump phenomenon,hardening stiffness are *** effects of the equivalent damping and the loads of the system under the stick-slip oscillation are *** shows that the change of the load can obviously influence the resonance frequency of the system and have little effect on the steady-state response amplitude of the *** damping of the system has a negative effect,opposite to the *** synthetic damping of the system co.posed of meshing damping and equivalent damping may be less than zero when the wheel-set has a large slippage,and the system loses its stability owing to the Hopf *** results are validated by numerical simulations.

co.rdinated multi-point transmission/reception, co.P, technique co.verts the interference signal into the useful information by co.trolling the interfering signals among adjacent cells. Theoretically, it is a breakthrough from the traditional interference limited non-co.perative single point transmission system, improving link reliability and enhancing the data rate. co.P is regarded as one of the most essential and effective techniques in eliminating the inter-cell interference, boosting cell edge throughput and overall system throughput. co.P technique has obvious advantages in TDD(time division duplexing) cellular mobile system; the necessary channel state information for co.P can be easily obtained through channel reciprocity property in TDD system. co.P scheme in TDD system and likely problems are analyzed in this paper, and it is shown by system simulations that the significant gain can be achieved.

An armored face co.veyor(AFC) is a key piece of equipment for a fully mechanized long-wall mining system and is currently the only means for transporting bulk material in hard co.l mines. To date, the AFC power train design has mainly been based on heuristics obtained via experience, co.pled with simple calculations, which cannot take the dynamic behaviors and co.pling effects of the co.ponents into co.sideration. Therefore, model-based and simulation-driven design is preferred. In this paper, a new design and analysis methodology for an AFC power train is presented to achieve the optimal dynamic characteristics and transmission performance. A preliminary design procedure for a power train is first introduced. Then, a system-level hydro-mechatronic model of the power train is built to evaluate and optimize the preliminary scheme. Sub-models, including those for the motors, fluid co.plers, gearboxes, and chain, are obtained acco.ding to their individual disciplines and assembled to form the system-level model. The chain sub-system is discretized into multiple finite elements. Governing equations are established for each element based on the Newton Euler approach and assembled acco.ding to the topological structure of the chain system. In order to make the new approach applicable for engineers, a design and analysis software is developed, with a graphical user interface that involves the whole design process. MATLAB/SIMULINK is used as the co.putational engine, and Visual C++ is adopted to develop the interactive software framework. Simulations for the SGZ1000/2000 type AFC are provided as an illustrative case study to validate the effectiveness and practicality of the model and software package.
