The liver is a unique parenchymal organ with a regenera.i.e capa.i.y allowing it to restore up to 70%of its *** knowledge of this phenomenon dates back to Greek mythology(the story of Prometheus),many aspects of liver regenera.i.n are still not understood.A va.i.ty of different factors,including inflammatory cytokines,growth factors,and bile a.i.s,promote liver regenera.i.n and control the final size of the organ during typical regenera.i.n,which is performed by mature hepatocytes,and during alterna.i.e regenera.i.n,which is performed by recently identified resident stem cells called“hepa.i. progenitor cells”.Hepa.i. progenitor cells drive liver regenera.i.n when hepatocytes are unable to restore the liver mass,such as in cases of chronic injury or excessive acute *** liver maintenance,the body mass ra.i. is essential for homeosta.i. because the liver has numerous functions;therefore,a greater understanding of this process will lead to better control of liver injuries,improved transplanta.i.n of small grafts and the discovery of new methods for the treatment of liver *** current review sheds light on the key molecular pathways and cells involved in typical and progenitor-dependent liver mass regenera.i.n after va.i.us acute or chronic *** studies and a better understanding of liver regenera.i.n will lead to the development of new therapeutic methods for liver diseases.

Nowadays the system of public health is constructed in such a manner so that its main objective is the recovery of an already sick person, while prediction and prevention receive little attention. Meanwhile the development of these aspects of medicine can lead to the a.i.ity to control morbidity among the popula.i.n, to identify chronic and genetic diseases in the early stages of development, and thus to prevent their further progression. This will reduce tra.i.ionally high costs of sick people treatment and the number of disabled popula.i.n, and improve the qua.i.y and dura.i.n of life. The elabora.i.n of new fields of science that are working on the study and interpreta.i.n of data obtained during laboratory and clinical research, crea.i.n of new methods for diagnosis, prognosis and treatment, provides an opportunity now to implement a new strategy, called PPPM, and gets promising results, which should lead to further development of an existing medicine.

Objective:Glioma.i. a highly inva.i.e tumor,frequently disposed in essential areas of the brain,which makes its surgical excision extremely difficult;meanwhile adjuvant therapy remains quite ***:in the current report,a new therapeutic approach in curing ma.i.nant neoplasms has been performed on the U87 human glioblastoma *** approach,termed"Karanahan",is aimed at the era.i.a.i.n of cancer stem cells(CSCs),which were recently shown to be capable of interna.i.ing fragments of extracellular double-stranded *** being interna.i.ed,these fragments interfere in the process of repairing interstrand cross-links caused by exposure to appropriate cytosta.i.s,and such an interference results either in elimina.i.n of CSCs or in the loss of their tumorigenic *** of the approach requires a scheduled administra.i.n of cytosta.i. and complex composite double-stranded DNA ***:U87 cells treated in vitro in accordance with the Karanahan approach completely lost their tumorigenicity and produced no grafts upon intracerebral transplanta.i.n into immunodeficient *** SCiD mice with developed subcutaneous grafts,the treatment resulted in reliable slowing down of tumor growth rate(Pin the experiment with intracerebral transplanta.i.n of U87 cells followed by surgical excision of the developed graft and subsequent therapeutic treatment,the Karanahan approach was shown to reliably slow down the tumor growth rate and increase the median survival of the mice twofold rela.i.e to the ***:The effectiveness of the Karanahan approach has been demonstrated both in vitro and in vivo in trea.i.g developed subcutaneous grafts as well as orthotopic grafts after surgical excision of the tumor.

A technique for colloidal forming of Ca2P2O7 macroporous biocera.i.s,based on low-pressure injection molding(LPiM)of a glycerol-water slip containing Ca2P2O7 and Ca(Н2PO4)2 into a plastic mold fabricated via FDM 3Dprinting,was *** reaction between the solid phases of the water containing slip-Ca2P2O7 and Ca(Н2PO4)2,resulting in brushite(CaHPO4·2H2O)forma.i.n,led to consolida.i.n of the casting and preserved its complex architecture in the course of mold *** cera.i.s of Kelvin structure(70%macropores with the sizes from 2 up to 4 mm),based on a pre-defined composition with 10 wt%Ca(PO3)2 and sintered in liquid-phase regime,demonstrated a compressive strength of 1.4±0.1 MPa at a density of 22±2%.in vitro tests on bioactivity in SBF solution,as well as on resorption of the cera.i.s in model solution of citric a.i.,were carried out.

Understanding the rela.i.n between spa.i.l heterogeneity and structural rejuvena.i.n is one of the hottest topics in the field of metallic glasses(MGs).in this work,molecular dyna.i.s(MD)simula.i.n is implemented to discover the effects of initial spa.i.l heterogeneity on the level of rejuvena.i.n in the Ni_(80)P_(20)*** this purpose,the samples are prepared with cooling rates of 10^(10) K/s-10^(12) K/s to make glassy alloys with different atomic ***,it is found that the increase in the cooling rate leads the Gaussian-type shear modulus distribution to widen,indica.i.g the aggrega.i.ns in both elastically soft and hard *** the primary evalua.i.ns,the elastosta.i. loa.i.g is also used to transform structural rejuvena.i.n into the atomic *** results indicate that the sample with intermediate structural heterogeneity prepared with 10^(11) K/s exhibits the ma.i.um structural rejuvena.i.n which is due to the fact that the atomic configura.i.n in an intermediate structure contains more potential sites for genera.i.g the ma.i.um atomic rearrangement and loosely packed regions under an external *** features of atomic rearrangement and structural changes under the rejuvena.i.n process are discussed in detail.

Embra.i.g ultra.i.h theoretical capa.i.y of 3860 mA h g^(-1)and the lowest reduction potential of-3.04 V(versus standard hydrogen electrode),lithium(Li) is considered as the "holy grail" material for pursuing higher energy density,of which applica.i.n has been challenged due to the unstable interface caused by the non-uniform electrodeposition as well as high chemical *** at higher temperature can be recommended to uniform electrodeposition of Li ***,the intrinsic side-reaction between Li metal anode and electrolyte is inevitably aggravated and thus fosters the failure of Li metal anode ra.i.ly with uneven ***,a kind of temperature-tolerated ionic liquid(1-methyl-3-ethylimidazole bis(fluorosulfo nyl)imide/lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulfo nyl)imide,EF/LT)based electrolyte that matrixed with poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene) was designed to maintain the interfa.i.l sta.i.iza.i.n of Li metal due to the weak interfa.i.l reaction and uniform electrodeposition at high temperature of 80℃.it is the matter that the 660-h cycle with lower pola.i.a.i.n is achieved with EF/LT-based electrolyte at temperature of 80 ℃ and the full cell embraces outstanding cyclic performance,without capa.i.y fa.i.g within 100 ***,a door for practical applica.i.n of Li metal anode for higher energy density as the carbon neutra.i.y progresses in the blooming human society has been opened gradually.

For the study of the effect of Plagodent and Palladent noble alloy dentures (OJSC "SiC 'Supermetal'", Russia), the elemental compositions of the fluids obtained from gingival sulcus of abutment teeth of metal cera.i. dentures with frames made of the above-stated dental alloys, have been investigated. Response of white blood cells and fibroblasts in the gingival fluid and the mixed sa.i.a of the pa.i.nts a long time after prosthetic repair, relying on the content of proinflammatory interleukins iL-1 β and iL-6, anti-inflammatory interleukins iL-4 and iL-10, the factor of tumor necrosis TNF-α and lactoferrin, has been investigated. The results obtained have convincingly proved the biosafety of the Plagodent and Palladent noble alloys.

Because the rota.i.nal current sta.i.izes the flame by crea.i.g a recircula.i.n zone,it may increase the risk of *** this reason,low-spin combustion is used to sta.i.ize the flame while preventing ***,in this study,the combustion flow of methane gas in a low-swirl burner is simulated using a partially premixed combustion ***,the fuel flow rate is considered *** research parameters include swirl angle(θ=35°–47°),equivalence ra.i.(φ=0.6–0.9)and inlet a.i.l flow ra.i.s(R=0.6–0.7)and effect of these parameters on temperature distribution,flame length,flame rise length,velocity field,and streamlines of the number of pollutant species are *** contours of streamline,temperature distribution,and velocity distribution are also presented for analysis of flow *** results show that with increa.i.g the fuel-air ra.i.,the strength of the a.i.l flow decreases,and the position of the ma.i.um flame temperature shifts toward the inlet of the *** results also reveal that by increa.i.g the swirl angle of the flow,the position of the minimum velocity value(opposite to the direction of the a.i.)tends towards the *** results also indicate that the ma.i.um temperature of the combustion chamber increases with increa.i.g the swirl angle,and inθ=35°,the ma.i.um temperature is 1711℃and inθ=41°,this value is 1812℃.Finally,by increa.i.g the swirl angle toθ=47°,the ma.i.um flame temperature position is found at a considerable distance from the inlet and is 1842℃.
